优选地,多层过滤器的小孔和/或穿孔比可提取产品的颗粒尺寸小;所以,可提取产品保留在包囊中。多层过滤器本身可形成流量限制,和/或多层过滤器与可提取产品的颗粒相组合(例如,当颗粒部分地阻塞过滤器的小孔和/或穿孔时)形成流量限制。开口可约为0.2毫米至0.4毫米之间。开口的数量和/或开口的大小可根据咖啡或可提取产品的磨细程度决定。咖啡的磨细程度与开口的分布和/或数量和/或大小的组合是决定制备好的咖啡的质量的一方面。优选地,磨细程度与过滤器开口的分布和/或数量和/或大小之间的该组合使咖啡具有更恒定的质量和/或更多泡沫和/或更高可再现性和/或与传统浓咖啡更相似和/或在制备好的咖啡中具有更多干物质。
通过提供具有相互粘接的第一层和第二层的包囊(其中第一层由第一材料制成,第二层由第二材料制成),可获得成本节约的多层过滤器,可避免多层过滤器在包囊中流体压力的作用下变形和/或破裂。例如,第一层可包括聚丙烯或第二层可包括由聚乙烯,反之亦然。同样,也可使用聚酰胺或其他任何具有适当特性的材料,如尼龙、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET),氯化聚丙烯(CPP)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、乙烯醋酸乙酯共聚物(EVA)、线性低密度聚乙烯(L-LDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。当然,许多其他材料也可使用。另外,第一层可为过滤纸,第二层可为穿孔箔;或者两层均可为具有彼此对应的开口的穿孔箔。
此外,入口区也可形成为过滤器。通过给底部提供具有包括相互粘接的至少两个过滤层(其中第一层的抗撕强度高于第二层的抗撕强度,第二层的刚度高于第一层的刚度)的多层过滤器,可获得不易于撕裂、破裂和/或变形的底部过滤器。另外,入口过滤器为多层过滤器,而出口过滤器为单层过滤器;或反之亦然。
通过提供一个包囊,包囊的盖和底部包括所述的多层过滤器,在包囊中形成可再现和/或可控流体压力,从而提供制备好的饮料的可再现性质量。
在实施例中,系统的装置的接收器可包括支撑表面,包囊的盖可抵靠在所述支撑表面上。支撑表面包括例如非平坦几何形状的肋和/或凹槽。对于根据本发明的具有包括多层过滤器的盖的包囊,在非平坦几何形状的情况下,过滤器可具有足够的柔性和/或弹性以遵循支撑表面的几何形状而不会撕裂和/或损坏;或者,如果过滤器包括穿孔,基本上不扩大穿孔。在实施例中,过滤器仅遵循非平坦几何形状的顶部,且在进入非平坦几何形状的底部之前不会变形。例如,如果非平坦几何形状中包括规则设置的不尖的顶部和底部,在饮料的制备过程中,在包囊中压力的作用下过滤器只接触顶表面。过滤器可具有足够的刚性在非平坦几何形状的底部之前不会变形。
在实施例中,可通过刺穿包囊的封闭底部或通过给包囊的底部提供具有片状过滤层(流体可穿过所述片状过滤层进入包囊)而将流体提供给包囊。片状多层过滤器具有足够的刚度和强度,以致不被刺穿装置刺穿。另外,当用于制备饮料的设备包括底部刺穿装置时,包囊的底部可布置在距包囊的盖这样的距离处,所述距离使得在使用中底部刺穿装置不刺穿底部。
在实施例中,底部的入口区可具有多层过滤器,从而使流体在压力下进入包囊。通过提供足够强度和/或足够刚度的过滤器过滤层,使得多层过滤器可不被底部刺穿装置刺穿,因而在使用中入口过滤器保持完整。因此可提供稳定的入口区,从而在包囊中获得可靠且可重复的压力。
本发明还涉及用于该系统的具有多层过滤器的包囊。
本发明还涉及在所述系统的装置中制备预定量饮料的该包囊的应用。
