Abstract

본 발명은 에틸렌과 아세트산을 하나 이상의 입구를 통해 유동층반응기에 공급하고, 산소를 하나 이상의 다른 입구를 통해 유동층 반응기에 공급하며, 산소, 에틸렌 및 아세트산을 반응기 내에서 공-결합하고 유동층 촉매와 접촉시켜 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하는 공정을 포함하는, 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소로 부터 비닐아세테이트를 제조하는 유동층 방법에 관한 것이다. 미립자 촉매 물질의 입자크기의 직경은 바람직하게는 입자중 60%가 200미크론(0.2mm) 이하이고, 입자중 40% 이하가 40미크론(0.04mm) 이하이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법의 개략도이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 에틸렌과 아세트산을 하나이상의 입구를 통해 유동층 반응기에 공급하고, 산소-포함 기체를 하나 이상의 다른 입구를 통해 유동층 반응기에 공급하며, 산소-포함 기체, 에틸렌 및 아세트산이 유동층 반응기에서 공-결합하는 동안 유동층 촉매 물질이 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소와 반응하여 비닐 아세테이트를 제조할 수 있도록 접촉하여 유동층 반응기로 부터 비닐 아세테이트를 제조할 수 있도록 접촉하여 유동층 반응기로 부터 비닐 아세테이트를 회수하는 것을 포함하는 유동층 반응기 내에서 비닐 아세테이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 아세트산을 기체 혼합물로서 하나 이상의 입구를 통해 반응기에 공급하는 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 아세트산의 기체 혼합물이 혼합물에 가연성 한계 이하의 산소를 포함하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소-포함 기체를 하나 이상의 다른 입구를 통해 반응기에 공급하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유동층 촉매가 일반식 : Pd=M-A인 제조방법.
    (식중, M은 Ba, Au, Cd, Bi, Cu, Mn, Fe, Co, Ce, U 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하고, A는 알칼리 금속 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함한다).
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 반응기내 유동층 촉매 물질의 양을 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소-포함 기체가 반응하는 동안 발생한 열을 분산시키기에 충분한 양으로 유지함으로써 유동층 촉매에 손상을 입히지 않고 반응을 진행시키는 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유동층 촉매 물질이 미립자 촉매 물질과 미립자 불활성 물질의 혼합물을 포함하는 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 미립자 유동층 촉매 물질중 60% 이상은 입자크기의 직경이 200미크론 이하이고, 촉매 입자중 40% 이하는 직경이 40미크론 이하인 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 산소-포함 기체를 하나 이상의 다른 입구를 통해 반응기에 공급하는 제조방법.
  10. 제5항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 아세트산을 기체 혼합물로서 하나 이상의 입구를 통해 반응기에 공급하는 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 아세트산의 기체 혼합물이 혼합물에 가연성 한계 이하의 산소를 포함하는 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기에 도입되는 산소-포함기체에 대한 에틸렌, 아세트산의 합의 비율이 이 혼합물에 대한 가연성 한계 범위내에 있는 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 반응기에 도입되는 배합된 기체 공급물중 에틸렌의 농도가 30 내지 70체적 백분율인 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 반응기에 도입되는 배합된 기체 공급물증 기체 아세트산의 농도가 10 내지 25체적 백분율인 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 반응기에 도입되는 배합된 기체 공급물중 산소의 농도가 8 내지 25체적 백분율인 제조방법.
  16. 제12항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소-포함 기체를 하나 이상의 다른 입구를 통해 반응기에 공급하는 제조방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 미반응 아세트산, 에틸렌 및 산소의 일부 이상을 유동층 반응기로 재순환하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 유동층 반응기를 나가는 유동층 촉매물질의 일부 이상을 회수하고, 이 물질을 유동층 반응기로 재순환하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 약 50 내지 200psig인 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 온도가 약 100℃ 내지 250℃인 제조방법.
