Abstract
Método para producir un embrion somático de vid que tiene resistencia a un patogeno de planta, incluyendo el método de pasos de (a) cultivar un embrionsomático de vid en un primer medio de cultivo líquido que incluye un regulador del crecimiento de la planta y un filtrado de un cultivo del patogeno de laplanta; (b) intercambiar el primer medio de cultivo líquido por un segundo medio de cultivo líquido no incluyendo el filtrado; (c) recuperar una célula de lavid viviente o grupo de células de lavid del segundo cultivo líquido, siendo la célula viviente o grupo de células resistente al patogeno; y (d) cultivar lacélula de la vid o grupo de células de la vid en un tercer medio de cultivo para producir un embrion somático de vid.