本发明进一步涉及一种使用可提取产品制备预定量适于消费的饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:提供包括周向壁、底部和盖的可更换包囊,所述周向壁、底部和盖围成包括可提取产品的内部空间;提供一设备,其具有用于保持可更换包囊的接收器、在压力下向可更换包囊提供流体(如水)以便制备饮料的流体分配装置以及出口,在使用中该出口与包囊流体连接以便从包囊中排出制备好的饮料且将饮料提供至容器(如杯子);提供流体至可提取产品,从而制备饮料;其中,包囊的盖是包括相互粘接的至少第一层和第二层的片状多层过滤器,其中第一层的抗撕强度高于第二层,并且第二层的刚度高于第一层。

图1显示根据本发明实施例的通过可提取产品制备预定量适于消费的饮料的系统1。系统1包括可更换包囊2和设备104。设备104包括用于保持可更换包囊2的接收器106。在本实例中,接收器106的形状与可更换包囊2互补。图1中,为了清晰起见在可更换包囊2和接收器106之间绘制出间隙。应该理解的是,在使用中包囊2可接触接收器106。设备104进一步包括用于在压力下向可更换包囊2提供流体(如水)的流体分配装置108。
图1显示的系统1中,可更换包囊2包括周向壁10,在第一端14处封闭周向壁10的底部12和在与底部12相对的第二端18处封闭周向壁10的盖16。周向壁10、底部12和盖16围成包括可提取产品的内部空间20。在实例中,可更换包囊2容纳有适合于制备单份饮料(优选一杯饮料,如30-200毫升制备好的饮料)的量的可提取产品。因此可更换包囊为单份包装。可提取产品为烘焙研磨咖啡。
图1所示系统1包括用于刺穿替代包囊的底部刺穿装置122。图1显示底部刺穿装置处于延伸位置中,用于在替代包囊的底部形成入口开口。根据本发明,包囊2包括定位成与底部刺穿装置12间隔一距离设置的入口过滤器34,以使得当底部刺穿装置设置在延伸位置时,包囊2不被底部刺穿装置122刺穿,底部12保持完整。
图1中,刺穿装置122包括膛孔126,通过该膛孔126将流体提供至接收器106的内部空间。流体(此处为热水)在升高至6巴(压强单位)以上的压力下流过入口过滤器34流入包囊2的内部空间20,以便从可提取产品中提取所需物质;在本实例中,可提取产品约为4-8克烘焙研磨咖啡,从而制备单杯饮料,此处为咖啡。可通过4-20巴、优选5-18巴、更优选6-15巴、如12巴的压力供应流体。取决于压紧度、颗粒大小和/或饮料的期望特征,在包囊2中可包含4-10克可提取产品。
因此,通常而言,在图1所示实例中,底部12包括一个由入口过滤器34形成的入口区,并且该系统1被布置为使得流体分配装置108与入口区流体连接,从而将流体提供至可提取产品以便制备饮料。
在图1所示实例中,周向壁10基本是刚性的。周向壁可包括例如塑料,且壳通过注塑成型、真空成型、热成型或类似方法形成,或可包括金属材料。另外,在图1所示实例中,周向壁10是截锥形,但其他形状也是可行的。例如,周向壁可为圆柱形或角锥形。
在图1所示实例中,底部12与周向壁10整体形成。本实例中,入口过滤器34由底部12中的多个入口开口24形成。在该示例中多个入口开口24基本分布在整个底部12上。因此,流体通过多个入口开口24提供给可提取产品,从而在包囊2的整个横截面上使可提取产品润湿。因此实现了流体均匀地提供给可提取产品。同样,可与不具备开口的区域相邻的开口图案和/或具有开口的区域,例如,开口可设置在过滤器的中心区域中,过滤器的外围区域可保持不具备开口。
