本发明涉及光学透镜的领域,尤其涉及与小型的折反射光学系统的窄角镜头相关的摄像镜头的发明。
背景技术
近年,采用CCD、CMOS等摄像元件的各种摄像装置广泛普及。伴随这些摄像元件的小型化、高性能化,寻求低高度、窄角且具有良好的光学特性的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头。
与低高度、窄角且具有良好的光学特性的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头相关的技术开发正在推进。作为该折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,在专利文献1中提出了如下摄像镜头:从物侧起具有设置空气间隔而配置的第一透镜、以及第二透镜,在第一透镜的物侧面,在周边区域形成有第一折射面,在中心区域形成有第二反射面,在第二透镜的像侧面,在周边区域形成有第一反射面,在中心区域形成有第二折射面。
专利文献1的实施例1~3所记载的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头是将第二透镜周边区域与第二透镜中心区域一体成型,由于第二透镜中心区域的折射率、第一及第二透镜周边区域与第二透镜中心区域的阿贝数之比不充分,因此视场角为21.4°以上,窄角化不够。

发明内容
(发明要解决的课题)
本发明的目的在于,提供一种折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,低高度、窄角且具有良好的光学特性,是利用2个透镜组件和1片透镜而构成的。
(用于解决课题的技术方案)
为了达成上述目标,对第三透镜的折射率、第一透镜组件、第二透镜组件以及第三透镜的阿贝数之比进行了锐意探讨,结果发现可得到改善了现有技术的课题的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,从而完成本发明。
技术方案1记载的摄像镜头是一种折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,从物侧起依次配置具有反射力和屈折力的第一透镜组件、具有反射力和屈折力的第二透镜组件以及具有屈折力的第三透镜,所述第一透镜组件的物侧面在周边区域具有第一折射面,且在中心区域具有第二反射面,所述第一透镜组件的像侧面从周边区域向中心区域依次具有第二折射面、第五折射面以及第六折射面,所述第二透镜组件的物侧面从周边区域向中心区域依次具有第三折射面以及第四折射面,在所述第二透镜组件的像侧面具有第一 反射面,且满足以下的关系式(1)~(2):
1.68≤nd3≤1.91  (1)
3.5≤(ν1+ν2)/ν3≤6  (2)
其中,
nd3表示第三透镜的d线的折射率,
ν1表示第一透镜组件的阿贝数,
ν2表示第二透镜组件的阿贝数,

技术方案2记载的摄像镜头是在技术方案1记载的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头的基础上,满足以下的关系式(3):

f表示折反射光学系统的摄像镜头整体的焦距,
R3表示第三折射面的轴上曲率半径,
R4表示第一反射面的轴上曲率半径。
技术方案3记载的摄像镜头是在技术方案1记载的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头的基础上,满足以下的关系式(4):

f表示折反射光学系统的摄像镜头整体的焦距,
R7表示第二反射面的轴上曲率半径,

TTL表示光学长度(从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离),
f3表示第三透镜的焦距。
技术方案6记载的摄像镜头是在技术方案1记载的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头的基础上,满足以下的关系式(8):

TTL表示光学长度(从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离),
f表示折反射光学系统的摄像镜头整体的焦距。
技术方案7记载的摄像镜头是在技术方案1记载的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头的基础上,满足以下的关系式(9):

其中,
TTL表示光学长度(从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离),
IH表示最大像高。
技术方案8记载的摄像镜头是在技术方案1记载的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头的基础上,所述第一透镜组件是玻璃材质,所述第二透镜组件是玻璃材质,所述第三透镜是玻璃材质。
(发明效果)
根据本发明,尤其与现有技术相比较,通过配置由第一透镜组件、第二透镜组件以及第三透镜构成的共轴2次的折反射光学系统的光路,从而具有透镜的衍射极限得以改善、实现长焦化这样的优点,小型窄角透镜具有结构紧凑且小型这样的优点。提供适合采用高像素用CCD、CMOS等摄像元件的便携式用模块相机、WEB相机等的、低高度、窄角且具有良好的光学特性的利用2个透镜组件和1片透镜而构成的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头所涉及的发明。

