本发明揭露一种乘载模组,可拆卸地装设在主机模组上。乘载模组包括二个装接基座、二个护栏、二个承载板及一背靠组件。二个护栏分别藉由第一耦合装置可转动的与装接基座相连接和锁固。二个承载板分别藉由第二耦合装置可转动地安装于二个护栏的底部,当承载板向上掀起时贴近所述护栏,当所述承载板水平放置时可用于乘载重量。背靠组件藉由第三耦合装置可拆卸地与二个护栏相连接和锁固。主机模组包括主机主体及移位模组,可与多种照护模组搭配组合而成为一照护机,也可加上推移模组而成为一移位机。借助该照护机及移位机等使用该乘载模组的辅具系统,失能症者等可进行移动、坐与站转换等复健。

Description

乘载模组和使用该乘载模组的辅具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗复健与健康照护辅助器材,特别是指一种可便利不同程度失能者在不同场景需求下使用的乘载模组和其与主机模组组合而成的照护机及移位机等辅具系统。
背景技术
全球发达国家及部分开发中国家的人口年龄快速老化,健康照护产业成为全球未来具有极大发展潜力的产业之一。世界卫生组织预估,2025年全球高龄产业的市场规模将高达37兆3800万美元的产值。
年龄老化时常伴随着机能衰退与失能,对于失能者的日常生活看护与医疗复健与健康照护,会因失能型态与失能程度而有不同。一般医护及看护人员,为了方便照顾行动不便的失能者,通常会利用病床、轮椅、助行器等的辅助移动工具来帮助失能者移动。
但由于失能者的看护、治疗、复健、康复的过程中,会随着身体机能的恢复情况而产生不同的移动与复健需求,因此,每种辅助移动工具在失能者康复过程中使用的时机是有限度的,且每每在使用一段时期后就因失能者的身体机能恢复而不再使用;同时,失能者与看护者也因此必须经常购买不同功能的辅助移动工具来使用,此举不仅提高失能者、家属、看护机构的经济负担,也会造成医护及看护上的不方便。
移位机对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,能够辅助该类使用者快速地完成日常生活中的移动与转接任务。对护理人员来说,借助移位机能够有效提高 其护理效率,减少护理人员因照护所产生的腰部、背部损伤的风险。同时,对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,日常的站立和步行训练也是必不可少的,有效的训练能够降低肢体肌肉萎缩的风险,同时还能够提高步行能力,有助于下肢的康复。
当前市场上的移位机基本可满足对年老体弱者、失能者进行移位的需求,但功能性多较为单一,不能满足使用者的日常肢体训练(例如行走、下蹲等来保持肌肉健康),并且在进行其它基本生活活动如清洗、如厕等时,使用不便。
因此,开发一种能够满足失能者日常生活活动以及基本康复训练功能性强的、可配合多模态照护模组使用的移位机,已成为本领域技术人员欲积极解决的问题之一。该移位机可适合搭载失能者或复健者的承载模块,同时还适配不同程度的使用者进行不同复健运动,让失能者及看护人员从失能者生病初期到康复过程中都可操作使用,不但可造福大量人群、提高使用方便性及多功能性,一方面减轻使用者经济负担,更能减少环境资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明之目的在于提供一种乘载模组和照护机及移位机等使用该乘载模组的辅具系统,该乘载模组装设于一主机模组上,可向外左右展开或向内合拢;该移位机包括该乘载模组和该主机模组,两者相配合可供使用者乘坐、移位、运动之多种功用。
为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种乘载模组,可拆卸地装设于一主机模组上,所述乘载模组至少包括一个二个装接基座,直接或间接地安装在主机模组上;二个护栏,分别藉由第一耦合装置可转动的与装接基座相连接和锁固;二个承载板,分别藉由第二耦合装置 可转动地安装于二个护栏的底部,当承载板向上掀起时贴近护栏,当承载板水平放置时可用于乘载重量;以及背靠组件,藉由第三耦合装置与二个护栏相连接和锁固,其中第三耦合装置使背靠组件耦合至二个护栏时,二个护栏的上下、前后位置得以保持一致。
每一第一耦合装置包括枢接装置,连接装接基座与护栏,使护栏可绕所述装接基座在水平方向转动;以及自锁定位装置,安装于装接基座与护栏,并可在护栏相对于装接基座枢转至特定位置时,对二个护栏进行自动锁固。
枢接装置包括枢接孔和装接基座上的转轴,枢接孔装设于护栏的一端,用以套接于装接基座的转轴;自锁定位装置包括至少一个定位孔及至少一个定位销,分别且相对应的布设于装接基座与护栏,当护栏合拢或在特定方位时,装设在装接基座或护栏上的定位销会自动卡固于装设在护栏或装接基座上的定位孔,以限制护栏的水平转动。
承载板设于护栏的下方或底部。承载板通过第二耦合装置可拆卸地装设于护栏的底部。每个第二耦合装置包括一转轴杆及一枢转槽,其中转轴杆装设于护栏的底部,转轴杆设有复数个限位销;枢转槽设于承载板的一侧,可为一U型槽,套接于转轴杆上,枢转槽上设有复数个长条孔,用来套装复数个限位销,以使承载板可以水平放置以乘载重量,以及向上掀起以贴近或卸离护栏。每个第二耦合装置更包含定位装置,装设于护栏上,用来防止在使用过程中掀起的承载板掉落而影响护栏的使用。
各个承载板具有一弧形缺口。当所述二个承载板平放且合拢时,所述二个弧形缺口彼此相对而构成一开口,此时,该二个承载板可供使用者乘坐。
背靠组件包括至少一椅背座和至少一椅背,其中椅背座藉第三耦合装置与二个护栏的至少其中之一耦合,椅背可拆卸式的耦接至椅背座上,其中第三耦合装置包括至少一个枢装锁接装置,装设于椅背座与护栏的耦合端上, 使椅背座可绕护栏在水平方向转动并可在特定方位时锁固。
在一实施例中,背靠组件包括二个椅背座,分别与二个护栏耦合;第三耦合装置更包括二个枢装锁接装置和一锁固装置,其中枢装锁接装置装设于椅背座与护栏的耦合端上,使椅背座可绕护栏在水平方向转动并可在特定方位时锁固,锁固装置装设于椅背座的另一侧,以在当二个椅背座合拢时,锁固二个椅背座。
