Description

一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备及其镀膜方法 技术领域
本发明涉及PVC板材领域,具体涉及一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备及其镀膜方法。
背景技术
防静电PVC板具有优秀的防静电功能,抗冲击及耐化学溶剂性能也非常突出,防静电PVC板的镀膜方法是把防静电液涂刷到板材表面,然后放在紫外线下烘干,或者是将板材夹在空中,让防静电液在重力的作用下淋涂到板材表面,是PVC板的表面形成一层防静电膜;
现有的防静电PVC板的镀膜方法如附图12所示,需要人工将PVC板通过夹持机构固定,然后运输至防静电液池中,再通过紫外线灯烘干,由于紫外线灯对人体有害,而紫外线灯需要定时维护和更换,所以防静电PVC板生产线需要定时暂停,由人工定时拆换紫外线灯,大大降低了PVC板的镀膜效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备及其镀膜方法,通过设置的PVC板材夹持机构、防静电液池和紫外线烘干机构,PVC板材夹持机构可以自动夹持和放下PVC板材,紫外线烘干机构可以自动更换紫外线灯,无需人工操作,防静电PVC板生产线不需要定时暂停,大大提高了防静电镀膜设备的工作效率。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,包括:
运输轨道,所述运输轨道的形状为圆环形,所述运输轨道的两侧等距固定连接有若干支撑柱,运输轨道的内部可以采用输送带或者链条,由电机驱动;
PVC板材夹持机构,所述PVC板材夹持机构活动设置在运输轨道的底部,所述PVC板材夹持机构用于自动装配PVC板材以及调节PVC板材的高度;
防静电液池,所述防静电液池设置在支撑柱的内侧,所述防静电液池用于配合PVC板材夹持机构将PVC板材的表面粘附防静电液;
紫外线烘干机构,所述紫外线烘干机构设在支撑柱的外侧靠近防静电液池的位置,所述紫外线烘干机构用于烘干PVC板材表面粘附的防静电液。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述PVC板材夹持机构包括移动横杆,所述移动横杆的顶面一端开设有缓冲轨道,所述移动横杆的底面开设有调节轨道,所述移动横杆的顶面远离缓冲轨道的一端螺栓连接有固定滑轮,所述缓冲轨道的内侧设有与缓冲轨道相互契合的移动滑轮,所述调节轨道的内侧设有两组与调节轨道相互契合的液压缸,两组所述液压缸之间固定连接有伸缩杆,所述液压缸的侧面靠近伸缩杆的底部位置设有夹持杆。

作为本发明进一步的方案:所述限位机构包括连接杆,所述连接杆的两端固定连接有限位锁舌,所述连接杆的侧面中部位置嵌套有回力弹簧,限位机构为两组,对称设置在自动换灯腔的端口处,在紫外线灯沿斜面槽下滑时,可以起到阻挡作用,防止紫外线灯滑出自动换灯腔。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述传动齿轮的底面圆心位置固定传动杆,所述传动杆的底端固定连接有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮的侧面啮合有从动齿轮。

一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备的镀膜方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、PVC板材固定:通过运输轨道调节PVC板材夹持机构的位置,使PVC板材夹持机构处于PVC板材的正上方,启动液压缸,降低夹持杆的高度,使夹持杆插入PVC板材的两端,夹持杆侧面的支撑块卡在PVC板材的底部,夹持杆在上升时会带动PVC板材;
S2、粘附防静电液:通过运输轨道与PVC板材夹持机构的配合,将PVC板材运输至防静电液池的正上方,通过液压缸降低夹持杆的高度,使PVC板材完全浸入防静电液中,然后在提升PVC板材;
S3、紫外线烘干:打开紫外线灯,紫外线灯会照射在PVC板材的侧面,使粘附在PVC板材侧面的防静电液快速烘干;