根据本发明的一方面,图1所示系统1包括盖刺穿装置128,当在替代的现有技术包囊中的流体和/或饮料的压力的作用下盖充分地压在盖刺穿装置128上时,盖刺穿装置刺穿该现有技术包囊的盖,从而形成至少一个出口开口,饮料通过该出口开口从现有技术包囊中排出。
根据本发明,包囊2包括出口过滤器36,饮料通过该出口过滤器36从包囊2排出。根据本发明,出口过滤器36是包括相互结合(bond)的至少第一层和第二层的多层出口过滤器。第一层的抗撕强度高于第二层,第二层的刚度高于第一层;优选地,第一层的抗撕强度明显高于第二层,第二层的刚度明显低于第一层。因此出口过滤器36具有足够强度和足够刚度,从而在包囊2内部的压力作用下不会被盖刺穿装置128刺穿。在包囊2内部的压力的作用下,出口过滤器36在压力作用下保持完整,不会撕裂、破裂或被盖刺穿装置刺穿。在包囊2中可形成足够的压力,从而制备高质量饮料。此外,由于具有足够强度和足够刚度的出口过滤器36,各包囊之间形成的压力具有可再现性和/或可控性,从而改善泡制饮料的可再现性和/或质量。
可替换地,或者此外,出口过滤器36对流出包囊2的饮料形成足够的流阻,使得出口过滤器36不会以充分的力压制在盖刺穿装置128上以被盖刺穿装置128刺穿,盖16保持完整。出口过滤器36可压制在盖刺穿装置上,但不被撕裂或破坏。出口过滤器36具有足够的刚度和强度,所以,出口过滤器36可只遵循盖刺穿装置的顶表面且不变形,直到到达顶面间的底部。因此,出口过滤器36的任何变形都是相当有限的。出口过滤器36适配于盖刺穿装置128,以使得在使用中包囊2不被盖刺穿装置128刺穿且盖16保持完整。更普遍地适用的是,出口过滤器36和盖刺穿装置128相互适配,以使得在使用中包囊2不被盖刺穿装置128刺穿且盖16保持完整。
在图1所示实例中,盖刺穿装置128具有用于刺穿盖的尖齿形点。应该理解的是,可替换地,盖刺穿装置128也可具有图1虚线显示的钝刺穿面。然而,在此实施例中,例如,当现有技术包囊的盖包括铝箔片时,替代的包囊可被盖刺穿装置128刺穿。根据本发明的该系统1的包囊2的出口过滤器36的参数的选择使出口过滤器36具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或形成足够低的流阻以便不被刺穿或撕裂。应该理解的是,当盖刺穿装置128是钝的时,出口过滤器36的参数应选择为适应这些钝刺穿装置128。当盖刺穿装置128是钝的时,出口过滤器36比盖刺穿装置是锋利时薄,同时要确保出口过滤器36具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或足够刚度和/或形成足够低的流阻以便不被刺穿和/或撕裂和/或破裂。
盖刺穿装置128包括隆脊;在使用中盖抵靠隆脊。如图1虚线所示,可由钝刺穿装置128形成所述隆脊。例如,隆脊可形成接收器106表面部分的至少10%(可至少25%),在使用中,其与盖16的表面区域的覆盖第二开放端18的部分相一致。因此,在使用中,至少在盖16的表面区域的覆盖第二开放端18的部分的至少10%(优选至少25%),盖16可由隆脊支撑。如上所述,替代的现有技术包囊的盖可被所述隆脊刺穿,而根据本发明的系统1的包囊2的出口过滤器36的参数可容易地选择为使出口过滤器具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或形成足够低的流阻以不被刺穿或撕裂。应该理解的是,当盖刺穿装置包括隆脊时,出口过滤器36的参数应选择为适应所述盖刺穿装置。