背靠组件包括一个椅背座及一个椅背,第三耦合装置为两个枢装锁接装置,分别装设于椅背座两侧;每个枢装锁接装置包括:枢接管套,枢接于护栏,枢接管套上具有一定位槽;以及钩锁接件,装设于椅背座上,可和枢接管套上的定位槽进行连接、锁固,以使得两个护栏可在上下与前后的位置能保持一致;其中,当椅背座只有一侧之钩锁接件与枢接管套锁固时,椅背座可以与枢接管套进行任意角度的旋转。
主机模组包括主机主体,其中二个装接基座安装于主机主体上;以及移位模组,包括一底盘单元和一轮脚组,轮脚组枢接于底盘单元的侧端,底盘单元具有一踏板,且主机主体安装于所述底盘单元上。
本发明还提供一种照护机,可与多种照护模组搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,其至少包括上述的乘载模组和主机模组,而且底盘单元更包含底盘主体和踏板,踏板装设于底盘主体的上方;其中,底盘主体更具有导引轨道,踏板可藉者导引轨道进行移动。
在一实施例中,主机主体为一支撑骨架模组,包括复数根立杆和复数个连接板,复数根立杆的一端装接固定于底盘单元上,另一端与复数个连接板联接并固定在复数个所述连接板的下方。乘载模组藉由二个第四耦合装置装设在立杆的复数个特定高度的其中之一。
照护机更具有一推移模组,装设于支撑骨架模组上,用于控制主机模组 的作动;以及顶靠模组,装设于支撑骨架模组上,顶靠模组包括顶靠座架和顶靠件,顶靠件装设于顶靠座架上,可用于身体部位的承靠。
每一第四耦合装置包括一高度调整装置和复数个锁孔,复数个锁孔是沿一立杆的垂直方向布设于上,高度调整装置是装设于一装接基座上,滑动套设于立杆上,并通过锁孔锁固于所述立杆上。
为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的另一实施例提出一种移位机,其至少包括乘载模组及主机模组。乘载模组更包含装接臂,装接臂的两端分别装设前述装接基座。乘载模组藉由装接臂装设在所述主机模组上。
主机主体为一立柱模组,包括固定支架和升降支架。升降支架位于固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,乘载模组藉由第四耦合装置装设在升降支架的复数个特定高度的其中之一上。
底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面,做为踏板之用,且与固定支架连接。
所述移位机更包括驱动模组,装设于底盘单元,驱动升降支架沿垂直方向上下移动;以及推移模组,装设于立柱模组的一侧,用于推动或拉动移位机。
如前所述的乘载模组和一主机模组,乘载模组装设在主机模组上,主机模组至少包括立柱模组、移位模组及驱动模组。
第四耦合装置包括耦合界面,具有复数个耦合点,沿垂直方向布设在升降支架上;以及耦合模组,耦合于升降支架的耦合界面的复数个耦合点的其中之一上,并藉由一第五耦合装置与装接臂耦合。
第五耦合装置包括耦接界面和耦接结构。耦接界面设于耦合模组上,包括一水平面,自耦合模组的一侧面延伸而出,其上具有复数个定位孔,水平面的两侧各具一个定位槽;以及一垂直面,垂直于所述水平面,其上具有一安装锁孔。耦接结构装设于装接臂的中心部位,具有与耦接界面的构型相耦 合的构型,并经由一快速锁固组件锁固于耦合模组的耦接界面上。
升降支架套设于固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,升降支架上沿垂直方向布设有复数个锁孔,经由这些锁孔可使乘载模组装设在立柱模组的任意高度。移位模组至少包括一个底盘单元和一个轮脚组。滚脚架枢接于底盘单元的两侧端,轮脚组可做开合作动并带动主机模组移动。底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面且与固定支架连接,用于承载立柱模组。驱动模组装设于底盘单元,以驱动升降支架在固定支架上沿垂直方向进行上下移动。
驱动模组包括马达、传动件与控制件。一实施例中,底盘单元整体为箱型构型,其中,马达与控制件装设于底盘单元的内部,传动件自底盘单元延伸至立柱模组内。马达驱动传动件运转以带动升降支架在固定支架上沿垂直方向上升或下降。
在一示例中,耦合模组至少包括本体、控制件和定位件。耦合模组之本体为中空设置的方形架体,具有一中空通孔,并可经由该中空通孔穿套于立柱模组上。控制件和定位件装设于本体的不同侧面。本体可经由控制件和定位件在立柱模组上进行移动、锁固,进而使得耦合模组可在立柱模组上进行移动、锁固。另外,耦合模组还可经由一锁固件和本体上之安装孔而锁固于立柱模组上,加强耦合模组在立柱模组上的稳固性。
移位机可包括有顶靠模组,装设于主机模组的移位模组上。具体地,顶靠模组装设在移位模组之底盘单元上。顶靠模组亦可藉由耦合装置装设于立柱模组上。顶靠模组可具有调节功能,可根据使用情况进行上、下、前、后的位置调整。顶靠模组包括顶靠座架,装设于底盘单元上或立柱模组上;以及顶靠件,装设于顶靠座架上,用于承接、顶靠。
移位机可包括有踏板模组,装设于主机模组之底盘单元的一侧,并可朝向底盘单元进行翻折。踏板模组包括固定底座,装设于底盘单元的的一侧; 枢接板,枢接于固定底座,可朝向底盘单元翻折;以及踏板,通过快速锁固组件锁固于枢接板上。
移位机还可包括一个手柄,安装于主机模组之立柱模组的一侧。照护者借助该手柄可推动或拉动移位机,以移动老弱病残者或辅助失能者进行复建运动。
因此,利用本发明所提供一种乘载模组及移位机/照护机等使用该乘载模组的辅具系统及其装设的不同功能模组,可对失能者一类的使用者提供多种照护功能,包括但不限于供失能者乘坐、辅助行走、如厕、辅助站立等功能。不同的照护功能可视使用需求进行自行搭配,实现一机多用,每次使用不同的照护功能时不需要更换不同种类的移位机,节约使用者的看护照料成本。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

请参见图1至图3A,图1是本发明中乘载模组一实施例的立体示意图,图2和图3是图1所示乘载模组不同视角的立体示意图。如图1,为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种乘载模组1a,可拆卸地装设于一主机模组2上。
