Abstract

本发明公开了一种电子产品开发实验平台,包括检测台、清洁箱、电动推杆、支撑板、轴承、传动柱、活动口、传动杆、清扫刷、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、电机、机箱、实验箱、加热箱、加热丝、温度传感器、温度控制器和箱门。本发明通过电动推杆带动若干个清扫刷移动,可以调整清扫刷的上下位置,从而便于适用于清扫不同厚度电子产品表面的灰尘,并防止灰尘对后期实验的影响;通过温度控制器控制加热丝工作,可以调节实验箱内部的温度,从而可以实验在不同温度下电子产品的运行情况,该装置结构简单,使用方便,适合推广使用。

Description

一种电子产品开发实验平台 技术领域
本发明涉及一种实验平台,具体是一种电子产品开发实验平台,属于电子产品开发设备技术领域。
背景技术
电子产品是以电能为工作基础的相关产品,主要包括:手表、智能手机、电话、电视机、影碟机、录像机、摄录机、收音机、收录机、组合音箱、激光唱机、电脑、游戏机和移动通信产品等,因早期产品主要以电子管为基础原件故名电子产品,电子产品在制作完成之后都要在实验平台上进行实验。
由于电子产品内部的核心基本上由PCB线路板为主体,零部件有单片机半导体等电子元器件构成,如果其PCB线路板上落灰,可能会影响后期的实验结果;并且,大多数电子产品不耐高温,但是,对于一些特殊产品,需要测试其在不同温度下的运行状态。因此,针对上述问题提出一种电子产品开发实验平台。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种电子产品开发实验平台。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种电子产品开发实验平台,包括清扫机构和实验机构;
所述清扫机构包括检测台、清洁箱、电动推杆、支撑板和轴承,所述检测台的顶部一侧固接有清洁箱,所述清洁箱的顶部两侧对称固接有两个相同的电动推杆,两个所述电动推杆的输出轴分别对称固接在支撑板的底部两侧,所述支撑板的表面等距内嵌安装有若干相同的轴承,所述轴承的内圈套接有传动柱,所述传动柱的底端贯穿活动口并置于清洁箱的内部,所述活动口开设于清洁箱的顶部,所述传动柱的底端固接有传动杆,所述传动杆的底端固 接有清扫刷;
所述实验机构包括实验箱、加热箱、加热丝、温度传感器和温度控制器,所述检测台的顶部另外一侧固接有实验箱,所述实验箱的两个相对的内壁对称固接有两个相同的加热箱,所述加热箱的内部固接有若干相同的加热丝,所述实验箱的顶部内壁固接有温度传感器,所述实验箱的顶部固接有温度控制器。
优选的,若干所述传动柱的顶端均置于支撑板的上方并固接有从动齿轮。
优选的,若干所述传动柱之间通过若干从动齿轮的啮合相互传动连接。
优选的,位于最左侧的所述从动齿轮啮合连接主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮固接在电机的输出轴。
优选的,所述电机固接在机箱的内部,所述机箱固接在支撑板的顶部一侧。
优选的,所述温度控制器电性连接温度传感器,且所述温度控制器电性连接若干个加热丝。
优选的,所述实验箱的外壁表面铰接安装有箱门。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过电动推杆带动若干个清扫刷移动,可以调整清扫刷的上下位置,从而便于适用于清扫不同厚度电子产品表面的灰尘,并防止灰尘对后期实验的影响;
2、通过温度控制器控制加热丝工作,可以调节实验箱内部的温度,从而可以实验在不同温度下电子产品的运行情况,该装置结构简单,使用方便,适合推广使用。

所述实验机构包括实验箱14、加热箱15、加热丝16、温度传感器17和温度控制器18,所述检测台1的顶部另外一侧固接有实验箱14,所述实验箱14的两个相对的内壁对称固接有两个相同的加热箱15,所述加热箱15的内部固接有若干相同的加热丝16,便于加热,所述实验箱14的顶部内壁固接有温度传感器17,便于感温,所述实验箱14的顶部固接有温度控制器18,便于调整温度。
若干所述传动柱6的顶端均置于支撑板4的上方并固接有从动齿轮10,便于传动;若干所述传动柱6之间通过若干从动齿轮10的啮合相互传动连接,便于传动;位于最左侧的所述从动齿轮10啮合连接主动齿轮11,所述主动齿轮11固接在电机12的输出轴,便于提供动力;所述电机12固接在机箱13的内部,所述机箱13固接在支撑板4的顶部一侧,便于合理利用空间;所述温度控制器18电性连接温度传感器17,且所述温度控制器18电性连接若干个加热丝16,便于控温;所述实验箱14的外壁表面铰接安装有箱门19,便于放置电子产品。
本发明在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,将电子产品去掉外壳,将其内部的PCB线路板以及核心组件放置在清洁箱2的内部,随后通过控制两个电动推杆3来控制清扫刷9的高度,随后打开电机12,电机12间接带动若干个清扫刷9转动,通过清扫刷9将电子产品PCB线路板表面的灰尘清理干净,随后将电子产品放置到实验箱14的 内部,打开若干加热丝16,通过温度控制器18调节实验箱14内部的温度,同时运行电子产品,并查看电子产品运行状态,并同上步骤依次升高实验箱14内部的温度,查看电子产品的运行情况,直到电子产品无法运行为止,此时记录下温度,该温度为电子产品运行温度上限。
温度传感器17采用的是惠州市金元翔电子有限公司生产的DS18B20型号及其相关的配套电源和电路。
温度控制器18采用的是乐清市扬丰仪表有限公司生产的CHB102型号及其相关的配套电源和电路。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

    所述实验机构包括实验箱(14)、加热箱(15)、加热丝(16)、温度传感器(17)和温度控制器(18),所述检测台(1)的顶部另外一侧固接有实验箱(14),所述实验箱(14)的两个相对的内壁对称固接有两个相同的加热箱(15),所述加热箱(15)的内部固接有若干相同的加热丝(16),所述实验箱(14)的顶部内壁固接有温度传感器(17),所述实验箱(14)的顶部固接有温度控制器(18)。
