Abstract

Método para la preparación de mirtazapina enantioméricamente pura, dicho método comprende un paso de cierre del anillo de un compuesto de la fórmula (1), donde X es un grupo saliente, dicho paso comprende el tratamiento con un ácido, y por el cual se forma mirtazapina con exceso enantiomérico por el cierre del anillo del compuesto de fórmula (1) con exceso enantiomérico, mediante el tratamiento con un ácido adecuado en ausencia de solvente o una combinación adecuada de un ácido y un solvente orgánico.