参见图2,乘载模组1至少包括二个装接基座100,二个护栏200,二个承载板300,以及背靠组件400。依据乘载模组1不同的功用或使用需求,装接基座100可安装固定在主机模组2上的不同位置或高度。二个护栏200分别通过第一耦合装置10与二个装接基座100相连接和锁固,且可绕装接基座100在水平方向转动,以向外左右展开或向内合拢。二个承载板300分别藉由第二耦合装置20可转动地安装于二个护栏200的底部。当承载板300向上掀起时可贴近护栏200,方便乘载模组1用于除乘载之外的其它功用。为了防止在使用过程中掀起的承载板300掉落影响护栏200的使用,承载板300与护栏200的连接部可设有卡钩等定位装置25(参见图3)以固定承载板300的位置。当二个承载板300水平放置时可用于乘载重量,如可供人乘坐。当不需使用承载板300时,将其掀起后可快速拆除,便于乘载模组1作为除乘载之外的其它功能之用。背靠组件400藉由第三耦合装置30与二个护栏200相连接锁固,可用以支撑、保护使用者。其中,在将背靠组件400耦合至二个护栏200时,第三耦合装置30可使二个护栏200的上下、前后位置得以保持一致。
如图2,每个护栏200包括至少二根长杆210,211,长杆210,211的两端分别装设有组接件212,213及214,215。二根长杆210,211为上下平行设置,经由复数根连接杆或具相同功能的其他结构进行连接、安装,且二根长杆210,211之间具有一定的间距。在图1及图2的实施例中,组接件212,214由连接杆216连接,组接件213,215则分别装设在第三耦合装置30的两端,由被第三耦合装置30套接在内的连接杆217(图中未示,请参阅图4、图5)连接,进而使得二根长杆210,211装接固定后位于同一平面内。
第一耦合装置10包括枢接装置12以及自锁定位装置14。枢接装置12连接装接基座100与护栏200,使护栏200可绕装接基座100在水平方向转动。自锁定位装置14安装于装接基座100与护栏200之上,并可在护栏200相对 于装接基座100枢转至特定位置(例如二个护栏200彼此平行的位置)时,对二个护栏200进行自动锁固。在此特别说明,图2的装接基座100是一般性的示意图,图1所示的装接基座100a则是特别为安装至主机模组2而架构,这也是乘载模组1a与乘载模组1之间的主要不同。针对不同类型的主机,可以设计不同形式的装接基座。
如图2和图3,枢接装置12包括枢接孔121和装接基座100上的转轴,枢接孔121装设于护栏200的一端(例如设于组接件212及214上),用以套接于装接基座100的转轴之上。自锁定位装置14设有包括至少一个定位孔141及一个定位销142,分别且相对应的布设于装接基座100与护栏200的适当位置上。当护栏200合拢或在特定方位时,装设在装接基座100或护栏200上的定位销142会自动卡固于装设在护栏200或装接基座100上相对应的定位孔141,以限制护栏200的水平转动。在图2的示例中,定位孔141是设在装接基座100上,而定位销142是设在组接件214上,当两个护栏分别转动到相互平行位置时,定位销142与定位孔141会自动卡固,以使两个护栏200保持在彼此平行状态,而提供使用者舒适而稳固的乘载空间。当不使用护栏200而欲再次转动其位置时,使用者只要按下设于组接件214上连接定位销142的释放键143,使定位销142离开定位孔141,即可解除自锁定位状态。
进一步地明,自锁定位装置14可限制二个护栏200向外左右展开。当二个护栏200与装接基座100装接、锁固,并向内合拢至一定位后,自锁定位装置14可对护栏进行锁固,防止其向外左右展开而打开,影响使用者的安全。当自锁定位装置14解除锁固后,该二个护栏200可向外左右展开,利于使用者移入或移出该乘载模组1。
请参阅图3、图3A并参考图1,图2,承载板300通过第二耦合装置20可拆卸地装设于护栏200的底部,并可相对其临近的长杆210进行转动,也就 是说,长杆210在此实施例中为承载板300的转轴杆。第二耦合装置20包括转轴杆210及枢转槽22,其中转轴杆210装设于护栏200的底部,转轴杆210设有复数个限位销24。枢转槽22设于承载板300的一侧,可为一U型槽,套接于转轴杆210上。枢转槽22上设有复数个长条孔23,用来套装复数个限位销24,以使承载板300可以水平放置以乘载重量,以及向上掀起以贴近或卸离护栏200。每个第二耦合装置20更包含定位装置,装设于护栏200上,如图3所示的卡销25,用来防止在使用过程中掀起的承载板300掉落而影响护栏200的使用。当承载板300向上掀起以贴近护栏200时,枢转槽22绕长杆210进行旋转,并可在贴近护栏200时利用卡销25或其他定位装置固定之。承载板300具有一个弧形缺口310。当所述二个承载板300平放且合拢时,该二个弧形缺口310彼此相对而构成一个开口312。此时,二个承载板300可用于承载使用者,即该乘载模组1可供使用者乘坐之用。再者,当该二个承载板300平放且合拢时所形成的开口312可与座便器之座腔大小相对应,以供失能症使用者进行如厕等。
除使用护栏200的下方长杆210作为承载板300的转轴杆之外,也可另外设置转轴杆。请参图3B,乘载模组1a0具有二个护栏200a,每个护栏200a除了具有互相平行的上下两个长杆211a之外,更包括一转轴杆210a,装设于护栏200a的底部且与下方长杆211a平行;每个承载板300a的一侧边设有一U型枢转槽22a,并在距枢转槽22a侧边有一间距设有一长槽28,长槽28的开口是相对于枢转槽22a的开口;承载板300a是通过枢转槽22a,套接于转轴杆210a上;当承载板300a水平放置时,长槽28则会紧扣地套接于下方长杆211a上,此时则可以乘载重量;当承载板300a向上掀起时,枢转槽22a绕转轴杆210a进行旋转,并在贴近护栏200a时利用定位装置(卡销)25a固定之。
请继续参阅图3、图3A并参考图1,图2,背靠组件400包括至少一椅背座402和至少一椅背404,其中椅背座402藉第三耦合装置30与二个护栏200的至少其中之一耦合。椅背404可拆卸式的耦接至椅背座402上,其中第三耦合装置30包括至少一个枢装锁接装置33,装设于椅背座402与护栏200的耦合端上,使椅背座402可绕护栏200在水平方向转动。椅背座402上另可附加一平板408,其可为一靠垫以增加乘坐的舒适度。
