本发明涉及一种医疗复健、健康照护辅助器材,尤其涉及一种主机模组及装设有此种主机模组的辅具如照护机及悬吊机。
背景技术
全球发达国家及部分开发中国家的人口年龄快速老化,健康照护产业成为全球未来具有极大发展潜力的产业之一。世界卫生组织预估,2025年全球高龄产业的市场规模将高达37兆3800万美元的产值。
年龄老化时常伴随着机能衰退与失能,对于失能者的日常生活看护与医疗复健与健康照护,会因失能型态与失能程度而有不同。一般医护及看护人员,为了方便照顾行动不便的失能者,通常会利用病床、轮椅、助行器等的辅助移动工具来帮助失能者移动。
但由于失能者的看护、治疗、复健、康复的过程中,会随着身体机能的恢复情况而产生不同的移动与复健需求,因此,每种辅助移动工具在失能者康复过程中使用的时机是有限度的,且每每在使用一段时期后就因失能者的身体机能恢复而不再使用;同时,失能者与看护者也因此必须经常购买不同功能的辅助移动工具来使用,此举不仅提高失能者、家属、看护机构的经济负担,也会造成医护及看护上的不方便。
照护机对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,能够辅助该类使用者快速地完成日常生活中的移动与转接任务。对护理人员来说,借助照护机能够有效提高其护理效率,减少护理人员因照护所产生的腰部、背部损伤的风险。同时, 对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,日常的站立和步行训练也是必不可少的,有效的训练能够降低肢体肌肉萎缩的风险,同时还能够提高步行能力,有助于下肢的康复。
当前市场上的照护机基本可满足对年老体弱者、失能者进行移位的需求,但功能性多较为单一,不能满足使用者的日常肢体训练(例如行走、下蹲等来保持肌肉健康),并且在进行其它基本生活活动如清洗、如厕等时,使用不便。
因此,开发一种能够满足失能者日常生活活动以及基本康复训练功能性强的、可配合多模态照护模组使用的照护机,已成为本领域技术人员欲积极解决的问题之一。该照护机可适合搭载失能者或复健者的承载模组,同时还适配不同程度的使用者进行不同复建运动,让失能者及看护人员从失能者生病初期到康复过程中都可操作使用,不但可造福大量人群、提高使用方便性及多功能性,一方面减轻使用者经济负担,更能减少环境资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明之目的在于提供一种主机模组、机配设有该主机模组的照护机与悬吊机。该主机模组可进行移位并搭配有多种照护模组而产生多样的照护功能,该些照护模组根据使用需求可装设在主机模组的不同高能高度位置处。该照护机包括该主机模组及不同的照护模组,可供使用者乘坐、进行移位、运动等。该悬吊机至少包括该主机模组和一悬吊架模组,使用者可借助悬吊机进行悬吊移动、复健运动等。
为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种主机模组,可与多种照护模组搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,并可进行移位等作动。主机模组可包括移位模组、支撑骨架模组和耦合模组。移位模组至 少包括一个底盘单元和一副轮脚组。底盘单元具有一个平坦的上表面,其可用于装接、承载其它构件或作为踏板之用。该副轮脚组枢接于底盘单元的两侧端,轮脚组可做开合作动并带动主机模组移动。支撑骨架模组包括复数根立杆和复数个连接板。复数根立杆的一端装接固定于底盘单元上,另一端与复数个连接板联接并固定在复数个连接板的下方。耦合模组包括复数个耦合装置和复数个耦合界面,设于支撑骨架模组上,可单独或与支撑骨架模组相配合用以装接、锁固不同功用的照护模组。
立杆之外侧面上沿垂直方向布设有复数个第一锁孔,用以装接不同功用的照护模组或复数个耦合模组。连接板上布设有复数个第一装接孔、复数个第二锁孔和复数个锁固件。立杆的一端与第一装接孔装接后经由第二锁孔和锁固件固定在连接板的下方。可理解为,复数根立杆用于将复数个连接板装接固定于底盘单元的上方,使得主机模组可经由复数根立杆和复数个连接板装设不同功用的照护模组或者其它构件。
进一步说明,耦合模组中之耦合界面可包括但不限于该些第一锁孔、该些第一装接孔和该些第二锁孔。耦合装置滑动套设于立杆上,并通过该些第一锁孔锁固于立杆上。不同功用的照护模组可经由该些第一锁孔和耦合装置装接锁固于立杆上,位于支撑骨架模组的一侧。
主机模组可包括一根支撑杆,横架于复数个连接板上。当使用者站立于移位模组之底盘单元上时,此支撑杆可供使用者撑扶之用。
主机模组还可包括一支撑杆,横架于复数个连接板上。支撑杆上设有复数个控制握杆,用于控制主机模组的移动。复数个控制握杆可与支撑杆为一体成型而成。亦可是,复数个控制握杆单独成型后套设并固定于支撑杆上。此时,该支撑杆可作为推移模组之功用。
为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种照 护机,可配设有不同功用的照护模组,其至少包括前述的主机模组和一个推移模组,推移模组装设于主机模组上并可控制照护机的作动过程。推移模组可包括一个安装支座架、一个扶杆和复数个控制握杆。安装支座架通过所述复数个第一装接孔装设于支撑骨架模组之连接板的上方。扶杆整体大致呈U型,装接、固定于安装支座架的一侧,用于供使用者或照护者进行握持、撑扶之用。复数个控制握杆套设并固定于扶杆上并朝向安装支座架,可用于控制照护机的作动。
在一些实施例中,照护机可包括有一个乘载模组,装设于主机模组上。乘载模组至少包括复数个装接基座、二个护栏和二个承载板。复数个装接基座套接安装于主机模组之支撑骨架模组上,具体地,可通过该些第一锁孔锁固于支撑骨架模组之立杆上。二个护栏分别枢接于复数个装接基座上,并可绕装接基座在水平方向转动,可向外左右展开或向内合拢。

每个护栏包括两根长杆,两根长杆为上下平行设置并经由复数根连接杆进行连接、固定,且具有一定的间距。长杆的两端分别装设有枢装锁接装置,用以进行安装、锁固。各个长杆的一端与装接基座相枢接固定,另一端与背靠组件相连接固定。
承载板通过转轴杆上装设的复数个限位销可转动地装设于护栏的底部,当所述承载板向上掀起时贴近所述护栏,当所述承载板水平放置时可乘载重 量。各个承载板具有一弧形缺口。当所述二个承载板平放且合拢时,所述二个弧形缺口彼此相对而构成一开口,此时,该二个承载板可供使用者乘坐。
在一些实施例中,照护机可包括有顶靠模组,装设于主机模组之支撑骨架模组上。具体地,可通过该些第一锁孔锁固于支撑骨架模组之立杆上。顶靠模组可具有调节功能,可根据使用情况进行上、下、前、后的位置调整。
顶靠模组可包括一个装接架和一个靠垫。装接架通过该些第一锁孔装设于支撑骨架模组之立杆上,靠垫装设于装接架上并朝向使用者,以承接抵靠使用者的膝部等身体部位。
在一些实施例中,照护机还可包括一个扶撑模组,装设于主机模组上,当使用者站立于照护机上时,可用于支撑、保护使用者的身体。扶撑模组装设于主机模组之支撑骨架模组上。扶撑模组包括至少二根承接杆、二个扶持装置和二个控制握杆。各个承接杆具有复数个装接销。二根承接杆经由第一装接孔和装接销水平装设于连接板上。二个扶持装置分别装设于二根承接杆上。每个扶持装置包括一个装接架组、一个扶持件和一个支撑垫。装接架组套接并固定于承接杆上,扶持件和支撑垫可调节地固定于装接架组上。扶持件可沿水平方向左右调节与装接架组之间的间距,支撑垫可在一个水平面内相对装接架组做360度转动以调整其固定角度位置。控制握杆分别装设于装接架组上,用于控制照护机的作动。
