图1示出了根据本发明的系统1的实施方式的实例,该系统用于使用可提取产品来制备适合于消费的预定量饮料。系统1包括可更换包囊2和设备104。设备104包括接收器106,该接收器用于保持可更换包囊2。在这个实例中,接收器106的形状与包囊2的形状互补。在图1中,为清楚起见,在包囊2与接收器106之间绘制有间隙。将理解的是,在使用中,包囊2可以位于与接收器106接触。设备104进一步包括流体分配装置108,该流体分配装置用于将一定量的诸如水的流体在压力下供给至可更换包囊2。

图1的系统1包括底部刺穿工具122,该底部刺穿工具用于刺穿替换包囊。图1示出了处于伸出位置的底部刺穿工具,该底部刺穿工具用于在替换包囊的底部中形成入口开口。
在图1中,刺穿工具122包括孔126,流体经过该孔供给至接收器106的内部空间。流体(这里是热水)在例如超过四巴(例如十二巴)的压力下将流经入口过滤器34进入包囊2的内部空间20中,用于从可提取产品中提取期望的物质,在这个实例中,可提取产品为大约4-8克烘制并研磨的咖啡,在这个实例中是用于制备单杯饮料(这里是咖啡)。可以对流体施加4巴至20巴之间(优选4.5巴至18巴之间,且更优选5巴至15巴之间)的压力。取决于压实度、粒度和/或饮料的期望特性,在包囊2中可以容纳4克至10克之间的可提取产品。
因此,更一般地,在图1的实例中,底部12包括入口区,并且系统1被布置成用于使流体分配装置108与入口区流体连接,以便将流体供应至可提取产品来制备饮料。
在图1的实例中,周向壁10是基本上硬质的。周向壁可以例如包括塑性材料,并且可以通过例如注射模塑、真空成型、热成型等形成。另外,在图1的实例中,周向壁110是截头圆锥形(frustoconical),但是其他形状也是可能的。例如,周向壁可以是圆柱形或角锥形或半球形或诸如六边形或八边形的多边形。
在图1的实例中,底部12与周向壁成为整体。因此,流体经由入口区供给至可提取产品,这促使遍及包囊2的基本上整个横截面的可提取产品变湿。因此,可以实现对可提取产品的非常均匀的流体供给。
此外,图1的系统1包括盖子刺穿工具128,当盖子在替换包囊中流体和/或饮料的压力的影响下充分压靠在盖子刺穿工具128上时,该盖子刺穿工具用于刺穿替换包囊的盖子以形成至少一个出口开口,饮料能够经过出口开口从现有替换包囊排出。
根据本发明,包囊2包括出口区,饮料可以经过该出口区从包囊2排出。根据本发明,出口区包括出口过滤器36。出口过滤器36可以是过滤层,该过滤层包括非织物和/或织物纤维性材料层,其中,过滤层包括:至少一个第一区域,在第一区域处非织物和/或织物材料被密封以防止液体经过那里流出;以及至少一个第二区域,在第二区域处非织物和/或织物材料未被密封以允许液体经过那里流出。在包囊2内侧的压力的影响下,出口过滤器36可以靠着盖子刺穿工具变形,但是它可以不撕裂、破裂或被盖子刺穿工具刺穿。在另一实施方式中,出口过滤器36在包囊中流体压力的影响下可以不变形,因此第二区域的尺寸保持大致不变,即,在使用期间偏差小于3%。由于非织物和/或织物材料,可以提供在压力的影响下可以保持完好的稳定的出口过滤器36。可以在包囊2中发展针对优质饮料的足够压力。而且,由于非织物和/或织物层,出口过滤器可以具有足够的强度和刚度,压力发展可以从一个包囊到另一个包囊重现,从而提高了酿造好饮料的可重现性。
可替换地,或额外地,出口过滤器36适配于盖子刺穿工具128,使得包囊2在使用中不被盖子刺穿工具128刺穿并且盖子16保持完好。更一般地,可以应用的是,出口过滤器36与盖子刺穿工具128彼此适配,使得包囊2在使用中不被盖子刺穿工具128刺穿并且盖子16保持完好。
