Abstract

Una composición farmacéutica granulada de liberación inmediata que comprende (i) al menos una droga perteneciente a la Clase II o a la Clase IV del Sistema de Clasificación Biofarmacéutico, en donde dicha droga constituye al menos aproximadamente 0,5 % en peso y hasta aproximadamente 20 % en peso de la composición, dicha composición adicionalmente comprende (ii) un primer excipiente seleccionado de entre el grupo que consiste en: mezclas de una celulosa microcristalina y un polímero hinchable en cantidades respectivas tales que la relación en peso de dicho polímero a la celulosa microcristalina en la mezcla es superior a aproximadamente 2:100 y hasta aproximadamente 30:100, uno o más compuestos que contienen dextrinas seleccionado de entre el grupo que consiste en maltodextrinas, ciclodextrinas y derivados de los mismos, y mezclas de dichos compuestos que contienen dextrinas y las dichas mezclas, y (iii) una cantidad humectante de un segundo excipiente, que es un compuesto humectante no acuoso o un compuesto fundible y que comprende una fracción sólida y opcionalmente una fracción líquida.
