Abstract

El componente proveedor de aroma estabilizado resultante se encuentra esencialmente libre del agente estabilizante y se puede incorporar a la bebida o producto alimenticio con las características deseadas de sabor u organolépticas del componente estabilizado que se refiere por un período de al menos 2 meses durante el almacenamiento de la bebida o producto alimenticio.