在图1的实例中,示出了具有锋利的齿尖以便刺穿盖子的盖子刺穿工具128。将理解的是,可替换地,盖子刺穿工具128可以具有钝的刺穿表面,例如,如在图1中以虚线所标示的。然而,在这样的实施方式中,替换包囊可以被钝的刺穿工具128刺穿,例如,当替换包囊的盖子由铝箔片材构成时。能够对根据本发明的系统的包囊2的出口过滤器的参数进行选择,使得出口过滤器36可以不被刺穿或撕裂,所述参数诸如:非织物和/或织物材料、第一区域和第二区域的分布和/或多个第一区域和第二区域、刚度和/或强度。将理解的是,当盖子刺穿工具是钝的时,可以对出口过滤器的参数进行选择以适配这些钝的刺穿工具。当刺穿工具是钝的时,出口过滤器可以例如,比当盖子刺穿工具是锋利的时薄,同时保证出口过滤器具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或形成足够低的流动阻力从而不被刺穿或撕裂。
可能的是,盖子刺穿工具包括脊状物,盖子在使用中紧靠这些脊状物。这样的脊状物可以由如图1中以虚线所示的钝的刺穿工具128形成。脊状物可以例如形成接收器106的表面的至少10%(可能地至少25%)的部分,所述部分在使用中与覆盖第二端18的盖子16的表面区域部分相重合。因此,在使用中,盖子16可以由覆盖第二开放端18的盖子16的表面区域的至少10%(优选至少25%)的部分的脊状物支撑。正如已经指出的,替换包囊的盖子可以被这样的脊状物刺穿,然而可以容易地对根据本发明的系统1的包囊2的出口过滤器36的参数进行选择,使得出口过滤器具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或足够的刚度从而不被刺穿或撕裂。出口过滤器可以具有足够的强度和/或足够的刚度,使得出口过滤器仅仅紧靠脊状物的顶表面,并且不变形,直到在脊状物之间的底部。因此,出口过滤器的变形被限制。将理解的是,当盖子刺穿工具包括脊状物时,可以对出口过滤器的参数进行选择以适配这样的盖子刺穿工具。
在图1的实例中,脊状物包括不锋利的边缘。在这个实例中,边缘的曲率半径是大约50μm,但是诸如100μm、200μm或500μm的其他半径是可能想到的。然而,现有替换包囊可以被钝的刺穿工具128刺穿,例如,当盖子由铝箔片材构成时。将理解的是,当盖子刺穿工具包括不锋利的边缘时,可以对出口过滤器36的参数进行选择以适配这样的盖子刺穿工具。可以对根据本发明的系统的包囊2的出口过滤器36的各层的参数进行选择,使得出口过滤器36可不被刺穿或撕裂。
还可能的是,盖子刺穿工具128的脊状物具有凸起顶部,盖子16紧靠该凸起顶部。因此,当盖子在使用中压靠在脊状物上时,盖子上受脊状物支撑的表面区域增加,因此减小了由脊状物施加在盖子上的局部压力。因此,以容易的方式使得盖子在使用中不撕裂和/或破裂并且保持完好是可能的。
在图1的实例中,出口过滤器36形成包囊2的出口区,饮料(这里是咖啡)能够经过该出口区从包囊排出,该出口过滤器由非织物和/或织物材料的过滤层(诸如滤纸)形成,该出口过滤器包括:至少一个第一区域,在第一区域处非织物和/或织物材料被密封以防止液体经过那里流出;以及至少一个第二区域,在第二区域处非织物和/或织物材料未被密封以允许流体经过那里流出。非织物和/或织物材料可以包括聚合纤维,诸如聚丙烯或聚乙烯。非织物和/或织物材料还可以包括可生物降解的材料,诸如例如纸纤维。
在这里所示的实施方式中,整个盖子16形成为出口过滤器36。因此,流体能够遍及较大的区域从包囊2排出。因此,实现了来自可提取产品的饮料的非常均匀的排出。
在图1的实例中,包囊2包括在第二端18处向外延伸的边沿38,其中盖子16例如通过胶合、焊接等附接到向外延伸的边沿38和/或周向壁10的内表面。在图2和图3的实例中,出口过滤器36附接到向外延伸的边沿38。
