Abstract

Patente de invenção: <B>"VIDEIRAS RESISTENTES A AGENTE PATOGêNICO"<D>. A invenção caracteriza um processo para produção de embrião somático de uva possuindo resistência a um agente patogênico de planta, o processo incluindo as etapas de: (a) cultivo de um embrião somático de uva em um primeiro meio de cultura líquido que inclui um regulador de crescimento de planta e uma fitotoxina de uma cultura de agente patogênico de planta; (b) troca do primeiro meio de cultura de líquido por um segundo meio de cultura de líquido não compreendendo a fitotoxina; (c) recuperação de uma célula de uva viva ou cacho de célula de uva da segunda cultura líquida, a célula viva ou cacho de uva sendo resistente ao agente patogênico; e (d) cultivo da célula de uva ou cacho de célula de uva em um terceiro meio de cultura para produzir um embrião somático de uva.
