前記コーヒー収容カップの内部空間内に、重量で予め選択した分布を有する或る量の焙煎して挽いたコーヒーを用意し、ここで、10位のパーセンタイルの粒径が20乃至60μm、好ましくは40μm未満であり、50位のパーセンタイルの粒径が400乃至600μm、好ましくは450乃至550μmであり、かつ、90位のパーセンタイルの粒径が700乃至1000μmで、好ましくは825乃至950μmである。
内部空間内に焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質の第一の部分の量を用意し、
その第一の部分の量が成形されるように第一の部分を圧縮し、

Claims (30)
- 抽出可能な製品、例えば焙煎して挽いたコーヒー、を用いて、消費に適した所定量の飲料を調製するカプセルであって、前記カプセルは、
外周の第一壁、
前記外周の第一壁を第一端で閉じる第二壁、
前記第二壁の反対側の、第二の開いた端で前記外周の第一壁を閉じ、カプセルから調製した飲料を流出するように配置された穿孔された及び/又は多孔質の第三壁を有し、
ここで、前記第一壁、第二壁及び第三壁は、抽出可能な製品を有する内部空間を囲んでおり、
ここで、前記内部空間内の前記抽出可能な製品は以下のような予め選択した重量による粒径分布に入る粒子を有する、ここで、該重量による粒径分布の10パーセンタイルの粒径は20乃至60μm、好ましくは40μm未満であり、50パーセンタイルの粒径は400乃至600μm、好ましくは450乃至550μmであり、90パーセンタイルの粒径は700乃至1000μm、好ましくは825乃至950μmである、

焙煎して挽いたコーヒーを収容するように配置された内部空間を画定する前記外周の第一壁と、前記第二壁及び前記第三壁のうちの一方とを有するコーヒー収容カップを用意し、前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒーが以下のような予め選択した重量による粒径分布内に入る粒子を有する、ここで、前記重量による粒径分布の10パーセンタイルの粒径が20乃至60μm、好ましくは40μm未満であり、50パーセンタイルの粒径が400乃至600μm、好ましくは450乃至550μmであり、かつ、90パーセンタイルの粒径が700乃至1000μm、好ましくは825乃至950μmであり、
前記コーヒー収容カップの内部空間内に或る量の前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒーを用意することを含む、
カプセルを製造する方法。 - 前記コーヒーを用意することが、前記カプセルが前記予め選択した重量分布を有する圧縮したコーヒーを含むように、前記或る量の焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質を圧縮することを含む、請求項15に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記或る量の焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質の第一の部分を前記内部空間内に収納し、
前記第一の部分が圧縮されるように前記第一の部分を圧縮し、
次に、前記カプセルの前記内部空間内の圧縮した第一の部分の上に、前記或る量の焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質の次の部分を収容し、
前記次の部分を圧縮する、
請求項15又は16に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。 - 前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒーの圧縮した体積は、前記コーヒー収容カップの内容積にほぼ同じである、請求項15乃至17のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質は、略50乃至800N、好ましくは略400乃至600N、より好ましくは約500Nの圧縮圧力で圧縮される、請求項16又は17に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記カプセルの前記内部空間は、約10乃至14ml、好ましくは11.5乃至12.5ml、より好ましくは約11.8mlの容積を有している、請求項15乃至19のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記圧縮した焙煎して挽いたコーヒーは、4.0乃至8グラム、好ましくは4.9乃至5.7グラムの重量である、請求項15乃至20のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質は、前記カプセルに導入される前は、コーヒー250グラム当たり600乃至680mlの範囲の注入体積を有する、請求項15乃至21のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質は、1.0乃至4.0%、好ましくは1.5乃至2.2%、より好ましくは約1.5%の含水率を有する、請求項15乃至22のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質のコーヒー豆は、約250乃至1000秒の間、好ましくは450乃至700秒の間、焙煎される、請求項16乃至23のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 前記焙煎して挽いたコーヒー出発物質の焙煎度は30乃至60の範囲である、請求項15乃至24のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを製造する方法。
- 請求項15乃至25に記載のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られるカプセル。
- 抽出可能な製品を使用して消費に適した所定量の飲料を調製する装置であって、前記装置は、
請求項1乃至14及び/又は請求項26のいずれか1項に記載の交換可能なカプセル、及び、
或る量の水のような流体を高圧下で前記交換可能なカプセルに供給する流体供給器と、
前記交換可能なカプセルを保持する収容器と
前記調製した飲料を前記カプセルから流出して、カップのような容器に前記飲料を供給するために、使用中に前記カプセルと流体連絡する出口とを
有する器具、
を有する、飲料を調製する装置。 - 前記流体供給器は、約4乃至20バール、好ましくは9乃至15バールの圧力下で前記交換可能なカプセルに流体を供給するように適合された、請求項27記載の飲料を調製する装置。
- 抽出可能な製品、例えば焙煎して挽いたコーヒー、を使用して消費に適した所定量の飲料を調製する方法であって、前記方法は、
請求項1乃至14及び/又は請求項26のいずれか1項に記載の交換可能なカプセルを用意し、
前記交換可能なカプセルを保持する収容器と、或る量の水のような流体を少なくとも6バールの圧力下に前記交換可能なカプセルに供給する流体供給器と、前記調製した飲料を前記カプセルから流出して、カップのような容器に前記飲料を供給するために、使用中に前記カプセルと流体連絡する出口とを有する器具を用意し、
前記交換可能なカプセルを前記収容器内に配置し、
前記飲料を調製するために前記圧縮した抽出可能な製品に圧力下で流体を供給して、これにより、比較的小さいコーヒー粒子を前記カプセルの内部空間内で再分布させて、前記コーヒー粒子が前記出口フィルタに近接して配置され、かつ前記出口フィルタと共に前記カプセルの流量制限を生じるようにされた、
飲料を調製する方法。 - 好ましくは請求項1乃至14及び/又は請求項26のいずれか1項に記載のカプセルを使用し、請求項27又は28に記載の装置を使用する、請求項29に記載の飲料を調製する方法。
