Description

本发明涉及不锈钢管生产技术领域,具体为一种用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置。
背景技术
不锈钢管是一种中空的长条圆形钢材,主要广泛用于石油、化工、医疗、食品、轻工、机械仪表等工业输送管道以及机械结构部件等,另外在折弯、抗扭强度相同时,重量较轻,所以也广泛用于制造机械零件和工程结构。
在不锈钢管生产与使用的过程中常常需要对其进行焊接,而焊接的过程中会产生焊刺,为了保证不锈钢管的质量在焊接后会对其进行检测并进一步进行打磨去除焊刺,现在一般的打磨装置不能对不锈钢管进行检测,只能对其进行打磨,这样就增加了不锈钢管的生产工序,浪费了大量的人力物力,增加生产成本,而一般的打磨装置一般只能对钢管进行外部打磨,不能去除不锈钢管内部的焊刺,针对上述情况,急需在现有的不锈钢管打磨装置的基础上进行技术创新。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出一般的打磨装置不能对不锈钢管进行检测,只能对其进行打磨,这样就增加了不锈钢管的生产工序,浪费了大量的人力物力,增加生产成本,而一般的打磨装置一般只能对钢管进行外部打磨,不能去除不锈钢管内部的焊刺的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置,包括支架、外刺打磨柱和第二电动机,所述支架的右侧固定有伸缩臂,且伸缩臂的下方安装有内刺打磨装置,所述内刺打磨装置的内部分别安装有第一电动机和旋转筒,且第一电动机位于旋转筒的内部,所述外刺打磨柱通过连接杆与内刺打磨装置固定连接,且外刺打磨柱位于内刺打磨装置的右侧,所述外刺打磨柱的外侧设置有外刺打磨装置,且外刺打磨装置的右侧与伸缩臂的一端焊接,所述第二电动机通过转轴与检测探头转动连接,且第二电动机位于外刺打磨 柱的右侧,所述检测探头的外表面安装有检测板,且检测板之间固定有第三弹簧柱。
优选的,所述伸缩臂设置有2个,且伸缩臂之间关于支架的水平中心线对称。
优选的,所述内刺打磨装置包括第一弹簧柱、粗制打磨板和细致打磨板,第一弹簧柱的一端分别固定有粗制打磨板和细致打磨板,同时第一弹簧柱的另一端与旋转筒的外壁焊接。
优选的,所述粗制打磨板和细致打磨板均设置有3个,且粗制打磨板和细致打磨板在旋转筒的四周交替安装。
优选的,所述外刺打磨装置包括打磨圈、钢丝网、第二弹簧柱和旋转壁,打磨圈的内部设置有钢丝网,打磨圈的外壁侧安装有第二弹簧柱,第二弹簧柱的另一侧与旋转壁焊接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置,伸缩臂设置有2个,且伸缩臂之间关于支架的水平中心线对称,可以通过伸缩臂的伸缩使该装置深入不锈钢管的内部除去钢管内部的焊刺,该装置的粗制打磨板和细致打磨板均设置有3个,且粗制打磨板和细致打磨板在旋转筒的四周交替安装,粗制打磨板可以打磨掉较大的焊结点,而细致打磨板可以对小的焊刺以及经过粗制打磨板打磨掉的焊接点进行打磨,粗制打磨板和细致打磨板相互配合,提高了该装置对钢管内部焊刺打磨的效率,该装置不仅可以对不锈钢管进行检测还能对其进行打磨,省去了一个生产工序,节省了人力物力,降低了生产成本。

工作原理:在使用该用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置时,先对该装置的结构进行简单的了解,首先将检测探头11放入不锈钢管的内部,检测板12在第三弹簧柱13的支撑下紧紧的靠在钢管的内壁侧,当检测到不锈钢管的内部存在焊刺 时,通过伸缩臂2的伸缩使该装置深入不锈钢管的内部除去钢管内部的焊刺,首先钢管的外壁侧经过外刺打磨柱7,并在外刺打磨装置8的作用下除去外刺,外刺打磨装置8内部的打磨圈801可以通过钢丝网802来改变其直径的大小,使打磨圈801一方面在第二弹簧柱803的作用下紧紧靠在不锈钢管的外壁侧,另一方面使该装置适用于不同规格的钢管,第二电动机9通过转轴10使检测探头11进行旋转,并且检测探头11带动钢管进行旋转使内刺打磨装置3进入到钢管的内部,第一电动机4带动旋转筒5进行旋转,并带动内刺打磨装置3进行转动对钢管内部的焊刺进行打磨,内刺打磨装置3内部的粗制打磨板302和细致打磨板303均设置有3个,且粗制打磨板302和细致打磨板303在旋转筒5的四周交替安装,粗制打磨板302可以打磨掉较大的焊结点,而细致打磨板303可以对小的焊刺以及经过粗制打磨板302打磨掉的焊接点进行打磨,粗制打磨板302和细致打磨板303相互配合,提高了该装置对钢管内部焊刺打磨的效率,这就是该用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置的工作原理。