S4、PVC板材卸料:再次通过PVC板材夹持机构运输PVC板材,使PVC板材处于设定的位置,打开电磁阀,支撑块在拉伸弹簧的作用下退回夹持杆,使PVC板材可以自动落下;
S5、紫外线定时维护:设定紫外线灯的工作时间,当紫外线灯达到设定的工作时间后,打开电磁锁舌,自动更换备用灯。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明中,通过设置的PVC板材夹持机构、防静电液池和紫外线烘干机构,PVC板材夹持机构可以将PVC板材完全浸入防静电液中,使PVC板材的表面粘附防静电液,设置的紫外线烘干机构可以将VC板材表面的防静电液烘干,呈圆环形的运输轨道保证PVC板材夹持机构可以循环工作,而PVC板材夹持机构可以自动夹持PVC板材以及自动将PVC板材表面镀上防静电层,无需人工操作,PVC板材镀膜过程无需暂停,大大提高了防静电镀膜设备的工作效率。
2、本发明中,通过PVC板材夹持机构上开设的调节轨道可以起到缓冲作用,在遇到运输轨道的弯曲处时,移动滑轮可以在调节轨道内滑动,可以抵消移动横杆倾斜时产生的距离差,保证移动横杆可以正常通过运输轨道的弯曲处,设置的伸缩杆可以调节两组夹持杆之间的距离,使夹持杆可以夹持不同规格的PVC板材,提高了适用性。
3、本发明中,通过在PVC板材夹持机构上设置的夹持杆,在升降杆沿着PVC板材的端面下滑时,PVC板材会挤压压缩块,使压缩块克服弹力以及气腔的气压向升降杆内部滑动,当PVC板材的底面刚好滑出支撑块时,气腔的气压会作用在伸缩软管上,气压会克服弹力是支撑块向外侧滑动并卡在PVC板材的底面,固定PVC板材的位置,实现了PVC板材夹持机构的自动夹持,当需要将PVC板材放下是,只需要打开电磁阀,平衡气腔内的气压,此时弹力会作用在支撑块上,使支撑块自动退回,保证PVC板材自动滑出升降杆,实现了PVC板材夹持机构的自动卸料。
4、本发明中,通过在紫外线烘干机构内开设的自动换灯腔,在需要更换紫外线灯时,可以打开电磁锁舌,在紫外线灯自身重力的作用下,紫外线灯会自动下滑,在紫外线灯的底面接触到滑板时,紫外线灯会带动滑板同步下滑,而同步块则可以通过卡扣推动备用灯,使备用灯移动至紫外线灯原本的位置,而紫外线灯则会移动至自动换灯腔的底部,当紫外线灯被取出后,扭力轴会带动长绳退回,同步块也会移动至原本的位置,以备循环使用。

如图1-图11所示,一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,,该防静电镀膜设备包括运输轨道1,运输轨道1的形状为圆环形,运输轨道1的两侧等距固定连接有若干支撑柱11,运输轨道1的底部设有活动的PVC板材夹持机构2,PVC板材夹持机构2用于自动装配PVC板材以及调节PVC板材的高度,支撑柱11的内侧设有防静电液池3,防静电液池3用于配合PVC板材夹持机构2将PVC板材的表面粘附防静电液,支撑柱11的外侧靠近防静电液池3的位置设有紫外线烘干机构4,紫外线烘干机构4用于烘干PVC板材表面粘附的防静电液;
工作时,如图2所示,PVC板材夹持机构2可以夹持PVC板材,并沿着运输轨道1运输PVC板材,保证PVC板材可以被运输至防静电液池3的正上方,PVC板材夹持机构2可以将PVC板材完全浸入防静电液中,使PVC板材的表面粘附防静电液,设置的紫外线烘干机构4可以将VC板材表面的防静电液烘干,呈圆环形的运输轨道1保证PVC板材夹持机构2可以循环工作,而PVC板材夹持机构2可以自动夹持PVC板材以及自动将PVC板材表面镀上防静电层,无需人工操作,提高了工作效率。
如图3所示,PVC板材夹持机构2包括移动横杆21,移动横杆21的顶面一端开设有缓冲轨道211,移动横杆21的底面开设有调节轨道212,移动横杆21的顶面远离缓冲轨道211的一端螺栓连接有固定滑轮22,缓冲轨道211的内侧设有与缓冲轨道211相互契合的移动滑轮23,调节轨道212的内侧设有两组与调节轨道212相互契合的液压缸24,两组液压缸24之间固定连接有伸缩杆25,液压缸24的侧面靠近伸缩杆25的底部位置设有夹持杆26;

