本发明涉及机械自动化技术领域,特别是一种机器人智能分拣工件的装置。
背景技术
分拣是将物品按品种、出入库先后顺序进行分门别类地堆放的作业。分拣是完善送货、支持送货的准备性工作,是不同配送企业在送货时竞争和提高自身经济效益的必然延伸,所以,也可以说分拣是送货向高级形式发展的必然要求,随着电子技术、计算机技术的迅速发展,数字图像处理技术以其信息含量大、表现形式直观、传输存储方便等优点在许多行业和领域得到了广泛应用,随着我国国民经济水平的提升,人们对高品质、高精度、高可靠性的产品需求也日益增加,智能机器人的应用越来越广泛,在对工件分拣中智能机器人液起到重要作用,但是现有的机器人智能分拣工件的装置还存在一些问题:
1、现有的机器人智能分拣工件的装置通过工件之间的间距较小,分拣难度较大,非常的不方便;
2、现有的机器人智能分拣工件的装置进行分拣时机械手需要对所有的工件进行分拣,花费时间较多,分拣效率较低。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种机器人智能分拣工件的装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种机器人智能分拣工件的装置,包括送料支架,所述送料支架的顶端固定连接有输送带,所述送料支架的底部固定连接有安装架,所述安装架的内部固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴固定安装有导向块,所述送料支架的两端固定连接有送料槽,所述送料槽的底部设置有分拣支架;
所述分拣支架的一端固定连接有分拣机械手,所述分拣支架的内部固定连接有分拣电机,所述分拣电机的输出轴固定安装有转动架,所述转动架的顶端固定连接有分拣盘,所述分拣支架的一端固定连接有出料板,所述出料板的底部设置有废品箱,所述废品箱的底部转动连接有行进轮。
可选的,所述送料支架的底部开设有和安装架相适配的固定槽,所述送料支架的两端开设有和送料槽相适配的槽口。

有益效果
本发明具有以下优点:
1、该机器人智能分拣工件的装置,将工件放置到送料支架顶端的输送带表面,通过启动驱动电机,使驱动电机带动导向块转动,使导向块倾斜,通过倾斜的导向块对送料支架顶端的工件进行导向,使工件沿导向块的倾斜角度滑移到送料槽,通过驱动电机转动对导向块的倾斜方向进行改变,使导向块能够将工件间断性的导向两端的送料槽,进而能够有效的将工件之间的间距增大,减低工件分拣难度,便于对工件进行分拣。
2、该机器人智能分拣工件的装置,通过送料槽将工件送入分拣支架,通过启动分拣电机,使分拣电机带动转动架转动,使转动架带动分拣盘转动,使分拣盘带动工件转动,通过分拣盘转动产生的离心力使工件沿分拣支架的边缘转动,通过分拣机械手对合格的工件进行分拣,通过出料板对不合格的工件进行导向,使不合格的工件在离心力和重力的作用下落入废品箱内部,进而能够有效的对工件进行分拣,便于对不合格工件进行收集,避免了机械手对不合格工件的分拣,提高分拣的效率。

本发明的工作过程如下:该机器人智能分拣工件的装置,使用时,使用者将工件放置到送料支架1顶端的输送带2表面,通过启动驱动电机4,使驱动电机4带动导向块5转动,使导向块5倾斜,通过倾斜的导向块5对送料支架1顶端的工件进行导向,使工件沿导向块5的倾斜角度滑移到送料槽6,通过驱动电机4转动对导向块5的倾斜方向进行改变,使导向块5能够将工件间断性的导向两端的送料槽6,进而能够有效的将工件之间的间距增大,减低工件分拣难度,便于对工件进行分拣,该机器人智能分拣工件的装置,通过送料槽6将工件送入分拣支架7,通过启动分拣电机9,使分拣电机9带动转动架10转动,使转动架10带动分拣盘11转动,使分拣盘11带动工件转动,通过分拣盘11转动产生的离心力使工件沿分拣支架7的边缘转动,通过分拣机械手8对合格的工件进行分拣,通过出料板12对不合格的工件进行导向,使不合格的工件在离心力和重力的作用下落入废品箱13内部,进而能够有效的对工件进行分拣,便于对不合格工件进行收集,避免了机械手对不合格工件的分拣,提高分拣的效率。
