Abstract

Se describen complejos de bis-platino (II) con derivados de polimetileno, el método para elaborar los complejos y el método para elaborar los derivadosde polimetileno. Los complejos responden a la formula (I), en donde dos de los ligandos X, Y yZ unidos a cada nucleo de platino son amoníaco y el otroligando se selecciona del grupo que consta de cloruro, bromuro, yoduro y un grupo aciloxi C1-4; m y n son independientemente entre sí un numero enterodel 2 al 8;p es un numero entero quepued e ser 1 o 2; A se selecciona del grupo que consiste de -B1- y -B2-(CH2)r-B2-, en donde r es un numero entero quevaría en un rango de 2 a 8; B1 se selecciona del grupo formado por -NR1-CO-, CO-NR1, NR1-SO2-NR1, -NR1-C(=NR2)-NR1, -NR1-CO-CO-NR1 o NR 1-CO-NR1 y B2 es ungrupo -NR1-CO o -CO-NR1, donde R1 es hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-4 y R2 tiene los valores de R1 o es un grupo tert-butiloxicarbonilo, y Q(-P) es unanion que se selecciona de cloruro, bromuro, yoduro, nitrato,sulfato, sulfato ácido y perclorato. Dichos complejos de bis-platino son utiles en eltratamiento de tumores en mamíferos.