扶持装置中装接架组包括一个套接件、一个装接支架、一个安装板和复数个锁固件。套接件滑动地套设并锁固于承接杆上,可用于承接装设装接支架。装接支架可调节地装设于套接件上。安装固定后,装接支架与承接杆相垂直,并可沿垂直方向相对于承接杆进行上下安装高度调节。安装板可沿一水平面装设于装接支架上以承接支撑垫。支撑垫可在此水平面内相对安装板做360度转动以调整其固定角度位置。复数个锁固件装设于装接支架上,可 与控制握杆相装接、固定。
扶撑模组可包括一个撑靠装置。撑靠装置由复数根可调节杆组装而成且整体大致呈U型状,其两端分别装设于二个装接架组上,并位于二个扶持装置的上方。
装接支架整体大致呈T型,包括一水平杆和一竖直杆。水平杆的两端装设有一根装接杆,装接杆与撑靠装置之可调节杆的两端可调节地装接固定。撑靠装置沿垂直方向可进行高度调节,沿水平方向可进行宽度调节。
当使用者站立于照护机之底盘单元时,扶持装置中二个扶持件可用于撑扶使用者的腰部,二个支撑垫可用于支撑使用者的手部。当使用者的上身力量不足时,为防止其站立时身体产生倾斜而发生危险,撑靠装置可支撑、夹抱住使用者的胸腹部,让使用者可以更稳定地在照护机上进行站立。如此,对于失能症型的使用者可借助照护机进行简单的站立等肢体运动练习。
在一些实施例中,照护机还可包括一个大轮模组,装设于主机模组上,在某些情形下可作为照护机的主要轮具之用,使得照护机在室内或室外某些场所时可作为轮椅之功用。大轮模组至少包括二个安装架和二个大轮。二个安装架对称地装设于支撑骨架模组的立杆和移位模组的轮脚组上。每个轮脚组包括一根长脚架和一根短脚架,安装架装设于长脚架上。大轮模组还可包括一根第一横杆和二个制动机构。第一横杆的两端分别与二个安装架相联接、固定,以加强该二个安装架的装接稳固性。二个制动机构分别套设于大轮转轴上,并与大轮相联动。二个大轮通过大轮转轴分别装设于安装架之大轮转轴孔装置相连接、锁固,且位于安装架的外侧。
大轮模组还可包括有抬升装置,对称地装设于安装架或轮脚组上。操控抬升装置的作动可调节与安装架相装接的轮脚组的高度。亦即,通过操控抬升装置可调节轮脚组中长脚架的高度,并将长脚架上的轮具抬升及离开地面 一定距离,而后以大轮作为轮脚组中长脚架的轮具之用。
抬升装置包括顶高架和一组限位销。抬升装置是用来抬升与其相装接的轮脚组,以利于大轮安装或拆卸于安装架。
为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种悬吊机,其至少包括前述的主机模组和一个悬吊架模组,悬吊架模组安装架设于主机模组的上方,可供使用者进行多种多样的运动训练,如进行复健运动。悬吊架模组包括复数根支撑柱和至少二根悬吊臂。复数根支撑柱经由该些第一装接孔垂直装设于连接板上,二根悬吊臂架设于所述复数根支撑柱上且位于连接板上方。悬吊臂的一端可设有一个钩状件,用于悬挂物体。
在一些实施例中,悬吊架模组可包括一个承接架,设置于复数根支撑柱的上端,用以架接所述二根悬吊臂。承接架包括至少二根长杆、至少二根短杆和复数个锁接支撑件。二根长杆与二根短杆通过复数个锁接支撑件装接锁固而后横架于复数根支撑柱的顶端或上端。
锁接支撑件具有一凹槽,且位于远离支撑柱的一侧。二根悬吊臂嵌套于该凹槽内并锁固于锁接支撑件上,以架接于承接架上方。可以理解为,沿垂直方向,锁接支撑件的一端与支撑柱的上端相装接锁固,另一端通过凹槽以承接、架设悬吊臂。同时,沿水平方向,锁接支撑件之两侧分别与长杆、短杆相装接、锁固。锁接支撑件之一侧可设有一个钩状件,用于悬挂物体。
在一些实施例中,悬吊机还可包括一个吊带机,装设于移位模组之底盘单元上,且具有一根可收放的吊带。吊带可悬挂于悬吊架模组上并用以悬吊物体。
在一些实施例中,悬吊机可包括一根第二横杆,横架于二根悬吊臂上。当第二横杆固定地架设于二根悬吊臂上时,其可作为单杠使用,供使用者进行伸展运动。此外,第二横杆在二根悬吊臂上的安装锁固位置可沿悬吊臂进 行前后调整。第二横杆亦可通过一根弹力带悬挂于二根悬吊臂上,使用者手握横杆时可藉由吊带的伸缩移动进行肢体训练。
在一示例中,第二横杆上可套接一个滚轮,可用于悬挂物体。吊带机上之吊带可环绕于滚轮的外侧环面,用以悬吊物体。吊带上可设有一个吊钩,以更好地悬吊物体。
在一些实施例中,悬吊机更可包括一拉绳组件,设置于二根悬吊臂上;拉绳组件包含数个钩环件和数条拉绳。数个钩环件对称地锁固在二根悬吊臂上,数条拉绳穿套于数个钩环件,一端钩接于吊带机之吊带的头端,另一端用于悬吊一物体。
在一些实施例中,悬吊机还可包括一个吊布模组,悬挂于所述悬吊架模组上。在一实施例中,吊布模组可悬挂于二根悬吊臂上,供使用者进行移位或借助悬吊机进行其它运动、训练。在另一实施例中,吊布模组可通过吊带机及吊带悬挂于所述悬吊架模组上。
在一些实施例中,照护机更可包括一电动模组,装设于数个第二装接孔上,并以锁固件固定于底盘单元上。电动模组可包括一个安装座架,通过第二装接孔装设于所述底盘单元之所述上表面的上方;一立柱模组,包括一固定支架和一升降支架,固定支架装设于安装座架上,升降支架位于固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,升降支架上沿垂直方向布设有数个锁孔,使不同功用的健康照护模组可装设在所述立柱模组的任意高度;以及一驱动模组,装设于所述安装座架上,驱动所述升降支架沿垂直方向上下移动。
在一些实施例中,上述电动模组更可包括数个耦合装置,设于立柱模组上;耦合装置经由升降支架之任何高度的复数个锁孔进行锁固;耦合装置设有数个耦接界面,用以装设健康照护模组。
因此,利用本发明所提供之主机模组可对不同照护模组进行装设高度调 节,并可带动使用者进行移动。利用本发明所提供之悬吊机可对使用者进行悬吊移位,还可辅助使用者进行肢体运动,促进失能者的肢体复建。利用本发明所提供之照护机可对失能者一类的使用者提供多种照护功能,不同的照护功能可视使用需求而自行搭配,实现一机多用,且每次使用不同的照护功能时不需要更换不同种类的照护机,节约使用者的看护照料成本。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、 “下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
请参阅图1和图2及图3,图1是本发明中主机模组一实施例的立体透视示意图,图2是本发明中主机模组另一实施例的立体透视示意图,图3是图2中踏板的局部剖视示意图。为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种主机模组1,可与多种照护模组搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,并可进行移位等作动。
如图1及图3,主机模组1可包括移位模组100、支撑骨架模组200和耦合模组10。移位模组100至少包括一个底盘单元110和一副轮脚组120。底盘单元110为水平放置,该副轮脚组120枢接于底盘单元110的两侧端,轮脚组120可做开合作动并带动主机模组1移动。底盘单元110具有一平坦的上表面112,可作为踏板之用。如图3所示,底盘单元110包含底盘主体150和移动踏板170。底盘主体150是一U形状的结构体,用来装设轮脚组120和支撑骨架模组200,以及导引移动踏板170的移动。移动踏板170包含T型滑动体160和踏板171,T型滑动体160由互相垂直的一直杆161和一横杆162组成。在此实施例中,踏板171的上表面即为前述底盘单元110所具有的平坦的上表面112,但本发明不在此限。在图3所示的实施例中,直杆161的一端锁固于横杆162中央的凹槽内,而形成与底盘主体150相匹配的一T型结构,二者共同定义出底盘单元110的底层框架,以承接踏板171。底盘主体150的U形状结构体的中央及两侧分别具有导引单元151/152,其中U形状结 构体中央的导引单元151用来可滑动式的承接T型滑动体160的直杆161,两内侧的导引单元152则用来可滑动式的承接横杆162的两端。踏板171装设于T型滑动体160的上方,并可借着T型滑动体160在底盘主体150的导引单元151/152进行前后滑动,而在不同位置间移动,导引单元151设有锁固件154,用于锁固直杆161,以固定移动踏板170在不同位置。踏板171可用于装接、承载其它构件之用,如可作为脚踏板供使用者承放双脚,或作为一安装面以承接安装其它模组、部件,导引单元151/152的形式不限为一凹槽或杆状,只要能与移动踏板相耦接进行平顺的滑动的机构类型都可。在一实施例中,底盘单元110之踏板171可设有条纹状,增加摩檫力以加强其防滑性。底盘主体150两侧端具有二个安装锁接板113,安装锁接板113上具有一个承接面114,与底盘单元110平坦的上表面112相平齐,可用于装接、承载其它构件。