升降杆261的外侧中间位置设有弧形凸起,在PVC板材的两端端面开设与弧形凸起相互契合的弧形凹槽,在升降杆261卡在PVC板材的两端是,通过弧形凸起与弧形凹槽的配合可以限定PVC板材的位置,如图4所示,压缩块264的内侧一端连接的是压缩弹簧267,支撑块265的内侧一端固定的是拉伸弹簧268,所以压缩块264会突出升降杆261的侧面,支撑块265则会内陷升降杆261的侧面,在升降杆261沿着PVC板材的端面下滑时,PVC板材会挤压压缩块264,使压缩块264克服弹力以及气腔263的气压向升降杆261内部滑动,当PVC板材的底面刚好滑出支撑块265时,气腔263的气压会作用在伸缩软管上,气压会克服弹力是支撑块265向外侧滑动并卡在PVC板材的底面,固定PVC板材的位置,实现了PVC板材夹持机构2的自动夹持,当需要将PVC板材放下是,只需要打开电磁阀266,平衡气腔263内的气压,此时弹力会作用在支撑块265上,使支撑块265自动退回,保证PVC板材自动滑出升降杆261,实现了PVC板材夹持机构2的自动卸料。
如图6和图7所示,紫外线烘干机构4包括机构外壳41,机构外壳41靠近防静电液池3的顶面位置开设有自动换灯腔42,自动换灯腔42的底部开设有斜面槽43,自动换灯腔42内设有紫外线灯44和备用灯49,自动换灯腔42的端口处设有限位机构45,自动换灯腔42的内壁靠近紫外线灯44的底面位置安装有电磁锁舌46,自动换灯腔42的侧壁靠近紫外线灯44的一侧位置设有传动齿轮47,自动换灯腔42靠近备用灯49的底面一端设有扭力轴48;
紫外线灯44需要定期保养更换,因此,在自动换灯腔42设置的紫外线灯44和备用灯49可以实现自动紫外线灯44的自动更换,无需人工操作,后续只需取出更换下来的紫外线灯44便可。
如图8所示,紫外线灯44包括灯体441,灯体441的一侧开设有齿槽444,灯体441的顶面中心位置设有接电端口442,灯体441的背面开设有把手槽443;
接电端口442可以与机构外壳41配合,也就是在机构外壳41的内壁靠近接电端口442的位置设置与接电端口442相互契合接电端子,接入室电,开设的把手槽443方便维护人员取出紫外线灯44。
如图9所示,限位机构45包括连接杆451,连接杆451的两端固定连接有限位锁舌452,连接杆451的侧面中部位置嵌套有回力弹簧453;
限位机构45为两组,对称设置在自动换灯腔42的端口处,在紫外线灯44沿斜面槽43下滑时,可以起到阻挡作用,防止紫外线灯44滑出自动换灯腔42。
如图10所示,传动齿轮47的底面圆心位置固定传动杆471,传动杆471的底端固定连接有主动齿轮472,主动齿轮472的侧面啮合有从动齿轮473;
再取出紫外线灯44时,可以准备一个新的备用灯49,再将新的备用灯49推入自动换灯腔42内部时,备用灯49侧面的齿槽444可以带动传动齿轮47,传动齿轮47通过传动杆471带动主动齿轮472,主动齿轮472通过从动齿轮473带动紫外线灯44,在备用灯49进入自动换灯腔42的同时也作用在限位锁舌452上,使限位锁舌452自动打开,然后紫外线灯44便可以自动移出自动换灯腔42。
如图11所示,扭力轴48的侧面缠绕有长绳481,长绳481远离扭力轴48的一端固定 连接有滑板482,长绳481的侧面靠近备用灯49的底面中心位置设有同步块483,同步块483的顶面与备用灯49的底面平齐,同步块483的顶面通过扭簧轴安装有卡扣,斜面槽43的表面靠近同步块483的位置开设有限位滑槽,滑板482靠近限位滑槽的一端固定连接有斜面槽43斜度相同的滑块,且滑块与限位滑槽相互契合;
在需要更换紫外线灯44时,可以打开电磁锁舌46,在紫外线灯44自身重力的作用下,紫外线灯44会自动下滑,在紫外线灯44的底面接触到滑板482时,紫外线灯44会带动滑板482同步下滑,而同步块483则可以通过卡扣推动备用灯49,使备用灯49移动至紫外线灯44原本的位置,而紫外线灯44则会移动至自动换灯腔42的底部,当紫外线灯44被取出后,扭力轴48会带动长绳481退回,同步块483也会移动至原本的位置,以备循环使用。

