如图2至图5所示,在本发明实施例中,所述顶起装置6包括支撑架61,所述支撑架61固定安装在底板1上位于支撑柱3之间的位置,所述支撑架61顶部安装有方形架62,所述方形架62内部设有第一滑板63,所述第一滑板63底部安装有第一齿条64,所述第一滑板63侧部开有控制槽65,所述控制槽65内部轴承连接有滚轮66,所述滚轮66的侧部开有衔接槽67,所述衔接槽67与方形架62的侧杆相配合,所述第一滑板63上方铰接有第一连杆68,所述第一连杆68另一端铰接有推动板69,所述第一滑板63与第一连杆68铰接处和第一连杆68与推动板69铰接处安装有扭曲弹簧610,所述推动板69与推动槽5相配合;所述支撑架61上位于方形架62下方安装有连接杆611,所述连接杆611中部安装有第一电机612,所述第一电机612上安装有第一齿轮613,所述第一齿轮613与第一齿条64相啮合。
使用时,如图2所示,此时扭曲弹簧610处于被扭曲状态,当需要顶起板材时,只需启动第一电机612,第一电机612会带动第一齿轮613旋转,第一齿轮613会通过第一齿条64带动第一滑板63向右移动,当推动板69脱离放置板4的限制进入推动槽5中时,在扭曲弹簧610的作用下,第一连杆68和推动板69会复位,运动至图3所示状态,通过推动板69将板材向上顶起,便于取出。
在本发明实施例中,所述推动槽5的内侧侧壁和推动板69的外侧侧壁为倾斜设计,倾斜设计可以使推动板69可以更顺利的进入推动槽5中,使推动板69的运动过程更加顺滑。
在本发明实施例中,所述推动槽5的宽度大于推动板69的宽度,确保推动板69可以进入推动槽5内部。
在本发明实施例中,所述推动槽5与第一滑板63之间的距离小于第一连杆68的长度和推动板69的长度之和,确保推动板69处于最高点时,可以将板材从放置板4上顶起。
实施例2:
如图8所示,在本发明实施例中,所述固定装置7包括安装块71,所述安装块71固定安装在机架2内部两侧,所述安装块71侧部安装有固定杆72,所述固定杆72另一端铰接有第二齿轮73,所述第二齿轮73中部固定安装有第一转盘74,所述安装块71上安装有第二电机75,所述第二电机75上安装有第二转盘76,所述第一转盘74和第二转盘76之间设置有连动带77;所述放置板4两侧开有第一滑槽78,所述第一滑槽78内部设有第一滑块79,所述第一滑块79顶部安装有第二齿条710,所述第二齿条710与第二齿轮73相互啮合。
使用时,将板材放置在放置板4上,然后启动第二电机75,第二电机75会带动第二转盘76旋转,并通过连动带77和第一转盘74带动第二齿轮73转动,第二齿轮73会通过第二齿条710来带动第一滑块79移动,通过第一滑块79的相互靠近来将板材固定。
在本发明实施例中,所述第一滑块79靠近推动槽5的一侧安装有挤压块711,所述挤压块711的材质为软性橡胶,软性橡胶可以防止过度挤压导致板材发生形变导致无法使用。
实施例3:
如图6和图7所示,在本发明实施例中,所述吹扫装置9包括控制槽91,所述控制槽91开于顶板8内部,所述控制槽91内壁固定安装有第三电机92,所述第三电机92上固定安装有第二连杆93,所述第二连杆93另一端铰接有第三连杆94;所述控制槽91壁内开有连通槽95,所述连通槽95另一侧轴承连接有内螺旋螺母96,所述内螺旋螺母96内部配合设置有外螺旋杆97,所述外螺旋杆97靠近控制槽91内部的一端与第三连杆94铰接,所述内螺旋螺母96外侧安装有齿环98;所述连通槽95底部开有第二滑槽99,所述第二滑槽99内部设有第二滑块910,所述第二滑块910底部安装有第二滑板911,所述第二滑板911上方安装有第二齿条912,所述第二齿条912与齿环98相啮合,所述第二滑板911底部安装有吹扫机913。
使用时,启动第三电机92,第三电机92会带动第二连杆93和第三连杆94移动,进而带动外螺纹杆97在连通槽95内部不断往复运动,外螺纹杆97会带动内螺旋螺母96做往复式旋转,进而通过外部的齿环98和第二齿条912来带动第二滑板911不断做左右往复运动,再通过吹扫机913来进行大范围的吹扫工作。
在本发明实施例中,所述连通槽95的内径大于外螺旋杆97的外径,确保外螺纹杆97可以在连通槽95内部移动。
