Abstract

Pronalazak obezbeđuje postupak za dobijanje enantiomerno čistog mirtazapina, pri čemu ovaj postupak obuhvata korak zatvaranja prstena u jedinjenju formule (II) gde je X, odlazeća grupa, a korak obuhvata reakciju sa kiselinom, pri čemu je mirtazapin u enantiomernom višku dobijen zatvaranjem prstena jedinjenja formule (II) u enantiomernom višku, reakcijom sa odgovarajućom kiselinom u odsustvu rastvarača ili sa odgovarajućom kombinacijom kiseline i organskog rastvarača.
