是以,本案发明人于观察到上述缺点后,认为现行辅具仍有进一步改良之必要,而遂有本发明之产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在提供一种具有辅助移位及载运功能的行动辅具,其兼具有辅助移位及载运受照顾者的功能,而可方便照护人员照护受照顾者,并确保受照顾者及照护人员的安全。
为达上述目的,本发明提供的一种具有辅助移位及载运功能的行动辅具,其包含有;一移动单元,其包含有一脚座,该脚座底部设有多个滚轮,而可供该移动单元移动,另该移动单元于该脚座上方纵向设有一架体,该架体上横向枢设有一第一固定板,该脚座与该第一固定板之间设有一升降装置,使该第一固定板可于该架体上进行升降,另该第一固定板前方设有多个第一结合件;一乘坐单元,可拆卸式地结合于该移动单元的前方,且当拆卸时可供置放于轮椅上,其包含有一框架,该框架二侧分别枢设一护栏,该些护栏恰可围成一容置空间,且该些护栏底部分别设有一乘坐板,另该些护栏前侧之间设有一扣合件,使该些护栏可通过该扣合件而相互固接,另该框架横向设有一第二固定板,该第二固定板后方相对应该些第一结合件则设有多个第二结合件,该些第一结合件可与该些第二结合件进行结合或分离,使该乘坐单元可方便地装卸于该移动单元上。

  7. 如权利要求1所述的具有辅助移位及载运功能的行动辅具,其特征在于,该第一固定板的二侧上朝后方分别设有一把手。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的具有辅助移位及载运功能的行动辅具,其特征在于,更包含有一旋转垫,该旋转垫可供装设于该乘坐单元的下方,该旋转垫包含有一垫体,于该垫体上枢设有一转盘,该转盘对应该些乘坐板的凹弧段的形状,使该转盘恰可容置于该些凹弧段所形的中空部,使该乘坐单元可通过该转盘的转动而进行转动,另该垫体二侧分别设有一扣合孔,可供汽车安全带的扣合而固定该垫体。
