Abstract

POSTUPAK SA FLUIDIZIRANIM SLOJEM ZA ACETOKSILACIJU ETILENA U PROIZVODNJU VINIL ACETATA - Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju vinil acetata u reaktoru sa fluidiziranim slojem, koji obuhvata dovod etilena i sirćetne kiseline u reaktor sa fluidiziranim slojem kroz jedan ili vise ulaznih otvpra, dovodjenje nekog gasa koji sadrži kiseonik u reaktor sa fluidiziranim slojem kroz bar još jedan sledeći otvor, mešanje gasa koji sadrži kiseonik, etilena i sirćetne kiseline u reaktoru sa fluidiziranim slojem sa materijalom katalizatora u vidu fluidiziranog sloja, kako bi se omogućilo da etilen, sirćetna kiselina i kiseonik reaguju i proizvedu vinil acetat, i izvlačenje vinil acetata iz reaktora sa fluidiziranim slojem. Poželjno je da je prečnik čestica zrnastog materijal katalizatora u opsegu od 60% Čestica ispod 200 /um, sa ne vise od 40% Čestica ispod 40/um.