该副轮脚组120至少包括复数个万向轮组122、至少一个定向轮组124、二个长脚架121和二个短脚架123。万向轮组122转动时其在水平面上的移位方向不受限制。图示实施例中,该副轮脚组120包括至少四个万向轮组122。四个万向轮组122通过二个长脚架121和二个短脚架123及枢接转轴125枢接装设在底盘单元110的两侧端,长脚架121和短脚架123通过安装锁接板113、枢接转轴125装设于底盘单元110的下方。亦即,底盘单元110的每侧端上有一个长脚架121、一个短脚架123和二个万向轮组122。每个长脚架121及每个短脚架123的一端装设有万向轮组122,另一端装接固定于底盘单元110的下方。二个长脚架121和二个短脚架123分布在底盘单元110的前后侧。短脚架123上装设的万向轮组122的直径大于长脚架121上装设的万向轮组122的直径,长脚架121及短脚架123还设有控制装置用于控制万向轮组122的移动、定位锁固。轮脚组120中的二个长脚架121可做开合摆动,以方便 与轮椅等辅具配合使用。当二个长脚架121打开时,可增强该主机模组1的整体稳定性。
为了移位时有更佳的操控性和安全性的考虑,定向轮组124转动时其在水平面上可设定成仅能朝向一个预先设定的方向移动。定向轮组124紧邻底盘单元110的前侧中间处设置,位于所述复数个万向轮为顶点构成的一个水平封闭区域内部。定向轮组124至少包含一定向轮127、一弹性装置128和一切换装置126;定向轮127经由弹性装置128活动地装设在定向轮组124下方,使得定向轮127的轴心位置可在垂直方向做弹性的自由移动。由于弹性装置128的作用,定向轮127可以时时保持与地面接触,可确保整个移动过程之定向轮127的效用;切换装置126紧邻该定向轮127设置,切换装置126可控制定向轮127在定向或者可自由转向的状态。换句话说,对切换装置126进行切换操作时,可固定定向轮127的前进方向,使移位模组100沿所设定的方向进行移动。或者,对切换装置126进行切换操作时,可以解除定向轮127的定向状态,使定向轮127可如万向轮般自由转向,因而使移位模组100可朝任意方向进行移动。以上的定向或不定向的切换操作可藉任何适当的定向机构来完成。例如,切换装置126及定向轮127可分别包含定位销及定位孔(图中未示),藉由使二者耦合或脱离耦合的切换操作,使定向轮127处于定向或不定向的状态,从而满足不同应用场合的移位操作需求。另外,除了单一的方向定位外,定向轮127亦可设置多个方向定位,从而利用操作切换装置126来变换定向轮127的定位方向。轮脚组120如此配设,可使移位模组100及主机模组1的移动更稳定、更省力,同时操控更加便利。此外,定向轮组124及移动踏板170可相对长脚架121朝向短脚架123移动。
支撑骨架模组200包括复数根立杆210和复数个连接板220。复数根立杆210的一端装接固定于移位模组100之底盘单元110上,另一端与复数个连接 板220联接并固定于复数个连接板220的下方。亦即,复数个连接板220位于底盘单元110的上方,复数根立杆210连接于底盘单元110与复数个连接板220之间。如图,复数根立杆210的一端装接固定于底盘单元110之安装锁接板113的承接面114上,如此设置,不会妨碍底盘单元110之移动踏板170相对长脚架121朝向短脚架123移动时的活动范围。
立杆210上沿垂直方向布设有复数个第一锁孔212,形成一耦合界面,可用以装接、锁固不同功用的照护模组,四根立杆210上可视需求布设所需数量及间距的第一锁孔212,而形成四个独立又可互相配合的耦合界面。不同功用的照护模组可通过装设在立杆210之不同高度的第一锁孔212来调整其安装高度。连接板220的水平面上布设有复数个第一装接孔222(耦合界面)、垂直面上布设有复数个第二锁孔224,可与复数个锁固件226配合使用,形成另一耦合模组装置,以固定装设于第一装接孔222的部件。立杆210的一端与该些第一装接孔222装接后经由该些第二锁孔224和锁固件226固定在连接板220的下方。该些第一锁孔212、第一装接孔222、第二锁孔224分别可为但不限于等间距布设。可理解为,复数根立杆210用于将复数个连接板220装接固定于底盘单元110的上方,使得主机模组1可经由复数根立杆210和复数个连接板220装设不同功用的照护模组或者其它构件。
进一步说明,在一具体实施样态中,复数个连接板220为水平装设并垂直于复数根立杆210。立杆210可为金属材质制成的中空圆柱管,连接板220大致为长条形并具有一定的厚度,以利布设通孔。连接板220上之复数个第一装接孔222为垂直方向布设,且为通孔设置。连接板220上之复数个第二锁孔224和复数个锁固件226为水平方向布设且与复数个第一装接孔222相垂直。
耦合模组10包括复数个耦合装置12和复数个耦合界面,设于支撑骨架 模组200上,可单独或与支撑骨架模组200相配合,用以装接、锁固不同功用的照护模组。耦合装置12滑动套设于立杆210上,并通过该些第一锁孔212锁固于立杆210上。不同功用的照护模组可经由该些第一锁孔212和耦合装置12装接锁固于立杆210上,并位于支撑骨架模组200的一侧,以达到简便地、快速地进行高度的调整。除了第一锁孔之外,布设在连接板上的第一装接孔,以及布设在底盘单元上的第二装接孔也可作为装接照护模组的耦合界面。也就是说,耦合模组10中之耦合界面可包括但不限于该些第一锁孔212、该些第一装接孔222和该些第二装接孔115。在某些应用情况中,照护模组可不经耦合装置的辅助,直接与所对应的耦合界面结合而安装在主机模组1上。参见图1和图2,为了达到简便地、快速地进行高度的调整,耦合装置12还包括高度调整装置311。高度调整装置311套装于立杆210上,并设有定位销3110,用于与立杆210的复数个第一锁孔212进行结合、锁固。定位销3110的数量可为一个或更多,以便稳固的将护栏320锁固在立杆210上;以及一开关操作件3111,用来操作定位销3110与第一锁孔212的结合或脱离。
配合图1参见图2,主机模组1还可包括不同形式之复数个支撑杆130、140,横架于复数个连接板220上。支撑杆130可经由第一装接孔222、第二锁孔224和锁固件226装设锁接并横架于连接板220上方,且位于使用者的前方(以主机模组1之立杆210为基点,使用者一侧为前方,照护者站立一侧为后方)以可供使用者以握持、扶撑等进行支撑之用。在一示例中,支撑杆130可为金属材质制成的中空圆柱管,以保有一定的刚性和承载强度。
支撑杆140可经由第一装接孔222、第二锁孔224和锁固件226装设锁接并横架于连接板220上方,且位于使用者的后方(以主机模组1之立杆210为基点,使用者一侧为前方,照护者站立一侧为后方)以可供照护者或使用者操控主机模组1的移动。支撑杆140上可对称性的设有二个握把142,并位 于支撑杆140的两端。握把142大致呈L型,且位于复数个连接板220之间的上部区域空间。握把142可与支撑杆140为一体成型而成。亦可是,握把142单独成型后装设于支撑杆140上,如焊接固定、或时套设后锁固等。二个握把142上可分别装设有控制握杆144,控制握杆144连接并可控制对称地装设于底盘单元110上的二个煞车装置129,以利照护者或使用者通过控制握杆144操作、控制该主机模组1的移动。此时,支撑杆140可作为推移模组3之功用。