S1、PVC板材固定:通过运输轨道1调节PVC板材夹持机构2的位置,具体是移动横杆21通过固定滑轮22和移动滑轮23可以在运输轨道1内沿轨道方向移动,移动横杆21的数量可以为多个,运输轨道1的内部设置输送带,输送带由电机驱动,而固定滑轮22和移动滑轮23与运输轨道1内部的输送带固定连接,在输送带移动时,可以带动固定滑轮22和移动滑轮23移动,设置的调节轨道212可以起到缓冲作用,在遇到运输轨道1的弯曲处时,移动滑轮23可以在调节轨道212内滑动,可以抵消移动横杆21倾斜时产生的距离差,保证移动横杆21可以正常通过运输轨道1的弯曲处,运输轨道1使PVC板材夹持机构2处于PVC板材的正上方,启动液压缸24,降低夹持杆26的高度,使夹持杆26插入PVC板材的两端,夹持杆26侧面的支撑块265卡在PVC板材的底部,夹持杆26在上升时会带动PVC板材;
S2、粘附防静电液:通过运输轨道1与PVC板材夹持机构2的配合,将PVC板材运输至防静电液池3的正上方,通过液压缸24降低夹持杆26的高度,使PVC板材完全浸入防静电液中,然后在提升PVC板材;
S3、紫外线烘干:打开紫外线灯44,紫外线灯44会照射在PVC板材的侧面,使粘附在PVC板材侧面的防静电液快速烘干;
S4、PVC板材卸料:再次通过PVC板材夹持机构2运输PVC板材,使PVC板材处于设定的位置,也就是收纳PVC板材的位置,该位置放置一个收纳箱,专门用来收纳镀膜后的PVC板材,打开电磁阀266,平衡气腔263内的气压,此时弹力会作用在支撑块265上,使支撑块265自动退回,保证PVC板材自动滑出升降杆261,使PVC板材可以自动落下;
S5、紫外线定时维护:设定紫外线灯44的工作时间为100h或者200h,设置紫外线灯44的工作时间为200h,当紫外线灯44工作满200h后,达到了设定的工作时间,便打开电磁锁舌46,在紫外线灯44自身重力的作用下,紫外线灯44会自动下滑,在紫外线灯44的底面接触到滑板482时,紫外线灯44会带动滑板482同步下滑,而同步块483则可以通过卡扣推动备用灯49,使备用灯49移动至紫外线灯44原本的位置,而紫外线灯44则会移动至自动换灯腔42的底部,当紫外线灯44被取出后 ,扭力轴48会带动长绳481退回,同步块483也会移动至原本的位置,以备循环使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,包括:
    运输轨道(1),所述运输轨道(1)的形状为圆环形,所述运输轨道(1)的两侧等距固定连接有若干支撑柱(11);
    PVC板材夹持机构(2),所述PVC板材夹持机构(2)活动设置在运输轨道(1)的底部,所述PVC板材夹持机构(2)用于自动装配PVC板材以及调节PVC板材的高度;
    防静电液池(3),所述防静电液池(3)设置在支撑柱(11)的内侧,所述防静电液池(3)用于配合PVC板材夹持机构(2)将PVC板材的表面粘附防静电液;
    紫外线烘干机构(4),所述紫外线烘干机构(4)设在支撑柱(11)的外侧靠近防静电液池(3)的位置,所述紫外线烘干机构(4)用于烘干PVC板材表面粘附的防静电液。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述PVC板材夹持机构(2)包括移动横杆(21),所述移动横杆(21)的顶面一端开设有缓冲轨道(211),所述移动横杆(21)的底面开设有调节轨道(212),所述移动横杆(21)的顶面远离缓冲轨道(211)的一端螺栓连接有固定滑轮(22),所述缓冲轨道(211)的内侧设有与缓冲轨道(211)相互契合的移动滑轮(23),所述调节轨道(212)的内侧设有两组与调节轨道(212)相互契合的液压缸(24),两组所述液压缸(24)之间固定连接有伸缩杆(25),所述液压缸(24)的侧面靠近伸缩杆(25)的底部位置设有夹持杆(26)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述夹持杆(26)包括升降杆(261),所述升降杆(261)的内侧顶部开设有空腔,所述空腔内插接有空心管(262),所述空腔内和空心管(262)内充满液压油,所述空心管(262)的顶端通过油管连接有油泵,所述升降杆(261)的内侧底部开设有气腔(263),所述气腔(263)的中心位置安装有电磁阀(266),所述气腔(263)的顶端通过伸缩软管连接有压缩块(264