Abstract

Montaje para el acondicionamiento del aire para vehículos con una junta o guarnicion mejorada aplicada a una mampara corta-fuego, que comprende: una envuelta exterior (12) realizada en material plástico rígido, un intercambiador de calor para la calefaccion y un evaporador (20) alojados en dicha envuelta exterior (12) y provistos con correspondientes tubos o conductos (24,26) para la entrada y salida de los respectivos fluidos de intercambio térmico extendidos por afuera de la envuelta (12), y un elemento de sello o guarnicion (28) situado afuera de dicha envuelta (12) y provisto con un cuerpo realizado en un material elastomérico (32) provisto con aberturas (36, 52) para el pasaje de dichos tubos (24, 26), siendo destinado este elemento de sello o guarnicion (28) a ser montado sobre una abertura (18) practicada en una pared o mampara (14) que separa el compartimiento motor del compartimiento de pasajeros del vehículo. El elemento de sello o guarnicion (28) comprende un marco de refuerzo (30) realizado en un material plástico rígido en el cual dicho cuerpo de material elastomérico (32) es sobre-moldeado.