在图1的实例中,入口区是开放的以允许液体流经那里到包囊2中。在图2的实例中,底部12的入口区设置有入口过滤器34。根据本发明的一个方面,入口过滤器34包括过滤层,其中,过滤层包括非织物和/或织物纤维性材料层,其中,过滤层包括:至少一个第一区域,在第一区域处非织物和/或织物材料被密封以防止液体经过那里流出;以及至少一个第二区域,在第二区域处非织物和/或织物材料未被密封以允许液体经过那里流出。根据本发明的一个方面,包囊2包括入口过滤器34,该入口过滤器定位在离底部刺穿工具12一定距离处,使得当底部刺穿工具处于伸出位置时,包囊2不被底部刺穿工具122刺穿并且底部12保持完好。
在图2的实例中,入口过滤器34被设置为底部12。在图3的实例中,入口过滤器34被设置为独立过滤层,该独立过滤层附接到底部12的向内延伸的边沿42。入口过滤层34也可以附接到周向壁10的内表面或外表面,和/或附接到底部12的内向延伸的边沿42的内表面或外表面。
通常,能够对根据本发明的系统1的包囊2的出口过滤器36的各层的参数进行选择,使得出口过滤器不撕裂或破裂,例如具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或具有足够高的刚度和/或形成足够低的流动阻力从而不被刺穿或撕裂。将理解的是,盖子和/或出口过滤器可以不破裂或不被盖子刺穿工具128撕裂。当出口过滤器36由例如部分密封的滤纸制成时,能够很容易地选择滤纸的参数,诸如:密度、厚度和/或PE含量、第一区域和第二区域的分布和/或多个第一区域和第二区域,以提供具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或形成足够低的流动阻力的出口过滤器。
在图4中,示为了非织物过滤层的实施方式,该非织物过滤层包括:第一区域51,在第一区域处非织物材料被密封;以及第二区域52,在第二区域处非织物材料未被密封。因此,第二区域52是开放的,以允许液体经过那里流出。非织物材料中的纤维在材料中混乱地布置并且不具有优先取向或布置。通过非织物过滤层来提供对液体的流动限制。非织物过滤层通常包括许多纤丝和/或纤维,如图4中所示。纤丝能够具有不同的长度和不同的尺寸并且能够由不同的材料提供。
非织物过滤层的第一区域能够例如通过胶合、涂装、熔化或树脂进行密封。第二区域保持开放或能够制成开放的而不被密封。取决于形成第二区域的方法,第二区域可以完全开放,例如当第二区域采用热或冷针形成时,和/或非织物过滤层的纤丝和/或纤维仍旧可以存在于第二区域中,但是因此在纤丝之间没有例如树脂。
优选地,第二区域在流体压力的影响下不变形、撕裂或破裂。第二区域可以在边缘处被加强,以防止第二区域的变形、撕裂或破裂。边缘可以例如采用额外的胶和/或涂料或通过对边缘的热熔化来进行加强。第二区域可以近似均匀地分布于过滤层的近似整个表面,或者第二区域可以以不同的模式设置。另外,第二区域可以随机地分布于过滤层的近似整个表面上。另外,第二区域可以具有不同的尺寸。优选地,第二区域的尺寸小于包囊中可提取产品的大部分颗粒的尺寸,以便允许可提取产品保留在包囊中并且没有使经过第二区域的颗粒最少化。
入口和/或出口过滤器可被设置为多层非织物和/或织物纤维性材料的多层过滤器。优选地,这些层粘合在一起以提供稳定的过滤器。稳定的过滤器可以允许包囊中足够的压力上升,并且可以具有足够的强度和/或刚度从而不被盖子或底部刺穿工具刺穿或撕裂。另外,过滤层可以具有足够的强度和/或刚度,以防止第二区域的变形和/或破裂。优选地,一个过滤层的第一区域和第二区域分别与另一过滤层的第一区域和第二区域对应,以允许液体流经这些相对应的第二区域。
明显的是,本发明不以任何方式限制于在说明书和附图中呈现的实施方式。在如权利要求书所概述的本发明的框架内,许多变体和组合是可能的。在本发明的框架内,实施方式的一个或多个方面的组合或不同实施方式的组合是可能的。所有类似的变体应理解为落入如权利要求书所概述的本发明的框架内。