在如图4的另一示例中,乘载模组1a的背靠组件400a包括二个椅背座402a,分别与二个护栏200耦合,以及二个椅背404a,分别可拆卸式的耦接至二个椅背座402a上。第三耦合装置30a更包括二个枢装锁接装置31a和一锁固装置32,其中枢装锁接装置31a装设于椅背座402a与护栏200的耦合端上,因而使二个椅背座402a可分别绕所耦接护栏200在水平方向转动,并可在特定方位时锁固。锁固装置32装设于椅背座402a的另一侧,以在当二个椅背座402a合拢时,可以用来锁固二个椅背座402a。
除了图4所示的双门式椅背,向外展开,向内合拢,中间锁固的背靠组件,背靠组件也可只有单一椅背座,其中一端与护栏枢接,另一端则以可锁固的方式与另一护栏耦接。在图5所示的另一个背靠组件的实施例中,乘载模组1b的背靠组件400b包括一个椅背座402b及一个椅背404b,第三耦合装置30b更包括一枢装锁接装置31b和一锁固装置32b。其中,枢装锁接装置31b装设于护栏200的其中之一与椅背座402b的耦合端上,使椅背座402b可绕护栏200在水平方向转动并可在特定方位时锁固,且锁固装置32b装设于椅背座402b的另一侧,使椅背座402b锁固至另一护栏上,椅背404b可拆卸式的耦接至椅背座402b。然而,由于此种单边连接耦合的方式,使用者只能固定由锁固装置32b所在的一侧解开锁固而进行椅背座402b的枢转操作,若锁固装置32b安装的那一侧刚好与使用者惯用手在不同的方向,则会造成操作 上的不便。例如当锁固装置32b安装在椅背座402b的右侧,则对惯用左手的人而言,要去锁固或解开锁固装置32b就会不方便。
为解决上述问题,请往回参阅图2及图3的乘载模组1及1a,其第三耦合装置30为两个枢装锁接装置33,分别装设于椅背座404两侧。每个枢装锁接装置33包括一个枢接管套34以及一个钩锁接件35。一个枢接管套34枢接于一个护栏200的一端,例如,可套接在固定护栏200的二平行长杆210,211的二组接件213,215之间的连接杆217(图中未示,请参阅图4、图5)上。枢接管套34上具有一定位槽341。钩锁接件35为一钩锁结构,一端装设于椅背座404上,另一端具有一锁固件36(参阅图2),可和枢接管套34上的定位槽341进行连接、锁固,以使得两个护栏200可在上下与前后的位置能保持一致。其中,当椅背座404只有一侧之钩锁接件35与枢接管套34锁固时,椅背座404可以与枢接管套34进行任意角度的旋转。由于使用者可以自由选择开启安装在椅背座404左侧或右侧的枢装锁接装置33,因此不管其惯用的是左手或右手,都可以选择最方便自己操作的那一侧来开启,而利用未开启的另一侧的与枢接管套34锁固的钩锁接件35来使椅背座404与枢接管套34进行任意角度的旋转。若不需要背靠组件400时,则解开两个枢装锁接装置33,可方便地卸离。
请配合图1至图3参见图6和图7,图6是本发明中照护机一实施例的立体透视示意图,图7是图6照护机的底盘单元一实施例的立体透视示意图。如图6和图7,为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的另一实施例提出一种照护机3,其至少包括一如前所述的乘载模组1和一主机模组2,乘载模组1装设在该主机模组2上。乘载模组1具有多种不同的照护功能,主机模组2可进行移动。
乘载模组1可配合不同的装接基座装设在不同的主机模组上,如图1/图 8的主机模组2和图6的主机模组2a。装设乘载模组1a或1b的主机模组2或2a具有主机主体500或900,移位模组600a/600和推移模块150a/150。乘载模组1a/1b的二个装接基座100a/100b是安装在主机主体500或900上。移位模组600a/600包括底盘单元610和轮脚组620。轮脚组620枢接于底盘单元610的侧端。底盘单元610具有底盘主体611a/611和踏板模组630或踏板612a/612,而主机主体500或900则安装于底盘单元610上。主机模组2或2a还可包括一顶靠模组800a/800。
参阅图6和图8,轮脚组620包括复数个万向轮组622、至少一个定向轮组624。定向轮组624至少包含一定向轮627、一弹性装置628和一切换装置626;弹性装置628的作用可确保定向轮627可以时时保持与地面接触,切换装置626可控制定向轮627在定向或者可自由转向的状态。
参阅图6,顶靠模组800装设于主机主体900上。顶靠模组800包括顶靠座架810和顶靠件820。顶靠件820装设于顶靠座架810上,可用于身体部位的承靠。
参阅图7,踏板612装设于底盘主体611的上方。底盘主体611更具有导引轨道613。踏板612可藉者导引轨道613进行移动,以便配合乘载模组1的使用状态,调整到适当的位置。
在图6的示例中,主机主体900为一支撑骨架模组,包括复数根立杆910和复数个连接板920。复数根立杆910的一端装接固定于底盘单元610上,另一端与复数个连接板920联接并固定在这些连接板920的下方。乘载模组1藉由二个第四耦合装置40装设在立杆910的几个预设的特定高度的其中之一。更具体来说,每一第四耦合装置40包括一高度调整装置41和复数个锁孔911,这些锁孔911是沿立杆910的垂直方向布设于上。高度调整装置41是装设于装接基座100上,滑动套设于立杆910上,并通过锁孔911锁固于 立杆910。由于垂直布设的复数个锁孔911具有不同的高度,因此高度调整装置41所锁固的锁孔911的高度决定了乘载模组1的装设高度。照护机3的主机模组1上更安装有一推移模组150,装设于支撑骨架模组900的连接板上,用于控制主机模组3的作动。
请参阅图8,配合参考图4,本发明更提供了一种移位机4,包括了乘载模组1a及主机模组2。乘载模组1a更包含装接臂102。乘载模组1a藉由第四耦合装置40a装设在主机模组2上。
装设乘载模组1a的主机模组2具有主机主体500,移位模组600a和顶靠模组800a。装接臂102安装在主机主体500上,装接臂102的两端分别用于连接/锁固装接基座100a。乘载模组1a的二个装接基座100a是分别安装在装接臂102的两端上。移位模组600a包括底盘单元610和轮脚组620。轮脚组620枢接于底盘单元610的侧端。底盘单元610具有底盘主体611a和踏板612a,或及踏板模组630,而主机主体500则安装于底盘单元610上。乘载模组1a藉由第四耦合装置40a装设在升降支架上。