根据使用需求,支撑杆140装设于复数个连接板220上时可具有不同的朝向,以实现不同的功用。当支撑杆140之握把142和控制握杆144朝向照护者时,可供照护者操控该主机模组1的移动。当支撑杆140之握把142和控制握杆144朝向使用者时,可供使用者操控该主机模组1的移动,或供使用者以握持、扶撑等进行支撑之用,此时,使用者可借助该主机模组1进行站立训练和/或行走练习。当使用者站立于移位模组100之底盘单元110上时,双手可分别握住支撑杆130和支撑杆140,使用者可借助该主机模组1进行站立训练,或是简单的行走练习。
请结合图1和图2,参阅图4,图4是本发明中照护机一实施例的立体透视示意图。为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种照护机2,可配设有不同功用的照护模组,其至少包括前述的主机模组1和一个推移模组3,推移模组3装设于主机模组1上并可控制照护机2的作动过程。推移模组3可包括不同形式和构造,如前述的支撑杆130和支撑杆140。
推移模组3可包括一个安装支座架32、一个扶杆34和复数个控制握杆36。安装支座架32通过复数个第一装接孔222装设于支撑骨架模组200之连接板220的上方。扶杆34整体大致呈U型,装接、固定于安装支座架32的一侧,可位于移位模组100之轮脚组120的短脚架123一侧的上方,用于供 使用者或照护者进行握持、撑扶之用。复数个控制握杆36对称地套设于扶杆34上,锁固后朝向安装支座架32,可用于控制照护机2的作动。控制握杆36可连接对称地装设于底盘单元110上的二个煞车装置129,以于控制照护机2的作动。请参阅图2及图4,在一实施例中,煞车装置129包含操作杆1291及制动杆1292。操作杆1291以煞车线(图中未示)与控制握杆36连接,并可透过杠杆方式与制动杆1292连动。如此一来,使用者可在扶杆34上握紧或放松控制握杆36,而使操作杆1291连动操作制动杆紧贴或离开地面,从而完成制动操作的功能。因此,对称安装的二个煞车装置129及对应的二个控制握杆36组成了完整的煞车模组,提高了照护机2移动操作的安全性。当然,此处的煞车模组各元件及结合作动方式仅为举例,可为其他具相同或近似功能的煞车模组取代。安装支座架32可经由复数根杆件与复数个安装件装接组装而成,而后通过复数个第一装接孔222装设于支撑骨架模组200之连接板220的上方。扶杆34的两端经由复数个安装件装设、锁固于安装支座架32上。安装支座架32之安装件上设有钩环38,可用于悬挂吊带等物体。
当使用者借助该照护机2进行站立训练时,其可站立于移位模组100之底盘单元110上时,手扶于推移模组3之安装支架32上,此时,可利用吊带承载使用者的臀部,吊带的两端挂接于安装支座架32中的钩环38上,并提供具有一定的张力和保有足够的承载力,以对使用者进行保护、托护。
请再次参阅图4,在一示例中,照护机2还可包括有顶靠模组500,装设于主机模组1之支撑骨架模组200上。具体地,可通过该些第一锁孔212锁固于支撑骨架模组200之立杆210上。顶靠模组500可具有调节功能,可根据使用情况进行上、下、前、后的位置调整。
顶靠模组500可包括一个装接架501和一个靠垫502。装接架501通过该些第一锁孔212装设于支撑骨架模组200之立杆210上,靠垫502装设于装 接架501上并朝向使用者,以承接抵靠使用者的膝部,可以协助使用者进行坐和站的转换或站立。在不同的使用情境中,顶靠模组500除了用于膝部或腿部的承靠外,也可用于身体躯干、头部、手部等身体部位的承靠。
如图4至图6,在一示例中,照护机2可包括有一个乘载模组300,装设于主机模组1上,乘载模组300可具有多种不同的照护功能。乘载模组300至少包括二个装接基座310、二个护栏320、一个背靠组件330以及二个承载板340。
二个装接基座310套接安装在主机模组1之支撑骨架模组200上。依据乘载模组300不同的功用或使用需求,其可安装固定在主机模组1上的不同位置/高度。如图所示,二个装接基座310可套设在立杆210上后经由该些第一锁孔212进行装接锁固,进而套接安装在主机模组1中支撑架模组200之立杆210上。二个护栏320之一端分别枢接于二个装接基座310上,可绕装接基座310在水平方向转动,可向外左右展开或向内合拢。二个护栏320之另一端可分别与背靠组件330相连接锁固。乘载模组300还包含自锁定位装置328,可在当护栏320合拢或在特定方位时自动卡固护栏320,而限制护栏320的水平转动。
在一些实施例中,装接基座310可套接安装于耦合装置12上,每一护栏320具有枢接装置321,装设于护栏320靠近立杆210的一端。自锁定位装置328包括至少一个定位孔3281及至少一个定位销3282,分别且相对应的布设于装接基座310与护栏320上,当护栏320合拢或在特定方位时,装设在装接基座310或护栏320上的定位销3282会自动卡固于装设在护栏320或装接基座310上的定位孔3281。在图5的示例中,装接基座310与耦合装置12是结合成一体,也就是此实施例的装接基座310结合了耦合装置12的功能,可以通过操作高度调整装置311达到简便地、快速地进行乘载模组300的高度 调整。枢接装置321设有枢接孔3210,用以套接于所述装接基座310的转轴上。自锁定位装置328的定位孔3281可设在枢接装置321上,定位销3282可设在装接基座310上,当护栏320合拢或在特定方位时,自锁定位装置328之定位销3282会自动卡固于定位孔3281,进而限制护栏320的水平转动。当欲再次转动护栏320的位置时,使用者只要按下设于装接基座310上连接定位销3282的释放键3283,使定位销3282离开定位孔3281,即可解除自锁定位状态。
每个护栏320至少包括两根长杆322、323。两根长杆322、323为上下平行设置,可经由复数根连接杆(图中未示)进行连接、固定,且该两根长杆322、323之间具有一定的间距。长杆322、323的两端分别装设有枢接装置321和枢装锁接装置326,用以进行安装、锁固,进而使得二根长杆322、323装接固定后位于同一平面内。各个护栏320的一端经由枢接装置321与装接基座310相枢接固定,另一端经由枢装锁接装置326与背靠组件330相连接固定。图6示例中,这些枢装锁接装置326是由套接于垂直的连接杆(图中未示)的枢接管套3261与装设于背靠组件330侧边的钩锁接件336所组成,枢接管套3261上具有定位槽3262。除了连接杆之外,在其他实施例中,枢接管套3261也可套接于护栏一侧端的垂直杆。
如图5及图5A所示,每个护栏340的二平行长杆中的下方长杆323水平地装设于护栏320的底部,以作为承载板300的转轴杆。此转轴杆323设有复数个限位销345。二个承载板340分别可转动地安装于二个护栏320的底部或下方的转轴杆323上。每个承载板340的一侧边设有一枢转槽346,其可为一U型槽,套接于转轴杆323上,枢转槽346上设有复数个长条孔347,用来套装复数个限位销345,以使承载板340可以水平放置以乘载重量,以及向上掀起以贴近护栏320;当承载板340向上掀起时,枢转槽346绕转轴杆323进行 旋转,并可在贴近护栏320时利用卡销348固定之,以防止在使用过程中掀起的承载板340掉落影响护栏320的使用。当承载板340向上掀起贴近护栏320时,将便利于乘载模组300作为除乘载之外的其它功用,如乘载模组300可供使用者做撑扶之用。当二个承载板340水平放置时,使用者乘坐于承载板340上时,背靠组件330可对使用者的背部进行支撑、托护之安全保护。当不需使用承载板340时,将其掀起后可快速拆除,便于乘载模组300作为除乘载之外的其它功能之用。
