本发明提供的一种汽车组合仪表护罩模具,具有以下优点:
1)该组合仪表护罩中间整体顶块结构保证了关键特征分型面连贯完整性,避免了分型面不连贯出现的分型线段差、边缘缺口的外观缺陷。
2)该组合仪表护罩模具通过中间整体顶块与产品结构上的斜顶、顶针共同配合,实现了模具整体顶出平衡。
3)该组合仪表护罩模具中间整体顶块设计独立冷却水路,避免模具过热导致顶块卡滞问题,同时保证模具冷却均匀、零件尺寸稳定。
4)该组合仪表护罩模具使用强脱结构实现了窄空间内倒扣结构脱模。
5)该组合仪表护罩模具通过使用二级顶出结构,使强脱零件有变形空间,有效避免强脱失败,零件良品率低。
6)该组合仪表护罩模具的强制顶出结构适用性强,可广泛运用于存在斜顶倒扣量小、斜顶后退空间不满足的模具中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:包括从上至下层叠设置的型腔锁模板、热流道板、型腔、型芯、模脚、顶针面板、顶针垫板和型芯锁模板,所述汽车组合仪表护罩模具还包括将汽车组合仪表护罩整体顶出的中间整体直顶机构和将汽车组合仪表护罩的倒扣结构脱出的强脱顶出结构,所述中间整体直顶机构包括中间整体直顶镶块、直顶水路、直顶导向块和直顶杆,所述中间整体直顶镶块镶入设置在所述型芯的正面,所述直顶水路设置在所述中间整体直顶镶块上,所述直顶杆的顶端与所述中间整体直顶镶块连接,所述直顶杆的底端固定在所述顶针垫板上,所述直顶杆与直顶导向块为导向配合,所述直顶导向块固定在所述型芯的背面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:所述直顶水路与外部设备水路连通,所述直顶杆的顶端设有密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:所述强脱顶出结构包括拉杆、扣机机构和顶杆机构,所述顶杆机构包括强脱导向块和强脱顶杆,所述强脱顶杆的底端和所述拉杆的底端分别固定在所述型芯锁模板上,所述扣机机构安装在所述顶针垫板上,所述扣机机构用于控制所述强脱顶杆在一级顶出行程时跟随所述顶针垫板同步运动,在二级顶出行程时不跟随所述顶针垫板同步运动,所述强脱导向块固定在所述型芯的背面,所述强脱导向块与所述强脱顶杆为导向配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:所述拉杆的顶端设有插入所述型芯背面的导向斜面。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:所述扣机机构包括扣机滑座、扣机压条和弹簧,所述扣机压条有两个并分别位于所述扣机滑座的两侧,所述扣机压条与所述扣机滑座为导向装配,所述扣机滑座、扣机压条分别设置在所述顶针垫板上,所述强脱顶杆上设有锁定凹槽,所述扣机滑座的一端设置在所述锁定凹槽内,所述扣机滑座的另一端通过所述弹簧与所述顶针垫板连接,所述拉杆上设有脱出凹槽,所述 扣机滑座上设有供所述拉杆穿过的通孔,在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,所述通孔的孔侧贴合在所述脱出凹槽上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:所述型芯锁模板上设有一级顶出行程限位凹槽,所述强脱顶杆上设有与所述一级顶出行程限位凹槽相配合的一级顶出行程限位凸块,一级顶出时,所述顶针垫板向上顶出,此时扣机滑座插入锁定凹槽内,使得顶针垫板带动强脱顶杆向上顶出,从而将汽车组合仪表护罩的倒扣结构顶出,使汽车组合仪表护罩的倒扣结构具备了脱出的变形空间;二级顶出时,当强脱顶杆的一级顶出行程限位凸块受到一级顶出行程限位凹槽的限制而停止时,顶针垫板继续向上顶出,在脱出凹槽的作用下,扣机滑座压缩弹簧,使得扣机滑座脱出锁定凹槽,此时,强脱顶杆和拉杆保持停止,而顶针垫板继续向上顶出,从而带动直顶杆向上顶出,使得中间整体直顶镶块将汽车组合仪表护罩顶出,完成汽车组合仪表护罩的脱模。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车组合仪表护罩模具,其特征在于:所述脱出凹槽的槽侧为斜面。