主机主体500为一立柱模组。立柱模组500包括一个固定支架510和一个升降支架520。升降支架520位于固定支架510上方且在固定支架510上可沿垂直方向进行移动,如上升或下降。
如图所示,在一示例中,固定支架510为一中空的固定柱,呈四方形的柱体。升降支架520为一中空的长方形柱体。升降支架520穿套于固定支架510上。升降支架520沿垂直方向作下降移动时,其可套覆固定支架510并可下降至固定支架510的最底端。长方形柱体升降支架520的四周面上皆可设有复数个锁孔5241。如此设置,在升降支架520上可装设若干个不同的照护模组(如乘载模组1a),该些照护模组在升降支架520上可有不同的安装方向、不同的安装高度,还可提升该些照护模组在升降支架520上的安装稳固 性。
将乘载模组1a耦接至立柱模500的第四耦合装置40a包括了耦合界面524和耦合模522。耦合界面524由前述复孔5241构成,些孔5241沿垂直方向布设在升降支架520上,以便在不同高度上与耦合模组522耦合,而耦合模组522又与装接臂102耦合。换具话说,复数个锁孔5241提供了复数个可与装接臂102耦合的耦合点,使乘载模组1a藉由第四耦合40a装置装设在升降支架520的复数个特定高度的其中之一上,耦合模组522并藉由第五耦合装置50与装接臂102耦合。在一些应用中,可将复数个耦合模组522同装设于升降支架520上且装设高度可调节。并且,也可复数个耦合界面524同布设于立柱模组500的不同位置上。复数个耦合界面524包括但不限于升降支架520上布设的复数个锁孔5241。
请参阅图8及图9,同时参考图4。第五耦合装置50包括耦接界面51和耦接结构53。耦接界面51设于耦合模组522上,包括一水平面511以及一垂直面517。水平面511自耦合模组522的一侧面延伸而出,其上具有复数个定位孔513,水平面511的两侧各具一个定位槽515。垂直面517垂直于水平面511,其上具有一安装锁孔519。耦接结构53装设于装接臂102的中心部位,具有与耦接界面51的构型相耦合的构型,并经由一快速锁固组件55锁固于耦合模组522的耦接界面51上。
升降支架520上沿垂直方向布设有复数个锁孔5241,该些耦合模组522通过该些锁孔5241锁固在该升降支架520上。该些耦合模组522可用于装接不同的照护模组,使移位机3具有不同的照护功能。另,可通过调节该耦合模组522的装设高度进而调整不同照护模组在升降支架520上的高度位置。例如,乘载模组1a可经由耦合模组522装接固定在升降支架520上,并通过调节耦合模组522的装设高度来调整该乘载模组1a在升降支架520上的高度 位置。再者,乘载模组1a之装接臂102可锁固于一个耦合模组522上,耦合模组522经由锁孔5241安装固定在升降支架520上,进而将乘载模组1a锁固于主机模组2上。
本发明之立柱模组500,其有益效果在于:升降支架520在上升/下降过程中上下可调整的高度距离将增大,使得装设在升降支架520上的乘载模组1a的高度调整范围变大,以匹配使用者对于乘载模组1a在不同场景下的应用需求、或人因需求。
除立柱模组500外,主机模组2还包括移位模组600及驱动模组700。移位模组600至少包括底盘单元610和轮脚组620。底盘单元610为水平放置,轮脚组620枢接于底盘单元610的两侧端,轮脚组620可做开合作动并带动主机模组2移动,进而使得移位机3移动。底盘单元610具有一平坦上表面的底盘主体611a且与固定支架510连接,用于承载所述立柱模组500。图示示例中,固定支架510装设于的底盘主体611a的中间位置,从而将立柱模组500与移位模组600进行连接固定。固定支架510装设于底盘单元610的中间部位可保持该移位机3自身的载重平衡,确保移位机3在移动时的平衡与稳定。
再者,底盘主体611a用于承载立柱模组500的承接面为一平坦的上表面,如此,位于立柱模组500两侧之底盘主体611a上表面(踏板612a)可作为脚踏板之用,以承放使用者的脚部。底盘主体611a之上表面还可设有条纹状,增加摩檫力以加强其防滑性,可进一步增加使用者乘坐于移位机4时的平稳性。
该副轮脚组620包括复数个万向轮组622、至少一个定向轮组624。万向轮组622转动时其在水平面上的移位方向不受限制。图6/图8实施例中,该副轮脚组620包括至少四个万向轮组622。四个万向轮组622通过二个长脚架621和二个短脚架623及枢接转轴625枢接装设在底盘单元610的两侧端,长 脚架621和短脚架623通过安装锁接板(图未示)、枢接转轴625装设于底盘单元610的下方。亦即,底盘单元610的每侧端上有一个长脚架621、一个短脚架623和二个万向轮组622。每个长脚架621及每个短脚架623的一端装设有万向轮组622,另一端装接固定于底盘单元610的下方。二个长脚架621和二个短脚架623分布在底盘单元610的前后侧。短脚架623上装设的万向轮组622的直径大于长脚架621上装设的万向轮组622的直径,长脚架621及短脚架623还设有控制装置用于控制万向轮组622的移动、定位锁固。轮脚组620中的二个长脚架621可做开合摆动,以方便与轮椅等辅具配合使用。当二个长脚架621打开时,可增强该主机模组1a的整体稳定性。
为了移位时有更佳的操控性和安全性的考虑,定向轮组624转动时其在水平面上可设定成仅能朝向一个预先设定的方向移动。定向轮组624紧邻底盘单元610的前侧中间处设置,位于所述复数个万向轮组622为顶点构成的一个水平封闭区域内部。定向轮组624至少包含一定向轮627、一弹性装置628和一切换装置626;定向轮627经由弹性装置628活动地装设在定向轮组624下方,使得定向轮627的轴心位置可在垂直方向做弹性的自由移动。由于弹性装置628的作用,定向轮627可以时时保持与地面接触,可确保整个移动过程之定向轮627的效用;切换装置626紧邻该定向轮627设置,切换装置626可控制定向轮627在定向或者可自由转向的状态。换句话说,对切换装置626进行切换操作时,可固定定向轮627的前进方向,使移位模组600/600a沿所设定的方向进行移动。或者,对切换装置626进行切换操作时,可以解除定向轮627的定向状态,使定向轮627可如万向轮般自由转向,因而使移位模组600/600a可朝任意方向进行移动。以上的定向或不定向的切换操作可藉任何适当的定向机构来完成。例如,切换装置626及定向轮627可分别包含定位销及定位孔(图中未示),藉由使二者耦合或脱离耦合的切换操 作,使定向轮627处于定向或不定向的状态,从而满足不同应用场合的移位操作需求。另外,除了单一的方向定位外,定向轮627亦可设置多个方向定位,从而利用操作切换装置626来变换定向轮627的定位方向。轮脚组620如此配设,可使移位模组600/600a及主机模组1a的移动更稳定、更省力,同时操控更加便利。此外,图6所示的定向轮组624及踏板612可相对长脚架621朝向短脚架623移动。
