Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi utilizată la producerea proteinelor şi a altor substanţe bioactive, inclusiv a compuşilor organici pe bază de iod.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul propus include cultivarea cianobacteriilor în mediu nutritiv, ce conţine în calitate de compus iodat hexahidratul iodurii de cobalt (II) în cantitate de 7,5-10,0 mg/l mediu nutritiv.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în obţinerea biomasei de spirulină îmbogăţită cu compuşi organici de iod până la 0,13-0,14% din substanţa uscată şi cu cianocobalamină.
