Abstract
Una composicion para utilizar en un inhalador en aerosol comprende un material activo, un propelente que contiene un hidrofluoroalcano y uncosolvente. La composicion incluye, además, un componente de baja volatilidad que se agrega para incrementar la mediana del diámetro aerodinámico de lamasa (MMAD). Con el agregado del componente de baja volatilidad, la MMAD de las partículas del aerosol pueden ser comparables a la MMAD de las partículasdel aerosol de un inhalador en aerosol que incluye CFC como propelente. Otros objetos de la invencion son el uso de un componente de baja volatilidad enuna composicion para un inhalador en aerosol y un inhalador en aerosol que contiene la composicion. El método de llenado de un inhaladoren aerosol conuna composicion comprende llenar el inhalador con los siguientes componentes, uno o más materiales activos, uno o más componentes de baja volatilidad, unoo más cosolventes y seguido del agregado de un propelente que contiene unhidrofluoroalcano (HFA).