驱动模组700装设于底盘单元610,以驱动升降支架520沿垂直方向上下移动。驱动模组700可包括马达、传动件与控制件。底盘单元610之整体构造为一箱体式结构。当底盘单元610为水平放置时,该箱体位于底盘单元610之踏板612a平坦的上表面的下方。其中,驱动模组700之所述马达与所述控制件装设于底盘单元610的箱体内,传动件自底盘单元610之箱体内部延伸至立柱模组500内。进一步地,传动件可延伸至升降支架520内。传动件受该马达驱动以带动升降支架520沿垂直方向上下移动,上升或下降。亦即,传动件受马达驱动做上下移动时带动升降支架520沿垂直方向上下移动,并可在升降支架520移动至设定高度时对其进行固定。通过驱动模组700可调整升降支架520的高度,从而调节立柱模组500的使用高度,以适配不同应用场景的使用需求,提升移位机3的适配性。
请配合图8参见图9,图9为本发明中耦合模组一实施例的爆炸示意图。耦合模组522至少包括本体420、控制件430和定位件440。耦合模组522之本体420为中空设置的四方形盒状,具有一中空通孔,经由此中空通孔穿套于立柱模组500上,并可经由控制件430和定位件440在立柱模组500上进行移动、锁固。另外,耦合模组522还可经由一锁固件和本体420上的安装孔422锁固于立柱模组500上,加强耦合模组522在立柱模组500上的稳固性。
耦合模组522套设于立柱模组500后,本体420可通过控制件430和定位件440的相互作动控制而在立柱模组500上进行移动。本体420上具有四个耦接界面,其中控制件430和定位件440装设第一耦接界面424的下方,第二耦接界面425、第三耦接界面426及第四耦接界面427上设有复数个安装孔422。在一示例中,第二耦接界面425与第三耦接界面426为对称设置,第四耦接界面427与第一耦接界面424相对。
第一耦接界面424的下方上设有一连接件4240。控制件430可包括把手431、连接杆432、推拉杆433和固定座434。固定座434可通过螺丝锁固在连接件4240上,推拉杆433的一端经由固定销固定在连接杆432上,另一端穿过固定座434后连接于定位件440上。连接杆432和固定座434可通过固定销固定在把手431上。定位件440可包括固定块441、滑动块442、复数个定位销座443和复数个定位销444。图示例中,定位件440包括二个定位销座443和二个定位销444。二个定位销444穿过连接件4240与本体420抵靠在立柱模组500之锁孔5241上,且二个定位销444为上下平行设置。滑动块442经由固定销装设、固定于二个定位销座444之间,而后二个定位销座443分别经由螺丝装设固定在二个定位销444上。同时,控制件430之推拉杆433的一端(活动端)连接于滑动块442的一侧端。滑动块442朝向固定块441的一端与固定块441装接、滑动。固定块441远离滑动块442的一侧上设有复数个装接孔445。
控制件430与定位件440分别装设于第一耦接界面424下方之连接件4240的不同侧面。图示之示例中,控制件430与定位件440装设于本体420的第一耦接界面424下方之连接件4240上,两者为垂直布设。耦合模组522固定于立柱模组500上时,控制件430之把手431紧邻立柱模组500的一侧。当控制件430之把手431向上移动(远离立柱模组500)时,与其连接的推拉杆 433带动滑动块442朝远离立柱模组500的方向移动,使得滑动块442带动定位件440之二个定位销444朝远离立柱模组500的方向移动并且离开二个定位销444所对应之立柱模组500的锁孔5241。此时,定位件440与立柱模组500相分离,耦合模组522可在立柱模组500上进行上下移动。二个定位销444之间的间距与立柱模组500上相邻二个锁孔5241的间距相同。进一步说明,乘载模组1或1a均可与耦合模组522上之第一耦接界面424、第二耦接界面425、第三耦接界面426及第四耦接界面427中的任一耦接界面相耦接锁固,进而固定在立柱模组500上。在图1及图8的示例中,乘载模组1及1a均是与耦合模组522的第一耦接界面424耦合,也就是说,在此二实施例中,耦合模组522的第一耦接界面424即为前述第五耦合装置50中的耦接界面51。
请结合图1再次参阅图8,移位机4还可包括一顶靠模组800a,装设于主机模组2中且紧邻立柱模组500。
顶靠模组800a包括有顶靠座架810a和顶靠件820。顶靠座架810a可直接固定在立柱模组500上,亦可通过耦合模组522固定于立柱模组500的所需高度位置处。顶靠件820固定在顶靠座架810a上,其整体可为一呈长方体形状且具一定厚度的弹性缓冲件,其用于承接膝部的一侧朝向乘载模组1a。该弹性缓冲件的两侧各设有一绑带构件,可用于绑缚固定使用者的腿部,使得使用者的膝部更好地抵靠及固定在该顶靠模组800a上,可防止膝部在移动过程中或训练时受伤。当使用者站立时,使用者的膝部可顶靠在顶靠模组800a上,以辅助使用者站立并对膝部进行保护。
