Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PLANTA DICOTILEDÈNEA TRANSFORMADA, CéLULA DE PLANTA TRANSFORMADA CULTURA DE MúLTIPLOS BROTOS PLANTA TRANSFORMADA SEMENTE PRODUZIDA PELA PLANTA TRANSFORMADA, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA COMPREENDENDO UM GENOMA DE PLASTìDEO TRANSFORMADO, GENOMA DE PLASTìDEO TRANSFORMADO, E, PLASTìDEO". Estruturas de múltiplos brotos são induzidas a partir de tecidos de plantas (p. ex., ápices de brotos ou brotos axilares em um meio artificial) para produzir culturas de múltiplos brotos. Estas culturas de múltiplos brotos são então transformadas por meio de métodos de transformação conhecidos. Plantas são subseq³entemente regeneradas a partir das células transformadas.
