Description
図1は、実施の形態1にかかるオゾン供給装置100aを示す構成図である。オゾン供給装置100aは、原料ガス供給部1、オゾン発生部2、吸脱着部3、配管4、制御部5、昇圧ブロワ7、窒素除去部8、排気回路9及びオゾン排出回路90を備える。オゾン供給装置100aは、さらに、窒素成分濃度測定部6を備える。以下、詳細について説明する。
次に、実施の形態1における変形例1を示す。図9は、実施の形態1にかかるオゾン供給装置100cを示す構成図である。オゾン供給装置100cは、原料ガス供給部1、オゾン発生部2、吸脱着部3、配管4、制御部5、昇圧ブロワ7、窒素除去部8、排気回路9及びオゾン排出回路90を備える。オゾン供給装置100cのオゾン発生部2は、さらに、検知部15を有する。図9において、図1と同一の符号を付した構成は、オゾン供給装置100aの構成と同一又は対応する構成を示すため、詳細な説明は省略する。以下、詳細を説明する。
次に、実施の形態1における変形例2を示す。図10は、実施の形態1にかかるオゾン供給装置100dを示す構成図である。オゾン供給装置100dは、原料ガス供給部1、オゾン発生部2、吸脱着部3、配管4、制御部5、昇圧ブロワ7、窒素除去部8、排気回路9及びオゾン排出回路90を備える。オゾン供給装置100dは、さらに、オゾン濃度測定部16を備える。図10において、図1と同一の符号を付した構成は、オゾン供給装置100aの構成と同一又は対応する構成を示すため、詳細な説明は省略する。以下、詳細を説明する。
次に、実施の形態1における変形例3を示す。図11は、実施の形態1にかかるオゾン供給装置100eを示す構成図である。オゾン供給装置100eは、原料ガス供給部1、オゾン発生部2、吸脱着部3、配管4、制御部5、昇圧ブロワ7、窒素除去部8、排気回路9及びオゾン排出回路90を備える。オゾン供給装置100eは、オゾン濃度測定部16a及びオゾン濃度測定部16bをさらに備える。図11において、図1と同一の符号を付した構成は、オゾン供給装置100aの構成と同一又は対応する構成を示すため、詳細な説明は省略する。以下、詳細を説明する。
次に、実施の形態1における変形例4を示す。オゾン供給装置100fは、原料ガス供給部1、オゾン発生部2、吸脱着部3、配管4、制御部5、昇圧ブロワ7、窒素除去部8、排気回路9及びオゾン排出回路90を備える。オゾン供給装置100fは、オゾン濃度測定部16をさらに備える。
次に、実施の形態1における変形例5を示す。オゾン供給装置100gは、原料ガス供給部1、オゾン発生部2、吸脱着部3、配管4、制御部5、昇圧ブロワ7、窒素除去部8、排気回路9及びオゾン排出回路90を備える。
図12は、実施の形態2にかかるオゾン供給装置200を示す構成図である。オゾン供給装置200は、循環回路内の情報に基づき、供給ガスの窒素濃度を増加又は減少させる制御とともに、循環回路内の情報に基づき、ガス中の窒素酸化物の濃度を減少させる制御を行う点で、オゾン供給装置100と異なる。オゾン供給装置200は、オゾン供給装置100の構成に加え、窒素酸化物除去部17、第2温度調節部18及びパージ回路19を備える。

Claims (15)
- 酸素及び窒素を含む原料ガスを供給する原料ガス供給部と、
前記原料ガス及び返送ガスからなる供給ガスから、オゾンを含むオゾン化ガスを生成するオゾン発生部と、
前記オゾン化ガスに含まれる前記オゾンを吸着し、前記返送ガスを排出する吸脱着部と、
前記オゾン発生部で生成された前記オゾン化ガスを前記吸脱着部に供給し、前記吸脱着部から排出された前記返送ガスを前記原料ガスとともに、前記オゾン発生部に供給する配管、前記オゾン発生部、及び前記吸脱着部を含む循環回路と、
前記循環回路内の情報に基づき、前記供給ガスの窒素濃度を制御する制御部と、
を備えるオゾン供給装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記循環回路内の情報に基づき、前記循環回路内の窒素成分濃度推定値を算出し、算出された前記窒素成分濃度推定値が予め定めた第一の値よりも大きい場合は、前記供給ガスの前記窒素濃度を減少させる制御を行い、算出された前記窒素成分濃度推定値が予め定めた第二の値よりも小さい場合は、前記供給ガスの前記窒素濃度を増加させる制御を行う、
請求項1に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 前記供給ガスの前記窒素濃度を減少させる場合、前記制御部は、前記返送ガスから窒素を除去させる指示及び窒素の除去量を増加させる指示、並びに前記原料ガスにおける窒素の添加量を減少させる指示及び窒素の添加を停止させる指示の少なくともいずれかを行い、
前記供給ガスの前記窒素濃度を増加させる場合、前記制御部は、前記返送ガスから除去する窒素の除去量を減少させる指示及び窒素の除去を停止させる指示、並びに前記原料ガスへ窒素の添加する指示及び窒素の添加量を増加させる指示の少なくともいずれかを行う、
請求項2に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 前記循環回路内の情報とは、前記返送ガスの窒素成分濃度、前記供給ガスの窒素成分濃度及び前記オゾン化ガスの窒素成分濃度の少なくともいずれかである、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 前記返送ガス、前記供給ガス及び前記オゾン化ガスの少なくともいずれかの窒素成分濃度を測定する窒素成分濃度測定部をさらに備える、
請求項4に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 前記返送ガス、前記供給ガス及び前記オゾン化ガスの少なくともいずれかの酸素濃度を測定する酸素濃度測定部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記酸素濃度から前記返送ガス、前記供給ガス及び前記オゾン化ガスの少なくともいずれかの窒素成分濃度を推定する、
請求項4に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 前記循環回路内の情報とは、前記供給ガスの窒素成分濃度であり、
前記オゾン発生部は、放電空間における窒素の発光を検知する検知部を有し、
前記制御部は、前記検知部により検知された窒素の発光強度から前記供給ガスの前記窒素成分濃度を推定する、

請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 前記窒素除去部の温度を調節する第1温度調節部及び前記窒素酸化物除去部の温度を調節する第2温度調節部の少なくともいずれかをさらに備え、

請求項13に記載のオゾン供給装置。 - 原料ガス供給部から供給され、酸素及び窒素を含む原料ガス、及び返送ガスからなる供給ガスをオゾン発生部に供給する工程と、
前記オゾン発生部によって、前記供給ガスからオゾンを含むオゾン化ガスを生成する工程と、
吸脱着部に、前記オゾン化ガスに含まれる前記オゾンを吸着させるとともに、前記吸脱着部から、前記返送ガスを排出する工程と、
前記オゾン発生部で生成された前記オゾン化ガスを前記吸脱着部に供給し、前記吸脱着部から排出された前記返送ガスを前記原料ガスとともに、前記オゾン発生部に供給する配管、前記オゾン発生部、及び前記吸脱着部を含む循環回路内の情報に基づき、制御部によって、前記供給ガスの窒素濃度を制御する工程と、を有する、