承载板340设于护栏320的下方或底部。承载板340可通过枢转槽346可拆卸地装设于护栏320的底部,并可相对转轴杆323进行转动。承载板340具有一弧形缺口342。当所述二个承载板340平放且合拢时,该二个弧形缺口342彼此相对而构成一开口344。此时,该二个承载板340可用于承载使用者,即该乘载模组300可供使用者乘坐之用。再者,当该二个承载板340平放且合拢时可形成一开口344,该开口344可与座便器之座腔大小相对应,以供失能症使用者进行如厕之使用便利。
请再次参阅图4和图5,背靠组件330包括背靠座332和一背靠334。背靠座332具有多个钩锁接件336和一背靠装接座338;每个钩锁接件336包含一锁固件337,分别和护栏320之枢接管套3261进行连接、锁固;背靠装接座338设于背靠座332的上方或其他适合的位置,可用来插接不同型式的背靠334。背靠装接座338除了二个背靠插孔的型式之外,背靠334也可利用其他结构可拆式地装接在背靠座332上。在一实施例中,背靠座332是由一个平板组成,钩锁接件336装设于平板两侧边,分别和护栏320之枢接管套3261上的定位槽3262进行连接、锁固,如此,两个护栏320可在上下与前后的位置能保持一致。另外,当背靠座332只有一侧之钩锁接件336与枢接管套3261锁固时,背靠座332可以与枢接管套3261进行任意角度的旋转。在图5A例 示中的背靠装接座338是由二个背靠插孔组成,装设在背靠座后面中央位置。背靠插孔338可用来插接不同型式的背靠334,以适应各种不同应用状况或个人化需求。背靠座两侧边装设的钩锁接件336和枢接管套3261可以是套合后锁固、卡接式锁固,或者是其它可快速安装与拆卸的锁固装置。
请配合图2、图4,参阅图7、图8、图9,图7是本发明中照护机另一实施例的立体透视示意图,图8是图7所示照护机中扶撑模组一实施的立体透视示意图,图9是图8所示扶撑模组的俯视透视示意图。
请配合图2、图4参阅图7,照护机2上装载有乘载模组300时,还可包括一个扶撑模组20,装设于主机模组1之支撑骨架模组200上,可作为一个辅助装置配合乘载模组300使用,也可独自与主机模组1配合使用。扶撑模组20包括至少二根承接杆22、二个扶持装置24和二个控制握杆26。各个承接杆22上具有复数个装接销202。图示中承接杆22的构型与连接板220相同或近似,但可以不同。二根承接杆22分别经由第一装接孔222和装接销202水平装设于连接板220上,并通过该些第二锁孔224和锁固件226进行锁固。二个扶持装置24分别装设于二根承接杆22上。
每个扶持装置24包括一个装接架组242、一个扶持件244和一个支撑垫246。装接架组242套接并固定于承接杆22上,扶持件244和支撑垫246可调节地固定于装接架组242上。扶持件244可沿水平方向左右调节其与装接架组242之间的间距,支撑垫246可在一个水平面内相对装接架组242做360度转动以调整其固定角度位置。二个控制握杆26分别装设于二个装接架组242上,用于控制照护机2的作动。
结合图7参见图8,在一示例中,扶撑模组20还可包括一个撑靠装置28。撑靠装置28由复数根可调节杆280组装而成且整体大致呈U型状,其两端分别装设于二个装接架组242上,并位于二个扶持装置24的上方。
配合图7和图8参见图9。进一步说明,扶持装置24中装接架组242包括一个套接件2422、一个装接支架2424、一个安装板2426和复数个锁固件2428。套接件2422滑动地套设并锁固于承接杆22上,可用于承接装设装接支架2424。装接支架2424可调节地装设于套接件2422上。安装固定后,装接支架2424与承接杆22相垂直,并可沿垂直方向相对于承接杆22进行上下安装高度调节。安装板2426可沿一水平面装设于装接支架2424上以承接支撑垫246。支撑垫246可在此水平面内相对安装板2426做360度转动以调整其固定角度位置。复数个锁固件2428装设于装接支架2424上,可与控制握杆26相装接、固定。
装接支架2424整体大致呈T型,包括一水平杆2425和一竖直杆2427。水平杆2425的两端各装设有一根装接杆2429,装接杆2429与撑靠装置28之可调节杆280的两端可调节地装接固定。撑靠装置28沿垂直方向可进行高度调节,沿水平方向可进行宽度调节。
装接架组242中套接件2422的一侧具有一个凹槽,该凹槽的一侧面上具有锁固孔。套接件2422可经由该凹槽在承接杆22上滑动,当期滑移至预定位置时,通过其上的锁固孔锁固于承接杆上。装接支架2424中的竖直杆2427穿过套接件2422的一通孔并锁固。竖直杆2427可沿垂直方向调整其安装高度,进而可调整扶撑模组20得整体高度。安装板2426可是一个类似椭圆形的薄板,通过螺丝等安装固定于装接支架2424之水平杆2425的上方,支撑垫246可转动调整地装设于安装板2426上。复数个锁固件2428装设于装接支架2424之水平杆2425的两端,其中一个与控制握杆26相装接、固定。锁固件2428上设有钩状结构,可用于承重悬挂,如在钩状结构上悬挂吊带而进行承重、承载。控制握杆26上装设有控制握杆和控制按钮,更好地操纵控制照护机2的作动过程。扶持件244包括一个撑扶垫和一个撑扶安装杆。装接 支架2424中水平杆2425与竖直杆2427的连接处设有一安装座装置。扶持件244之撑扶安装杆具有一定的长度,且可调节地装接于装接支架2424中水平杆2425与竖直杆2427连接处的安装座装置上,从而可调整扶撑模组20中二个扶持件244在同一水平面之间的间距。
装接支架2424中水平杆2425两端上装设的装接杆2429的一端套接于水平杆2425的一端并锁固,另一端具有一个定位销。撑靠装置28由复数根可调节杆280组装而成且整体大致呈U型状,其中,包括二根呈U型的可调节杆280且其两端设有复数个装接孔。每根U型可调节杆280的两端上的装接孔与装接支架2424中二根装接杆2429的定位销相连接固定。通过调整U型可调节杆280上装接孔与装接杆2429上定位销的锁接位置而调整撑靠装置28沿垂直方向的安装高度。二根U型可调节杆280之间通过二根直杆式的可调节杆281进行联接、锁固。二根直杆式可调节杆281的一端于U型可调节杆280相装接锁固,另一端上设有数量相同的复数个装接孔并经由该些装接孔在水平方向进行锁固。通过调整二根直杆式可调节杆281上装接孔的锁接位置而调整撑靠装置28沿水平方向的安装间距。复数根可调节杆280和281上可套设有一个弹性缓冲套,以增加撑靠装置28的舒适性。所述弹性缓冲套可由具备弹性功能的各种材料所制成。
当使用者站立于该照护机2之底盘单元110时,扶持装置24中二个扶持件244可用于撑扶使用者的腰部,二个支撑垫246可用于支撑使用者的手部。当使用者的上身力量不足时,为防止其站立时身体产生倾斜而发生危险,撑靠装置28可支撑、夹抱住使用者的胸腹部,让使用者可以更稳定地在照护机上进行站立,如撑靠装置28可位于使用者的腋下以更好地支撑、夹抱而对使用者进行托护。如此,对于失能症型的使用者可借助照护机2进行简单的站立等肢体运动练习。
请结合图1和图4,参见图10至图12,图10是本发明中照护机又一实施例的立体透视示意图,图11是图10所示照护机中大轮模组一实施的立体透视示意图,图12是图11所示大轮模组处于使用状态时的立体透视示意图。
