Abstract

Una composición antifungal con biodisponibilidad mejorada que comprende: i) un agente antihongo que es (-)-(2R-cis)-4-[4-[4-[4-[[-5-(204-difluorofenil)tetrahidro-5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ilmetil)furan-3-il]metoxi]fenil]-1 -1-piperazinil]f enil]2-4-dihidro-2-[(S)hidroxipropil]-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ona;ii) por lo menos un surfactante no iónico; y iii) un diluyente. La composición permite al compuesto antihongo, que tiene una muy baja solubilidad en agua,mejorar la biodisponibilidad en mamíferos, tales como humanos.
