- 一种用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置,包括支架(1)、外刺打磨柱(7)和第二电动机(9),所述支架(1)的右侧固定有伸缩臂(2),且伸缩臂(2)的下方安装有内刺打磨装置(3),所述内刺打磨装置(3)的内部分别安装有第一电动机(4)和旋转筒(5),且第一电动机(4)位于旋转筒(5)的内部,其特征在于:所述外刺打磨柱(7)通过连接杆(6)与内刺打磨装置(3)固定连接,且外刺打磨柱(7)位于内刺打磨装置(3)的右侧,所述外刺打磨柱(7)的外侧设置有外刺打磨装置(8),且外刺打磨装置(8)的右侧与伸缩臂(2)的一端焊接,所述第二电动机(9)通过转轴(10)与检测探头(11)转动连接,且第二电动机(9)位于外刺打磨柱(7)的右侧,所述检测探头(11)的外表面安装有检测板(12),且检测板(12)之间固定有第三弹簧柱(13);所述伸缩臂(2)设置有2个,且伸缩臂(2)之间关于支架(1)的水平中心线对称;所述内刺打磨装置(3)包括第一弹簧柱(301)、粗制打磨板(302)和细致打磨板(303),第一弹簧柱(301)的一端分别固定有粗制打磨板(302)和细致打磨板(303),同时第一弹簧柱(301)的另一端与旋转筒(5)的外壁焊接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置,其特征在于:所述粗制打磨板(302)和细致打磨板(303)均设置有3个,且粗制打磨板(302)和细致打磨板(303)在旋转筒(5)的四周交替安装。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于不锈钢的精密打磨抛光装置,其特征在于:所述外刺打磨装置(8)包括打磨圈(801)、钢丝网(802)、第二弹簧柱(803)和旋转壁(804),打磨圈(801)的内部设置有钢丝网(802),打磨圈(801)的外壁侧安装有第二弹簧柱(803),第二弹簧柱(803)的另一侧与旋转壁(804)焊接。