请结合图1和图4,参见图10。为进一步丰富或增加前述照护机2的照护功能样式,同一款照护机可兼具更多一机多用的效果,照护机2可包括一个大轮模组600,装设于主机模组1上。大轮模组600至少包括二个安装架610、一根第一横杆620、二个制动机构630和二个大轮640。二个安装架610对称地装设于支撑骨架模组200的立杆210和移位模组100的该副轮脚组120上。每个轮脚组120包括一根长脚架121和一根短脚架123,安装架610装设于长脚架121上。第一横杆620的两端分别与二个安装架610相联接、固定,以加强该二个安装架610的装接稳固性。二个制动机构630分别套设于大轮转轴615上,并与大轮640相联动。二个大轮640通过大轮转轴615分别装设于安装架610之大轮转轴孔装置616相连接、锁固,且位于安装架610的外侧。
如图11,大轮模组600还可包括有抬升装置650,装设安装架610之下锁固装置612上,(或对称地装设于所述移位模组100的所述轮脚组120上)。操控抬升装置650的作动可调节与安装架610相装接的轮脚组120的高度。亦即,通过操控抬升装置650可调节轮脚组120中长脚架121的高度,并将长脚架121上的万向轮组122抬升且离开地面一定的距离,方便进行安装大轮640于安装架610上,而后以大轮640作为轮脚组120中长脚架121的轮具之用。每架抬升装置650至少包括一顶高架651和一组限位销652,抬升装置650是用来抬升与其相装接的轮脚组120,以利于大轮640安装或拆卸于安装架610。亦即,先将两顶高架放下接触地面,并受到限位销652限制无法向上转动,再利用推移模组3向前轮方向出力,则以顶高架651接触地面处为 支点,以抬起长脚架121上的万向轮组122且离开地面一定的距离,此时,顶高架651恰过最高点且受到另一限位销652阻挡而稳定地静止状态,如此,方便进行安装或拆卸大轮640于安装架610上。
安装大轮640之后,则以大轮640作为轮脚组120中长脚架121的轮具之用。此时,大轮模组600与移位模组100中轮脚组120的短脚架123相配合作为照护机2中的轮具使用,照护机2在室外可作为轮椅之功用,满足使用者在室外借助该照护机2进行基本的生活活动。
进一步说明,大轮模组600中每个安装架610至少包含上锁固装置611和下锁固装置612。上锁固装置611是用来与支撑骨架模组200的立杆210相连接、锁固,下锁固装置612是用来与移位模组100的轮脚组120之长脚架121相连接、锁固。抬升装置650可装设安装架610之下锁固装置612上。如此,可简便、快速地完成大轮模组600的装接、拆卸。
大轮模组600更可包括有第一横杆620和电动驱动轮660。第一横杆620的两端分别可拆卸地固定于二个安装架610上。电动驱动轮660装设于第一横杆620的中心位置,用于驱动主机模组1的移动。
照护机2中的乘载模组300、顶靠模组500、大轮模组600及扶撑模组20可根据使用场景的需求单独或采用不同的搭配组合装设于主机模组1上。换句话说,照护机2可藉由主机模组1和乘载模组300、顶靠模组500、大轮模组600及扶撑模组20中的不同搭配组合,实现一机多用,且这些模组组件可进行快速的拆卸、组装,方便携带、使用。
请配合图1和图2,参阅图13,图13是本发明中悬吊机一实施例的立体透视示意图。为达所述优点至少其中之一或其他优点,本发明的一实施例提出一种悬吊机4,其至少包括前述的主机模组1和一个悬吊架模组700,悬吊架模组700安装架设于主机模组1的上方,可供使用者进行多种多样的运动 训练,如进行复健运动。悬吊架模组700至少可包括复数根支撑柱710和至少二根悬吊臂720。
复数根支撑柱710经由该些第一装接孔222垂直装设于该些连接板220上,并通过该些第二锁孔224和锁固件226进行锁固。根据使用情境或使用功能的不同,复数根支撑柱710可装接、锁固在连接板220的不同第一装接孔222上。亦即,装设于同一个连接板220上的每两根支撑柱710之间的间距可根据使用需求进行选择、调整。二根悬吊臂720之一端架设于复数根支撑柱710上且位于该些连接板220的上方。
复数根支撑柱710可为一具有一固定长度的同直径的圆柱形管。不过不限于此。复数根支撑柱710亦可为具有伸缩功能的圆柱形管,由此可调整二根悬吊臂720沿垂直方向的装设高度。此时,具有伸缩功能的支撑柱710设有复数各装接孔,可通过调整该些装接孔的锁固位置而调节支撑柱710沿垂直方向的装设高度,进而调节悬吊臂720沿垂直方向的装设高度。此种情形下,如图14所示,可在同一连接板220上的相邻两根支撑柱710之间装接连接杆711,以加强悬吊架模组700中复数根支撑柱710的装接稳固性。悬吊臂720远离该支撑柱710的一端设有一钩状件,可用以悬挂或悬吊物体。
在一具体实施例样态中,悬吊架模组700更可包括一承接架730,设置于所述复数根支撑柱710上端,用以架接二根悬吊臂720。二根悬吊臂720也可直接经由其他的装接锁固件架设于支撑柱710上。
承接架730包括至少二根长杆732、至少二根短杆734和复数个锁接支撑件736。锁接支撑件736的数量设置与支撑柱710的数量设置为一一对应关系。锁接支撑件736装设在支撑柱710的顶端(图示中支撑柱710远离连接板220的一端)。二根长杆732、二根短杆734经由该些锁接支撑件736分别进行装接锁固,而后平行横架于复数根支撑柱710的顶端。锁固后,长杆732与短 杆734相垂直且位于同一平面内。锁接支撑件736具有一凹槽738,设于锁接支撑件736的顶部。当该些长杆732、短杆734及锁接支撑件736装设在支撑柱710后,将悬吊臂720之一端穿过并嵌套于承接它的锁接支撑件736之凹槽738内,而后对锁接支撑件736进行锁紧以将悬吊臂720锁固在该些锁接支撑件736上,进而架接于承接架730上方。锁固后,悬吊臂720与承接架730之短杆734相平行且位于短杆734的上方。该承接架730之设置可增强该悬吊架模组700的稳定性能和支撑强度。
为增加该悬吊机4的多功用性和综合实用性,承接架730之锁接支撑件736上可设有一钩状件7361,可用以悬挂或悬吊物体。该钩状件可以是J型的挂钩、或是经由螺纹锁固的钩环。承接架730之长杆732的两端还可设有握持杆733,以供使用者握持、支撑之用。为增加不同使用场景的装设弹性,握持杆733可以用可拆卸的方式固接在长杆732的两端。在一使用场景中,使用者可站立在移位模组100之底盘单元110上,手部握持住该些长杆732之握持杆733以进行站立训练或其它的肢体运动练习。
悬吊机4还可包括一根第二横杆740,横架于二根悬吊臂720上,且位于悬吊臂720远离承接架730或支撑柱710的一端。在一具体实施样态中,第二横杆740的两端可通过一锁接件741分别锁固在二根悬吊臂720上。此时,第二横杆740在二根悬吊臂720上固定不动,其可作为单杠使用,供使用者进行伸展运动。如复健者可借助该第二横杆740进行上肢或手部的运动训练。在一实施例中,第二横杆740的两端还可设有握持杆733,以供使用者握持、支撑之用。如使用者可站在轮脚组120之二根长脚架121之间,手部握持住该些第二横杆740与其握持杆733以进行站立训练或其它的肢体运动练习。
锁接件741的一端可具有一钩状件,可用于悬挂或悬吊物体。在实际使用中,根据不同的使用需求,锁接件741在悬吊臂720上的装接锁固位置可 沿悬吊臂720进行前后调整。亦即,第二横杆740在悬吊臂720上的装接锁固位置可沿悬吊臂720进行前后调整,利于使用者借助该悬吊机4进行四肢的复健运动。
