POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE Y. LIPOLYTICA TRANSFORMANATA, naznačen time, što se ekspresioni vektor odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od PLS-3, pC5aX-3, pXX-11, pXX-22, pXX-33, pLD56 i pLX-34, integriše transformacijom u Y. lipolytica transformant odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od Y. lipolytica sa identifikacionim karakteristikama ATCC 20781, ATCC 20776, ATCC 20775, ATCC 20777, ATCC 20778, ATCC 20779, ATCC 20780, ATCC 20794 i ATCC 20795, koji sadrži region hemologije za heterologu vektorsku DNA, pri čemu taj region obuhvata egzogenu DNA koja služi kao recipijentno mesto tokom intergrativne transformacije navedene Y. lipolytica, čime se dobija Y.lipolytica transformant, identifikacionih karakteristika ATCC 20795.
