Abstract
Una mezcla de masa para rebozar que comprende almidon de papa genéticamente modificado (GMPS), a un proceso para la produccion de dicha mezcla de masa pararebozar, al uso de dicha mezcla de masa para rebozar para la produccion de productos alimenticios que comprenden dicha mezcla de masa para rebozar,preferentemente productos alimenticios recubiertos de masa para rebozar que pueden ser pre-fritos, congelados y luego cocidos preferentemente en un horno demicroondas, dando como resultado el uso dealmidon de papa modificado genéticamente en las composiciones de mezlcas de masa para rebozar una consistenciacrocante superior inesperada del producto alimenticio.