),所述气腔(263)的底端通过伸缩软管连接有支撑块(265),所述压缩块(264)的内侧一端固定连接有压缩弹簧(267),所述支撑块(265)的内侧一端固定连接有拉伸弹簧(268)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述紫外线烘干机构(4)包括机构外壳(41),所述机构外壳(41)靠近防静电液池(3)的顶面位置开设有自动换灯腔(42),所述自动换灯腔(42)的底部开设有斜面槽(43),所述自动换灯腔(42)内设有紫外线灯(44)和备用灯(49),所述自动换灯腔(42)的端口处设有限位机构(45),所述自动换灯腔(42)的内壁靠近紫外线灯(44)的底面位置安装有电磁锁舌(46),所述自动换灯腔(42)的侧壁靠近紫外线灯(44)的一侧位置设有传动齿轮(47),所述自动换灯腔(42)靠近备用灯(49)的底面一端设有扭力轴(48)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述紫外线灯(44)包括灯体(441),所述灯体(441)的一侧开设有齿槽(444),所述灯体(441)的顶面中心位置设有接电端口(442),所述灯体(441)的背面开设有把手槽(443)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述限位机构(45)包括连接杆(451),所述连接杆(451)的两端固定连接有限位锁舌(452),所述连接杆(451)的侧面中部位置嵌套有回力弹簧(453)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述传动齿轮(47)的底面圆心位置固定传动杆(471),所述传动杆(471)的底端固定连接有主动齿轮(472),所述主动齿轮(472)的侧面啮合有从动齿轮(473)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述扭力轴(48)的侧面缠绕有长绳(481),所述长绳(481)远离扭力轴(48)的一端固定连接有滑板(482),所述长绳(481)的侧面靠近备用灯(49)的底面中心位置设有同步(483)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备,其特征在于,所述同步块(483)的顶面与备用灯(49)的底面平齐,所述同步块(483)的顶面通过扭簧轴安装有卡扣,所述斜面槽(43)的表面靠近同步块(483)的位置开设有限位滑槽,所述滑板(482)靠近限位滑槽的一端固定连接有斜面槽(43)斜度相同的滑块,且滑块与限位滑槽相互契合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC板材防静电镀膜设备的镀膜方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、PVC板材固定:通过运输轨道(1)调节PVC板材夹持机构(2)的位置,使PVC板材夹持机构(2)处于PVC板材的正上方,启动液压缸(24),降低夹持杆(26)的高度,使夹持杆(26)插入PVC板材的两端,夹持杆(26)侧面的支撑块(265)卡在PVC板材的底部,夹持杆(26)在上升时会带动PVC板材;
    S2、粘附防静电液:通过运输轨道(1)与PVC板材夹持机构(2)的配合,将PVC板材运输至防静电液池(3)的正上方,通过液压缸(24)降低夹持杆(26)的高度,使PVC板材完全浸入防静电液中,然后在提升PVC板材;
    S3、紫外线烘干:打开紫外线灯(44),紫外线灯(44)会照射在PVC板材的侧面,使粘附在PVC板材侧面的防静电液快速烘干;
    S4、PVC板材卸料:再次通过PVC板材夹持机构(2)运输PVC板材,使PVC板材处于设定的位置,打开电磁阀(266),支撑块(265)在拉伸弹簧(268)的作用下退回夹持杆(26),使PVC板材可以自动落下;
    S5、紫外线定时维护:设定紫外线灯(44)的工作时间,当紫外线灯(44)达到设定的工作时间后,打开电磁锁舌(46),自动更换备用灯(49)。
