Abstract

"PREPARAçãO DE EXTRATO DE GENGIBRE ESTáVEL, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DA MESMA, PREPARAçãO GALêNICA, E, USO DE UMA PREPARAçãO DE EXTRATO DE GENGIBRE ESTABILIZADA E DE UMA PREPARAçãO GALêNICA". A invenção está relacionada a preparações de extrato de gengibre estáveis, caracterizadas por possuirem um teor de extrato de gengibre nativo e pelo menos um agente auxiliar estabilizante selecionado do grupo de substâncias que capturam prótons, onde o agente auxiliar quimicamente estabilizante pertence de preferência à família das polivinilpirrolidonas e libera os agentes pungentes incluidos em solução. As preparações de extrato de gengibre estáveis possuindo grandes quantidades de agentes pungentes farmaceuticamente relevantes ou óleos essenciais são obtidas adicionalmente conduzindo cuidadosamente etapas de método, que são relevantes para a produção, a uma temperatura não maior que 45<198> C. As preparações da invenção permanecem analiticamente estáveis ao longo de um prolongado período de tempo de até 18 meses ou mais. A invenção está relacionada também a formas de dosagem galênicas sólidas tais como cápsulas, tabletes ou drágeas, todas as quais contendo as preparações de extrato de gengibre estáveis.
