항진균 외용 이미다졸 제제
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 외용액제에 대한 시험예 1에서 수행한 효능시험 결과를 나타내며, 여기서 평균 병변 스코어 대 감염후 일수의 경계한 효능을 그래프로 나타낸 것이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 연고제에 대한 시험예 1에서 수행한 효능시험 결과를 나타내며, 여기서 평균 병변 스코어 대 감염후 일수의 경계한 효능을 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 다음성분 (a) (E)-1-〔2-메틸티오-1-〔2-(펜틸옥시)페닐〕에테닐〕-1H-이미다졸 염산염 0.1~5중량%; (b) 염기성물질 0.01~3중량%; 및 (c)외용제제 기재로 구성된 항진균 외용 이미다졸 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)인 화용제제 기재가 비이온 계면활성제 1~25중량% 및 액상 유성물질 1~55중량%를 함유하고 외용액제의 제제형태인 것인 제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 액상유성물질이 포화지방산 에스테르인 것인 제제.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 비이온 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌과 포화지방산 사이의 에스테르형 계면활성제 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌과 포화지방족 알코올 사이의 에테르형 비이온 계면활성제인 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)인 외용제제 기재가 2~5중량%의 비이온 계면활성제 및 적어도 80중량%의 유성연고 기재를 함유하고 연고제의 제제형태인 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)의 외용제제 기재가 1~20중량%의 비이온성 계면활성제, 2~50중량%의 유성물질 및 40~90중량%의 물을 함유하고 크림제의 제제형태인 제제.
