Claims (7)
- 乗客コンベアの両側の手すりの上方において前記両側の手すりに両側の端部がそれぞれ掛け渡され、中間部に揚重装置が設けられた棒部材と、
前記棒部材の両側の端部にそれぞれ固定された一対の結合部材と、
前記一対の結合部材のそれぞれの下方に配置され、前記一対の結合部材とそれぞれ固定され、前記両側の手すりのそれぞれを両側方から把持することで前記両側の手すりのそれぞれに固定された一対の支持部材と、
を備えた運搬工具。 - 前記一対の支持部材の一方は、
前記両側の手すりの一方において当該手すりの一側方の湾曲面に沿うように当該手すりに配置される第1支持体と、
前記両側の手すりの一方において当該手すりの他側方の湾曲面に沿うように当該手すりに配置される第2支持体と、
前記第1支持体と前記第2支持体とが前記両側の手すりの一方を前記一側方と前記他側方とから把持するように前記第1支持体と前記第2支持体とを連結する連結体と、
を有した請求項1に記載の運搬工具。 - 前記一対の結合部材の一方は、前記一対の支持部材の一方が前記両側の手すりの一方に固定された状態で前記棒部材を着脱自在に固定する請求項1または請求項2に記載の運搬工具。
- 前記一対の結合部材の一方は、
一端部に第1軸を有し、他端部に第2軸を有する第1開閉部と、
前記第1軸において一端部が前記第1開閉部に対して回転可能に繋げられ、他端部に調整孔が形成された第2開閉部と、
前記第2軸において一端部が前記第1開閉部に対して回転可能に繋げられ、他端部が前記第2開閉部の前記調整孔に挿通可能な開閉ボルト部と、
前記第1開閉部と前記第2開閉部と前記開閉ボルト部とで形成される空間に前記棒部材が配置された状態で前記棒部材を着脱自在に固定するよう前記調整孔に挿通された前記開閉ボルト部の他端に締め込まれる開閉ナット部と、
を有した請求項3に記載の運搬工具。 - 前記棒部材は、長手方向に伸縮する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の運搬工具。
- 乗客コンベアの両側の手すりに請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の運搬工具の支持部材をそれぞれ固定する第1固定工程と、
前記第1固定工程の後に行われ、前記手すりに取り付けられた前記一対の支持部材に前記運搬工具の一対の結合部材をそれぞれ固定する第2固定工程と、
前記第2固定工程の後に行われ、前記一対の支持部材にそれぞれ取り付けられた前記一対の結合部材に前記運搬工具の棒部材の両側の端部を固定する第3固定工程と、
を備えた運搬工具の設置方法。 - 前記第3固定工程の後に行われ、前記乗客コンベアのステップと前記両側の手すりとを連動して移動させることで前記棒部材を前記運搬工具が運搬する部品の上方に移動させる移動工程、
を備えた請求項6に記載の運搬工具の設置方法。
