Abstract
【解決手段】ビタミンB1含有飲料は、ビタミンB1と、リモネンと、ヌートカトンとを含有し、ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対するリモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が、4〜26である。これにより、ビタミンB1に特有の不快臭を抑制することができる。

Description
本実施形態に係るビタミンB1含有飲料は、ビタミンB1と、リモネンと、ヌートカトンとを含有するものである。
下記表1に示す配合になるように、各飲料原料をイオン交換水に添加して溶解させ、200gに定量し、当該イオン交換水を95℃に達するまで加熱殺菌した後、PET容器に充填して、ビタミンB1含有飲料を調製した(試料1〜4)。
下記表3に示す配合になるように、各飲料原料をイオン交換水に添加して溶解させ、200gに定量し、当該イオン交換水を95℃に達するまで加熱殺菌した後、PET容器に充填して、ビタミンB1含有飲料を調製した(試料5〜17)。
Claims (9)
- ビタミンB1と、リモネンと、ヌートカトンとを含有し、
前記ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対する前記リモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が、4〜26であることを特徴とするビタミンB1含有飲料。 - 前記ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対する前記リモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が、7〜23であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビタミンB1含有飲料。
- 前記飲料が、ニアウォーター、エンハンスドウォーター、茶系飲料、炭酸飲料、スポーツドリンク又はアミノ酸飲料であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のビタミンB1含有飲料。
- ビタミンB1とリモネンとヌートカトンとを含有するビタミンB1含有飲料を製造する方法であって、
前記飲料中における前記ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対する前記リモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が4〜26となるように、前記飲料に前記ビタミンB1、前記リモネン及び前記ヌートカトンを配合することを特徴とするビタミンB1含有飲料の製造方法。 - 前記飲料中における前記ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対する前記リモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が7〜23となるように、前記飲料に前記ビタミンB1、前記リモネン及び前記ヌートカトンを配合することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のビタミンB1含有飲料の製造方法。
- 前記飲料が、ニアウォーター、エンハンスドウォーター、茶系飲料、炭酸飲料、スポーツドリンク又はアミノ酸飲料であることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のビタミンB1含有飲料の製造方法。
- ビタミンB1を含有する飲料における不快臭を抑制する方法であって、
前記飲料中における前記ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対する前記リモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が、4〜26となるように、前記飲料に前記リモネン及び前記ヌートカトンを配合することを特徴とするビタミンB1含有飲料の不快臭抑制方法。 - 前記飲料中における前記ヌートカトンの含有量(A)に対する前記リモネンの含有量(B)の比(B/A,質量基準)が7〜23となるように、前記飲料に前記リモネン及び前記ヌートカトンを配合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のビタミンB1含有飲料の不快臭抑制方法。
- 前記飲料が、ニアウォーター、エンハンスドウォーター、茶系飲料、炭酸飲料、スポーツドリンク又はアミノ酸飲料であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のビタミンB1含有飲料の不快臭抑制方法。