移位机4还可包括二个踏板模组630,装设于主机模组2之底盘单元610的一侧,可朝向底盘单元610翻折。在一示例中,踏板模组630可以经由一个铰链式折叠机构装设于底盘单元610上。铰链式折叠机构固定地装设在底盘单元610上,踏板模组630可拆卸地与铰链式折叠机构相装接,并可进行 快速安装、拆卸。如图8所示,踏板模组630包括固定底座631、枢接板632和踏板633。固定底座632装设于底盘单元610的一侧,枢接板632枢接于固定底座631,可朝向底盘单元610翻折,踏板633通过快速锁固组件635锁固于枢接板632上,且可在枢接板632的带动下朝向底盘单元610翻折。二个踏板模组630可装设在底盘单元610的一侧并分设在立柱模组500的两侧,且靠近于底盘单元610之踏板612a的中间部位。二个踏板模组630水平放置时,在使用者的脚部不能踩靠于底盘单元610之踏板612a的情形下,可供使用者放置脚部。当闲置不用时,二个踏板模组630可朝向该底盘单元610一侧向上翻折。二个踏板模组630上可设有条纹状或小孔洞结构,增加摩檫力以加强其防滑性,可进一步增加使用者乘坐于移位机4时的平稳性。
踏板模组630为一体式,当使用者乘坐于乘载模组1a上时其可供使用者放置双脚。一体式的踏板模组630可装设在该底盘单元610的一侧且靠近底盘单元610之踏板612a的中间部位。一体式的踏板模组630上可设有条纹状或小孔洞结构,增加摩檫力以加强其防滑性,可进一步增加使用者乘坐于移位机4时的平稳性。
移位机4还可包括一推移模组150a,可为一推移模组150a安装于立柱模组500的后方一侧(以主机模组2之立柱模组500为基点,使用者一侧为前方,照护者站立一侧为后方),用于推动或拉动移位机4。换句话说,推移模组150a一般是朝向照护者的方向;或者是说,当使用者使用移位机4时,推移模组150a位于使用者的前方。推移模组150a可通过一锁固单元锁固在立柱模组500上。当一失能型的使用者站立在该移位机4上时,推移模组150a可作为一支撑件供使用者抓握,以保持使用者在站立时的稳定与平衡。当一失能型的使用者乘坐在该乘载模组1a上时,看护者或照护者可通过推移模组150a推动或拉动移位机4移动,以移动或转移该失能型的使用者。
下面对于配设有本发明所述的乘载模组1a或1b及主机模组2或2a的移位机4/照护机3的具体使用场景做进一步的不同功能介绍或说明,不过该移位机4/照护机3的功用不限于此。
场景一:乘载模组1a/1b之二个护栏200向内合拢并与背靠组件400相锁固时,使用者可乘坐在乘载模组1a/1b之二个承载板300上,使用者的脚部可放置在底盘主体611a的上表面(踏板612a)和/或踏板模组630上(乘载模组1a),或踏板612上(乘载模组1b),使用者的手部可放置、依靠在该乘载模组1a之装接臂102上。不同的使用者根据其坐下后不同的情形或者是在其站立过程中的状况,使用者的膝部还可借由该顶靠模组800a/800进行承托、顶靠。看护者或照护者可将其手部握紧推移模组150a/150,辅助使用者稳定地乘坐在乘载模组1a/1b上。
场景二:使用者稳定地乘坐在乘载模组1a/1b后,看护者或照护者可通过推移模组150a/150推动或拉动移位机4/照护机3移动,进而对使用者进行移动。如,可将移位机4/照护机3乘载至一便器前方,让乘载模组1a/1b位于该便器的上方。利用该二个承载板300平放且合拢时所构成之开口312,同时通过在立柱模组500/支撑骨架模组900上调整乘载模组1a/1b的高度位置,可让使用者借助移位机4/照护机3自行进行如厕。
场景三:使用者可借助移位机4/照护机3进行复健运动。将移位机4之轮脚组620上的万向轮组622进行锁固,看护者或照护者可通过推移模组150a/150稳固移位机4/照护机3,将二个踏板模组630翻折收起,或将踏板612移动至适当位置。使用者可将手握紧该护栏200之长杆211、同时将该二个承载板300向护栏200一侧掀起并固定在护栏200边,之后,使用者可在乘载模组1a/1b的协助下进行站立。使用者站立后,可解除万向轮组622的锁固,看护者或照护者的手部可握紧推移模组150a/150,使用者借助移位机 4/照护机3及看护者或照护者的辅助进行下肢的行走等复健运动。
场景四:将移位机4/照护机3之轮脚组620上的万向轮组622进行锁固,看护者或照护者的手部可握紧推移模组150a/150,该二个踏板模组630水平放置且其平面与底盘主体611a之上表面相平齐,或将踏板612移动至适当位置。使用者的脚部放置在底盘主体611a之上表面(踏板612a)和/或踏板模组630/踏板612上,其手部握住推移模组150a/150进行辅助站立训练,以对使用者的下肢部位进行复健等运动练习。此时,看护者或照护者的手部可握紧推移模组150a/150,以确保移位机4/照护机3的平衡,亦可运用其它配件辅助使用者进行站立。使用者在站立时,可通过移位机4/照护机3上设置的顶靠模组800a/800对使用者的膝部进行承托、顶靠等,防止膝部受伤,协助使用者站立。
综上所述,利用本发明所提供一种乘载模组和移位机/照护机等使用该乘载模组的辅具系统及其装设的不同功能模组,可对失能者型的使用者提供多种照护功能,包括但不限于供失能者乘坐、辅助行走、如厕、辅助站立等功能。同时,不同的照护功能可视使用需求而自行搭配,实现一机多用,且每次使用不同的照护功能时不需要更换不同种类的移位机,节约使用者的看护照料成本。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种乘载模组,可拆卸地装设于一主机模组上,所述乘载模组包括:
    二个装接基座,安装在所述主机模组上;
    二个护栏,分别藉由一第一耦合装置可转动的与所述装接基座相连接和锁固;
    二个承载板,分别藉由一第二耦合装置安装于所述二个护栏的底部,当所述承载板向上掀起时贴近所述护栏,当所述承载板水平放置时可用于乘载重量;以及