结合图13参见图14和图15,图14是图13所示悬吊机中吊带机一实施的立体透视示意图,图15是图13所示悬吊机中吊带机另一实施的立体透视示意图。如图14,悬吊机4还可包括一台吊带机750,装设于支撑骨架模组200或移动模组100的底盘单元110上。具体地,移动模组100中轮脚组120的短脚架123上装设有一块承载板,可用于承放该吊带机750。吊带机750具有一可收放的吊带752。吊带752可为一根或是复数根。吊带752可环绕悬挂于承接架730之长杆732上,用以悬吊一物体。更进一步说,悬吊机4更包括拉绳组件754,设置于二根悬吊臂720上。拉绳组件754包含数个钩环件7541和数条拉绳7542。数个钩环件7541对称地锁固在二根悬吊臂720上,数条拉绳7542穿套于这些钩环件7541,一端钩接于吊带机750之吊带752的头端,另一端用于悬吊一物体。在一实施例中,吊带752上可设有一吊钩件7521,以便更好稳固地悬吊数条拉绳7542。如需对失能型的使用者进行移动时,可在数条拉绳7542另一端悬挂或悬吊一吊布或一悬吊模组,让该失能型的使用者乘坐在该吊布或悬吊模组中,并借助该悬吊机4进行移动,用以移动使用者或被照护者。
配合图13参见图15,在一示例中,第二横杆740上可套接一个滚轮742,可用于悬挂吊带752。吊带机750上之吊带752可环绕于滚轮742的外侧环面,用以悬吊物体。吊带752上可设有一个吊钩,以更好地悬吊物体,利于使用者移位或复健时的操作。
结合图13和图14参阅图16,图16是图13所示悬吊机中吊布模组一实施的立体透视示意图。二根悬吊臂720安装固定后,其远离承接架730或支 撑柱710的一端可用于悬吊一吊布模组760或一悬吊模组。该吊布模组760或悬吊模组可供使用者乘坐或固定绑缚住该使用者之身体的局部,以悬吊移动使用者、或让使用者借助该悬吊机4进行站立等训练。吊布模组760中的吊带可经由悬吊臂720上的钩状件和锁接支撑件736上的钩状件7361悬挂于悬吊架模组700上。如图14,在一示例中,吊布模组760可通过吊带机750上的吊带752及拉绳组件754悬挂于悬吊架模组700上。
请结合图2、图4、图6至图8,再次参阅图14至图16。悬吊机4中之主机模组1上可装设有乘载模组300、顶靠模组500及扶撑模组20,这些模组可与悬吊机4中的悬吊架模组700、第二横杆740、吊带机750、吊布模组760等组件自由组合搭配使用,使得悬吊机4在某些情形下可兼具照护机2的不同功能。换句话说,悬吊机4可藉由主机模组1和乘载模组300、顶靠模组500及扶撑模组20中的不同搭配组合,实现一机多用,可节省照护器械的整体成本,且这些模组组件可进行快速的拆卸、组装,方便携带、使用。
照护机2更包括一电动模组800,装设于底盘单元110的数个第二装接孔115上,并以锁固件8112固定于底盘单元110上。电动模组800包括安装座架810,立柱模组820,以及驱动模组830。安装座架810包括耦接基座811和转接座812,转接座812可调整前后地锁固于耦接基座811,耦接基座811具有复数根定位杆8111,安装座架810利用定位杆8111插接第二装接孔115装设于底盘单元110之上表面112的上方,并以锁固件8112固定于底盘单元110上。立柱模组820包括一固定支架821和一升降支架822。固定支架821装设于安装座架810之转接座812上;升降支架822位于固定支架821的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动。升降支架822上沿垂直方向布设有数个锁孔,使不同功用的健康照护模组可装设在立柱模组820的任意高度。驱动模组830装设于安装座架810之转接座812上,驱动升降支架822沿垂直方向上下移动。
图17和图17A是本发明中电动模组800处于不同视角时的立体透视示意图。电动模组800更包括数个耦合装置840,设于立柱模组820上。耦合装置840经由升降支架822之任何高度的复数个锁孔进行锁固。耦合装置840上设有复数个耦接界面841,用以装设照护模组,如图所示的健康照护模组901、902等。
综上所述,利用本发明所提供之主机模组可装设不同的照护功能并带动使用者进行移动,还可对不同健康照护模组进行装设高度调节。利用本发明所提供之悬吊机可对使用者进行悬吊移位,还可辅助使用者进行肢体运动,促进失能者的肢体复建。利用本发明所提供之照护机可对失能者一类的使用者提供多种健康照护功能,不同的健康照护功能可视使用需求而自行搭配,实现一机多用,且每次使用不同的健康照护功能时不需要更换不同种类的照护机,节约使用者的看护照料成本。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的方法及技术内容作出些许的更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种主机模组,可与多种照护模组搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,其特征在于:所述主机模组包括:
    移位模组,至少包括一底盘单元和一轮脚组,所述轮脚组枢接于所述底盘单元的侧端,所述底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面,可作为踏板之用;
    支撑骨架模组,包括复数根立杆和复数个连接板,所述复数根立杆的一端装接固定于所述底盘单元上,另一端与所述复数个连接板联接并固定在复数个所述连接板的下方;以及
    耦合模组,包括复数个耦合装置和复数个耦合界面,设于所述移位模组和所述支撑骨架模组上,用于装接、锁固所述不同功用的照护模组;
    其中,所述耦合界面包括复数个第一锁孔,所述复数个第一锁孔是沿所述立杆的垂直方向布设于上;所述耦合装置包括一高度调整装置,所述高度调整装置滑动套设于所述立杆上,并通过所述第一锁孔锁固于所述立杆上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的主机模组,其特征在于:所述耦合界面更包括复数个第一装接孔和复数个第二装接孔,所述复数个第一装接孔布设于所述连接板上,所述复数个第二装接孔布设于所述底盘单元上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的主机模组,其特征在于:所述底盘单元包含一底盘主体和一移动踏板;其中,所述底盘主体具有导引单元,所述移动踏板装设于所述导引单元上,并可藉着所述导引单元进行前后滑动,而在不同位置间移动和锁固;
    所述轮脚组至少包括复数个万向轮组和一个定向轮组;所述定向轮组装设于所述底盘单元之侧面,位于所述复数个万向轮组为顶点构成的一个水平封闭区域内部;所述定向轮组至少包含一定向轮、一弹性装置和一切换装置;所述弹性装置的作用是使得所述定向轮可以时时保持与地面接触,可确保整个移动过程之所述定向轮的效用;所述切换装置可通过切换操作来固定或不限制所述定向轮的前进方向。
  4. 一种照护机,可配设有不同功用的照护模组,其至少包括如权利要求1至3任一所述的主机模组和一推移模组,所述推移模组装设于所述主机模组的所述支撑骨架模组上,用于控制所述主机模组的作动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述推移模组包括一扶杆,藉由一安装支座架装接于所述复数个连接板上,以及一煞车模组,所述煞车模组包括:
    二个煞车装置,对称地装设于所述移位模组的所述底盘单元上;以及
    二个控制握杆,对称地装设于所述扶杆上,用以控制所述煞车装置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述照护机更包括一顶靠模组,装设于所述支撑骨架模组上;所述顶靠模组包括一装接架和一靠垫,所述靠垫装设于所述装接架上,可用于身体部位的承靠。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述照护机更包括有一乘载模组,所述乘载模组装设于所述主机模组上,所述乘载模组包括:
    二个装接基座,套接安装于所述主机模组之所述支撑骨架模组上;
