Abstract

MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UM COMPOSTO DE SULFóXIDO E COMPOSTO DE SULFóXIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para preparar um composto de sulfóxido de fórmula (1) como um único enantiómero ou em uma forma enantiomericamente enriquecida, que compreende as etapas: (a) colocar em contato um sulfóxido prá-quiral de fórmula (II) com um complexo metálico quiral, uma base e um agente de oxidação em um solvente orgânico; e opcionalmente (b) isolar o sulfóxido obtido de fórmula (1), em que Ar, T, R^ 1^ são definidos conforme a reivindicação 1.