    一背靠组件,藉由一第三耦合装置与二个所述护栏相连接和锁固。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:每一所述第一耦合装置包括一枢接装置,连接所述装接基座与所述护栏,使所述护栏可绕所述装接基座在水平方向转动;以及一自锁定位装置,安装于所述装接基座与所述护栏,并可在所述护栏相对于所述装接基座枢转至特定位置时,对所述二个护栏进行自动锁固。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:所述枢接装置包括一枢接孔,装设于所述护栏的一端,用以套接于所述装接基座;所述自锁定位装置包括至少一个定位孔及至少一个定位销,分别且相对应的布设于所述装接基座与所述护栏,当所述护栏合拢或在特定方位时,装设在所述装接基座或所述护栏上的所述定位销会自动卡固于装设在所述护栏或所述装接基座上的所述定位孔,以限制所述护栏的水平转动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:每个所述第二耦合装置包括一转轴杆及一枢转槽,其中所述转轴杆装设于所述护栏的底部,所述转轴杆设有复数个限位销;所述枢转槽设于所述承载板的一侧,套接于所述转轴杆上,所述枢转槽上设有复数个长条孔,用来套装所述复数个限位销, 以使所述承载板可以水平放置以乘载重量,以及向上掀起以贴近或卸离所述护栏。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:每个所述第二耦合装置更包含一定位装置,装设于所述护栏上,当所述承载板向上掀起以贴近所述护栏时,以限制所述承载板转动落下;每一所述承载板更具有一弧形缺口,当所述二个承载板平放且合拢时,所述二个弧形缺口彼此相对而构成一开口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:所述背靠组件至少包括一椅背座和一椅背,其中所述椅背座藉所述第三耦合装置与所述二个护栏的至少其中之一耦合,所述椅背可拆卸式的耦接至所述椅背座上,其中所述第三耦合装置包括至少一个枢装锁接装置,装设于所述椅背座与所述护栏的耦合端上,使所述椅背座可绕所述护栏在水平方向转动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:所述背靠组件包括一个所述椅背座及一个所述椅背,所述第三耦合装置为两个所述枢装锁接装置;每个所述枢装锁接装置包括:
    一枢接管套,枢接于所述护栏,所述枢接管套上具有至少一定位槽;以及
    一钩锁接件,装设于所述椅背座上,可拆卸地和所述枢接管套上的所述定位槽进行连接、锁固,以使得两个所述护栏可在上下与前后的位置能保持一致;其中,当所述椅背座只有一侧之所述钩锁接件与所述枢接管套锁固时,所述椅背座可以与所述枢接管套进行任意角度的旋转。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的乘载模组,其特征在于:所述主机模组包括:
    一主机主体,其中所述二个装接基座安装于所述主机主体上;以及
    一移位模组,包括一底盘单元和一轮脚组,所述轮脚组枢接于所述底盘 单元的侧端,所述底盘单元具有一踏板,且所述主机主体安装于所述底盘单元上。
  9. 一种照护机,可与多种照护模组搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,其至少包括一如权利要求1至8任一所述的乘载模组和所述主机模组,其特征在于:
    所述底盘单元更包含一底盘主体,所述踏板装设于所述底盘主体的上方;其中,所述底盘主体更具有导引轨道,所述踏板可藉者所述导引轨道进行移动;
    所述主机主体为一支撑骨架模组,包括复数根立杆和复数个连接板,所述复数根立杆的一端装接固定于所述底盘单元上,另一端与所述复数个连接板联接并固定在复数个所述连接板的下方;所述乘载模组藉由二个第四耦合装置装设在所述立杆的复数个特定高度的其中之一上;以及
    所述照护机更具有一推移模组,装设于所述支撑骨架模组上,用于控制所述主机模组的作动。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的照护机,其特征在于:每一所述第四耦合装置包括一高度调整装置和复数个锁孔,所述复数个锁孔是沿一所述立杆的垂直方向布设于上,所述高度调整装置是装设于一所述装接基座上,滑动套设于所述立杆上,并通过所述锁孔锁固于所述立杆上。
  11. 一种移位机,其至少包括一如权利要求1至8任一所述的乘载模组及所述主机模组,其特征在于:
    所述乘载模组更包含一装接臂,所述装接臂的两端分别装设所述装接基座;
    所述主机主体为一立柱模组,包括一固定支架和一升降支架,所述升降支架位于所述固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,所述乘载模组藉由 一第四耦合装置装设在所述升降支架的复数个特定高度的其中之一上;
    所述底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面,做为所述踏板之用,且与所述固定支架连接;以及
    所述移位机更包括:
    一驱动模组,装设于所述底盘单元,驱动所述升降支架沿垂直方向上下移动;以及
    一推移模组,装设于所述立柱模组的一侧,用于推动或拉动所述主机装置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的移位机,其特征在于:所述第四耦合装置包括:
    一耦合界面,具有复数个耦合点,沿垂直方向布设在所述升降支架上;以及
    一耦合模组,耦合于所述升降支架的所述耦合界面的所述复数个耦合点的其中之一上,并藉由一第五耦合装置与所述装接臂耦合。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的移位机,其特征在于:所述第五耦合装置包括一耦接界面和一耦接结构,其中
    所述耦接界面设于所述耦合模组上,包括:
    一水平面,自所述耦合模组的一侧面延伸而出,其上具有复数个定位孔,所述水平面的两侧各具一个定位槽;以及
    一垂直面,垂直于所述水平面,其上具有一安装锁孔;
    所述耦接结构装设于所述装接臂的中心部位,具有与所述耦接界面的构型相耦合的构型,并经由一快速锁固组件锁固于所述耦合模组的所述耦接界面上。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的移位机,其特征在于:所述主机模组更包括一顶靠模组和一踏板模组,其中
    所述顶靠模组包括:
    一顶靠座架,装设于所述底盘单元上或所述立柱模组上;以及
    一顶靠件,装设于所述顶靠座架上,用于承接、顶靠。
    所述踏板模组包括:
    固定底座,装设于所述底盘单元的的一侧;
    枢接板,枢接于所述固定底座,可朝向所述底盘单元翻折;以及
    踏板,通过快速锁固组件锁固于所述枢接板上。
