Abstract

Se describe dicho complejo de bis-platino (II) con ligandos de poliamina de formula (I), en donde: dos de los ligandos X, Y y Z unidos a cada nucleo deplatino son amoníaco y el otro ligando se selecciona del grupo que consta de cloruro,bromuro , ioduro y un grupo aciloxi C1-4; n y m son independientementeentre sí un numero entero del 2 al 8; p es un numero entero que puede ser 1 o 2; A se selecciona del grupo que consiste de -B-, -B-(CH2)r-B-, -B-(CH2)r-B-(CH2)z -B-, en donde ry z son n umeros enteros que varían en un rango de 2 a 8 y B es un grupo -NR1- o -N(R2)2+ . 1/pQ-p, en donde R1 se selecciona del grupoque consta de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, acilo C1-4, ter-butiloxicarbonilo y R2 se selecciona del grupo queconsta de hidrog eno,alquilo C1-4;y Q(-P)es un anionque se selecciona entre cloruro, bromuro, ioduro, nitrato, sulfato, sulfato ácido y perclorato. El método para elaborar complejos bis platino (II) y eluso de los mismos para el tratamiento detumores en mamífero s. También se describe el método para elaborar los ligandos de poliamina y el uso delcompuesto nuevo (VIIc) como un intermediario en la síntesis de ligandos de poliamina.