在本发明实施例中,所述第二滑槽99和第二滑块910的形状为倒置梯形,倒置梯形可以起到限位的作用,防止第二滑块910从第二滑槽99中脱离。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,包括:底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)上方安装有机架(2),所述底板(1)上方位于机架(2)内部安装有支撑柱(3),所述支撑柱(3)上方安装有放置板(4),所述放置板(4)上开有推动槽(5),所述放置板(4)下方位于支撑柱(3)之间安装有顶起装置(6),所述放置板(4)和机架(2)之间安装有固定装置(7),所述机架(2)顶部安装有顶板(8),所述顶板(8)内部安装有吹扫装置(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述顶起装置(6)包括支撑架(61),所述支撑架(61)固定安装在底板(1)上位于支撑柱(3)之间的位置,所述支撑架(61)顶部安装有方形架(62),所述方形架(62)内部设有第一滑板(63),所述第一滑板(63)底部安装有第一齿条(64),所述第一滑板(63)侧部开有控制槽(65),所述控制槽(65)内部轴承连接有滚轮(66),所述滚轮(66)的侧部开有衔接槽(67),所述衔接槽(67)与方形架(62)的侧杆相配合,所述第一滑板(63)上方铰接有第一连杆(68),所述第一连杆(68)另一端铰接有推动板(69),所述第一滑板(63)与第一连杆(68)铰接处和第一连杆(68)与推动板(69)铰接处安装有扭曲弹簧(610),所述推动板(69)与推动槽(5)相配合;所述支撑架(61)上位于方形架(62)下方安装有连接杆(611),所述连接杆(611)中部安装有第一电机(612),所述第一电机(612)上安装有第一齿轮(613),所述第一齿轮(613)与第一齿条(64)相啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述推动槽(5)的内侧侧壁和推动板(69)的外侧侧壁为倾斜设计。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述推动槽(5)的宽度大于推动板(69)的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述推动槽(5)与第一滑板(63)之间的距离小于第一连杆(68)的长度和推动板(69)的长度之和。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置(7)包括安装块(71),所述安装块(71)固定安装在机架(2)内部两侧,所述安装块(71)侧部安装有固定杆(72),所述固定杆(72)另一端铰接有第二齿轮(73),所述第二齿轮(73)中部固定安装有第一转盘(74),所述安装块(71)上安装有第二电机(75),所述第二电机(75)上安装有第二转盘(76),所述第一转盘(74)和第二转盘(76)之间设置有连动带(77);所述放置板(4)两侧开有第一滑槽(78),所述第一滑槽(78)内部设有第一滑块(79),所述第一滑块(79)顶部安装有第二齿条(710),所述第二齿条(710)与第二齿轮(73)相互啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑块(79)靠近推动槽(5)的一侧安装有挤压块(711),所述挤压块(711)的材质为软性橡胶。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述吹扫装置(9)包括控制槽(91),所述控制槽(91)开于顶板(8)内部,所述控制槽(91)内壁固定安装有第三电机(92),所述第三电机(92)上固定安装有第二连杆(93),所述第二连杆(93)另一端铰接有第三连杆(94);所述控制槽(91)壁内开有连通槽(95),所述连通槽(95)另一侧轴承连接有内螺旋螺母(96),所述内螺旋螺母(96)内部配合设置有外螺旋杆(97),所述外螺旋杆(97)靠近控制槽(91)内部的一端与第三连杆(94)铰接,所述内螺旋螺母(96)外侧安装有齿环(98);所述连通槽(95)底部开有第二滑槽(99),所述第二滑槽(99)内部设有第二滑块(910),所述第二滑块(910)底部安装有第二滑板(911),所述第二滑板(911)上方安装有第二齿条(912),所述第二齿条(912)与齿环(98)相啮合,所述第二滑板(911)底部安装有吹扫机(913)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述连通槽(95)的内径大于外螺旋杆(97)的外径。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子零件生产过程中PCB板加工夹持处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二滑槽(99)和第二滑块(910)的形状为倒置梯形。