图1的实例中,隆脊包括不锋利的边缘。在实例中,边缘的曲率半径约为50微米,尽管边缘可以具有其他半径,如100、200或500微米。然而,当现有技术包囊的盖包括铝箔片时,现有技术包囊可被钝刺穿装置128刺穿。应该理解的是,当盖刺穿装置包括不锋利边缘时,出口过滤器36的参数应选择为适应这样的盖刺穿装置。根据本发明的系统的包囊2的出口过滤器36的层的参数可选择为使出口过滤器36具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或形成足够低的流阻以不被刺穿或撕裂。
还可能的是,盖刺穿装置128的隆脊具有凸出顶部,盖16抵靠所述凸出顶部。因此,在使用中,当盖压制在隆脊上时,盖由隆脊支撑的表面区域增大,从而减小了由隆脊施加到盖上的局部压力。因此,可以简单的方式使得盖在使用中不被撕裂和/或破裂并保持完整。
图1的实例中,由多孔片(所述多孔片为如图2和图3所示的包括相互粘接的两层的过滤纸)形成出口过滤器36,该出口过滤器36形成包囊2的出口区,饮料(此处为咖啡)通过出口过滤器36可从包囊中排出。在本实例中,整个盖16形成为出口过滤器36。在图1、图2、图3和图4的实例中,包囊2包括在第二端18处向外延伸的边缘38;其中,盖16通过粘接、焊接或类似方法附着于向外延伸的边缘38。因此,在本实例中,出口过滤器36,即多层片附着于向外延伸的边缘38上。
在本实例中,出口过滤器36形成基本连续的液透多层片,该液透多层片基本跨越包囊2的整个第二开放端18。因此,流体可在大区域从包囊2流出。获得了来自可提取产品的非常均匀的饮料排出。
通常,根据本发明的系统1的包囊2的出口过滤器的层的参数可选择为使得出口过滤器不被撕裂或破坏,如使出口过滤器具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或具有足够高的刚度和/或形成足够低的流阻以便不被刺穿或撕裂。当出口过滤器36由过滤纸的层构成时,可容易地选择过滤纸的参数(如密度、厚度和/或PE含量),从而使出口过滤器具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或具有足够高的刚度和/或形成足够低的流阻以便不被刺穿或撕裂。或者,当出口过滤器36的层由具有多个出口开口的聚合薄膜构成时,可容易地选择聚合箔的参数(如密度、厚度、出口开口的数量、出口开口的大小和/或形状),从而使第三周向壁具有足够高的抗撕强度和/或形成足够低的流阻。
不同材料用于不同过滤层。很多材料都适合,如PE、PP、PET、尼龙、EVOH、EVA、L-LDPE,LDPE、金属。同样,过滤层可具有不同厚度。例如,过滤层的厚度可约为5-40微米。优选地,过滤层的厚度约为10-35微米。例如,第一层的厚度约为12微米或23微米,第二层的厚度可约为30微米。
图2显示根据本发明的包囊2的实施例。出口过滤器36包括两个层51、52。两个层51,52相互粘接在一起从而相互作用和/或相互增强。可在过滤层的大致整个表面提供物理和/或化学结合。根据本发明,第一层51的抗撕强度高于第二层52的抗撕强度,且第二层52的刚度高于第一层51的刚度。过滤层51、52的刚度和抗撕强度使其不被撕裂,破裂或过多地变形,以使得出口过滤器36对于包囊内形成的压力具有相对恒定的流阻,因而具有更好的可再现性和/或可控性。图2中示出了出口过滤器36包括多孔层51和具有开口30的穿孔层52。图3所示包囊实施例的出口过滤器36具有穿孔层51和多孔层52。多孔层可具有足够的强度以防止穿孔层开口30的扩大;并且,穿孔层可具有足够的刚度以防止多孔层的撕裂。另外,见图4,可提供两个穿孔层或提供两个多孔层。出口过滤器36的过滤层51、52的穿孔30彼此一致,从而提供将流体从包囊2排出的流体通道。