    二个护栏,分别枢接于所述复数个装接基座上,可绕所述装接基座在水平方向转动;以及
    二个承载板,分别可转动地安装于所述二个护栏的底部,当所述承载板向上掀起时贴近所述护栏,当所述承载板水平放置时可乘载重量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述装接基座可安装于所述耦合装置上;每一所述护栏具有枢接装置,装设于所述护栏的一端,设有枢接孔,用以套接于所述装接基座;以及一自锁定位装置,安装于所述装接基座与所述护栏,并可在所述护栏相对于所述装接基座枢转至特定位置时,对所述护栏进行自动锁固,以限制所述护栏的水平转动。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的照护机,其特征在于:每个所述护栏更包括一转轴杆,装设于所述护栏的底部,所述转轴杆设有复数个限位销;每个所述 承载板的一侧设有一枢转槽,套接于所述转轴杆上,所述枢转槽上设有复数个长条孔,用来套装所述复数个限位销,以使所述承载板可以水平放置以乘载重量,以及向上掀起以贴近所述护栏;所述承载板的另一侧设有一弧形缺口,当所述二个承载板平放且合拢时,所述二个弧形缺口彼此相对而构成一开口。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述乘载模组更包括一背靠组件;所述二个护栏枢接于所述装接基座的另一端分别装设有枢装锁接装置,用以与所述背靠组件相连接、锁固。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的照护机,其特征在于:每个所述枢装锁接装置包括一枢接管套和一钩锁接件,所述枢接管套枢接于所述护栏,所述枢接管套上具有一定位槽,所述钩锁接件架设于所述背靠组件的侧边上;所述背靠组件包括一背靠座和一背靠,所述背靠可拆式地装接在所述背靠座上;所述背靠座具有复数个钩锁接件,可分别和所述枢接管套上的所述定位槽进行连接、锁固,以使得两个所述护栏可在上下与前后的位置能保持一致;当所述背靠座只有一侧之所述钩锁接件与所述枢接管套锁固时,所述背靠座可以与所述枢接管套进行任意角度的旋转。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述照护机更包括一大轮模组,装设于所述主机模组上,所述大轮模组包括:
    二个安装架,对称地装设于所述主机模组上;所述安装架设有复数个大轮转轴孔装置,用来装设不同轮径的大轮;以及
    二个大轮,分别装设所述大轮转轴孔装置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述大轮模组更包括有二个抬升装置,对称地装设于所述安装架或所述轮脚组上,每架所述抬升装置至少包括一顶高架和一组限位销,所述抬升装置是用来抬升与其相装接的所述轮脚组,以利于所述大轮安装或拆卸于所述安装架。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述大轮模组更包括有一横杆和一电动驱动轮组;所述横杆的两端分别可拆卸地固定于所述二个安装架上;所述电动驱动轮组装设于所述横杆的中心位置,用于驱动所述主机模组的移动。
  15. 如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述照护机更包括一扶撑模组,装设于所述主机模组上,所述扶撑模组包括:
    至少二根承接杆,分别装设于所述支撑骨架模组上;
    二个扶持装置,分别装设于所述二根承接杆上,每个所述扶持装置包括一装接架组、一扶持件和一支撑垫,所述装接架组套接并固定于所述承接杆上,所述扶持件和所述支撑垫可调节地固定于所述装接架组上。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述扶撑模组更包括二个控制握杆,分别装设于所述装接架组上,用于控制所述照护机的作动;所述装接架组包括一套接件、一装接支架、一安装板和复数个锁固件,所述套接件滑动地套设并锁固于所述承接杆上,所述装接支架可调节地装设于所述套接件上,所述安装板装设于所述装接支架上以承接所述支撑垫,所述复数个锁固件装设于所述装接支架上。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述扶撑模组更包括一撑靠装置,由复数根可调节杆组装而成且整体大致呈U型状,其两端分别装设于所述装接架组上,并位于所述二个扶持装置的上方。
  18. 一种悬吊机,其至少包括如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述照护机更包括一悬吊架模组,架设于所述主机模组的上方,所述悬吊架模组包括:
    复数根支撑柱,经由所述第一装接孔垂直装设于所述连接板上;以及
    至少二根悬吊臂,架设于所述复数根支撑柱上且位于所述连接板上方,所述悬吊臂设置有钩状件,可用于悬挂或悬吊物体。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的悬吊机,其特征在于:所述悬吊架模组更包括一承接架,设置于所述复数根支撑柱的上端,用以架接所述二根悬吊臂;所述承接架包括至少二根长杆、至少二根短杆和复数个锁接支撑件,所述二根长杆、所述二根短杆通过所述复数个锁接支撑件装接锁固而横架于所述复数根支撑柱的上端;所述复数个锁接支撑件设置有钩状件,可用于悬挂或悬吊物体;所述承接架更包含至少二根握持杆,可拆卸的固接在所述长杆的两端。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的悬吊机,其特征在于:所述悬吊机还包括一吊带机,装设于所述主机模组上,所述吊带机具有一可收放的吊带,所述吊带悬挂于所述悬吊架模组上以悬吊一物体;所述悬吊机更包括一第二横杆,横架于所述二根悬吊臂上;所述第二横杆可套设一滚轮,用于悬挂所述吊带。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的悬吊机,其特征在于:所述悬吊机更包括一拉绳组件,设置于所述二根悬吊臂上;所述拉绳组件包含复数个钩环件和复数条拉绳,所述复数个钩环件对称地锁固在所述二根悬吊臂上,所述复数条拉绳穿套于所述复数个钩环件,一端钩接于所述吊带机之所述吊带的头端,另一端用于悬吊一物体。
  22. 如权利要求4所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述照护机更包括一电动模组,装设于所述复数个第二装接孔上,并以锁固件固定于底盘单元上。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述电动模组包括:
    一个安装座架,通过所述复数个第二装接孔装设于所述底盘单元之所述上表面的上方;
    一立柱模组,包括一固定支架和一升降支架,所述固定支架装设于所述安装座架上,所述升降支架位于所述固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,所述升降支架上沿垂直方向布设有复数个锁孔,使不同功用的健康照护模组可装设在所述立柱模组的任意高度;以及
    一驱动模组,装设于所述安装座架上,驱动所述升降支架沿垂直方向上下移动。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的照护机,其特征在于:所述电动模组更包括复数个耦合装置,设于所述立柱模组上;所述耦合装置经由所述升降支架之任何高度的所述复数个锁孔进行锁固;所述耦合装置设有所述复数个耦接界面,用以装设所述健康照护模组。