另外,可提供包括两个以上过滤层的多层过滤器。例如,可提供具有三个或更多过滤层的多层过滤器,每个过滤层可具有不同抗撕强度和/或刚度。通过提供每层均具有不同特征的不同过滤层,过滤层可在特征方面彼此增强,从而提供不被撕裂、破坏或刺穿的多层过滤器。优选地,对于穿孔层来说,在压力作用下穿孔不变形。优选地,在饮料的制备过程中在包囊的使用期间,穿孔的尺寸变化低于3%。另外,对于多孔层来说,优选地小孔可不变形,并且饮料的制备过程中在包囊的使用期间,小孔的尺寸变化不高于3%。
该出口过滤器36可设置于盖16的上游或下游,或设置于盖16的出口开口中。优选地,出口过滤器36附着于向外延伸的边缘38。出口过滤器36还可附着于周向壁14。
通常,出口开口30,穿孔层的穿孔或多孔层的小孔的尺寸制定为使得开口30的尺寸足够小,从而将可提取产品的大部分较大颗粒(如研磨咖啡)保持在包囊2内。只有非常小的颗粒(所谓的微粒)可通过开口排出包囊。另外,通常,出口开口30的尺寸和分布使得可获得足够低的流阻,以便在饮料从排出包囊中排出之前升高包囊内的压力。
根据本发明的一方面,底部12具有入口过滤器34。入口过滤器34可设置为包括例如图2和图3所示两个层61、62的多层过滤器。另外,可提供包括两个以上层的入口过滤器。或者,包囊2也可不具备入口过滤器34,而使入口区保持打开状态。入口过滤器34可设置于底部12的上游或下游,或(未显示)可设置在入口开口中且附着于向内延伸的边缘42。由于在包囊2的内部空间20中不存在边缘的厚度,从而可使得其内体积最大化。可替换地或者此外,入口过滤器可附着至周向壁10上。
如图2和图3所示,入口过滤器34的第一层61可为多孔片(如过滤纸);第二层62可为穿孔片(如聚合箔)。根据本发明的一方面,第一层具有高抗撕强度且第二层具有高刚度。可替换地,第一层可为穿孔箔而第二层可为多孔片。入口开口24可近似均匀地设置在入口区上以允许流体均匀地提供给可提取产品。如图4所示,多层入口过滤器34的两个层61和62可均为穿孔层。这两个层的穿孔24相互对应,从而提供流体通道。
显然,本发明不以任何方式局限于说明书和附图中的实施例。在权利要求概述的本发明的框架内,可以进行各种变化和组合。例如,所述实施例显示了第一层位于第二层的上游。对于本领域技术人员来说清楚的是,第二层也可以位于第一层的上游。另外,在上述实施例中,第一层可比第二层薄。对于本领域技术人员来说清楚的是,第二层也可比第一层薄。在本发明的框架范围内,实施例的一个或多个方面的组合或不同实施例的组合是可行的。应理解的是,所有类似变化均落在权利要求概述的本发明框架内。

Claims (26)

1.一种使用可提取产品制备适于消费的预定量的饮料的系统,包括:
可更换包囊;以及
一设备,所述设备包括用于在压力下向可更换包囊供应一定量流体的流体分配装置和用于保持所述可更换包囊的接收器;
其中,所述可更换包囊包括:
周向壁、底部和盖,所述周向壁、底部和盖围成包括可提取产品的内部空间;
其中流体分配装置布置成通过底部向所述可提取产品供应流体以形成饮料;
其中底部包括入口区,所述系统布置成使得所述流体分配装置与所述入口区流体连接,从而向可提取产品供应流体以便制备饮料;
其中所述盖包括出口区且所述系统包括出口,在使用中,所述出口与所述出口区流体连接,以便将制备好的饮料从包囊中排出且将所述饮料供应至容器;
其中所述接收器被布置成通过所述出口区将制备好的饮料从包囊中排出;
其中所述包囊的出口区包括片状多层过滤器,所述片状多层过滤器包括在整个表面上结合在一起的至少第一层和第二层;