具体实施方式
针对本发明所涉及的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头的实施方式进行说明。该折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA具备透镜系统,该透镜系统利用从物侧向像侧配置有第一透镜组件L1、第二透镜组件L2、第三透镜L3这样的2个透镜组件和1片透镜而构成。在第三透镜L3与像面之间配置玻璃平板GF。作为该玻璃平板GF,设想盖板玻璃以及各种滤光片等。在本发明中,玻璃平板GF也可以配置于不同的位置,还能为省略的构成。
摄像镜头配置有:具有反射力和屈折力的第一透镜组件L1、具有反射力和屈折力的第二透镜组件L2、以及具有屈折力的第三透镜L3,在所述第一透镜组件L1的物侧面,在周边区域具有第一折射面S1,且在中心区域具有第二反射面S7,所述第一透镜组件L1的像侧面从周边区域向中心区域依次具有第二折射面S2、第五折射面S6和第六折射面S8,所述第二透镜组件L2的物侧面从周边区域向中心区域依次具有第三折射面S3和第四折射面S5,在所述第二透镜组件L2的像侧面具有第一反射面S4。第三透镜L3的物侧面具有第七折射面S9,像侧面具有第八折射面S10。这2个透镜组件和1片透镜的透镜表面为了良好地校正诸像差,优选将整面设为非球面形状。
在此,中心区域是指以透镜的光轴为中心时的透镜面的中心附近,周边区域是指从透镜面中排除中心区域后的区域,是指透镜面的外周附近。
入射至第一折射面S1的光线依次在经过第二折射面S2和第三折射面S3后被第一反射面S4反射后,经过第四折射面S5和第五折射面S6而入射至第二反射面S7,进而被第二反射面S7反射后,经过第六折射面S8后入射至第三透镜L3。
在本实施方式中,第一透镜组件L1是一体结构,第二透镜组件L2是一体结构。在其他实施方式中,第一透镜组件以及第二透镜组件的至少一者可以是贴合透镜。
在本实施方式中,第一透镜组件L1的材质是玻璃,第二透镜组件L2的材质是玻璃,第三透镜L3的材质是玻璃。
该折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA满足以下的关系式(1)~(2)。

其中,
nd3:第三透镜L3的d线的折射率
ν1:第一透镜组件L1的阿贝数
ν2:第二透镜组件L2的阿贝数
ν3:第三透镜L3的阿贝数。
关系式(1)规定第三透镜L3的折射率。在处于关系式(1)的范围外时,具有良好的光学特性的窄角、低高度化困难,因此不优选。
关系式(2)规定第一及第二透镜组件和第三透镜L3的阿贝数。在处 于关系式(2)的范围外时,难以进行色差的校正,因此不优选。
第二透镜组件L2满足以下的关系式(3)。

其中,
f:折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA整体的焦距
R3:第三折射面的曲率半径
R4:第一反射面的曲率半径。
关系式(3)规定第二透镜组件L2的曲率半径与焦距之比。在处于关系式(3)的范围内时,具有良好的光学特性的窄角、低高度化容易,因此优选。
第一透镜组件L1满足以下的关系式(4)。

其中,
f:折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA整体的焦距
R7:第二反射面的曲率半径
R8:第六折射面的曲率半径。
关系式(4)规定第一透镜组件L1的曲率半径与焦距之比。在处于关系式(4)的范围内时,具有良好的光学特性的窄角、低高度化容易,因此优选。
第三透镜L3满足以下的关系式(5)~(6)。

其中,
nd3:第三透镜L3的d线的折射率
R9:第七折射面的曲率半径
R10:第八折射面的曲率半径。
关系式(5)规定第三透镜L3的折射率和第七折射面的曲率半径的比值。在处于关系式(5)的范围内时,具有良好的光学特性的窄角、低高度化容易,因此优选。
关系式(6)规定第三透镜L3的折射率和第八折射面的曲率半径的比值。在处于关系式(6)的范围内时,具有良好的光学特性的窄角、低高度化容易,因此优选。
折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA满足以下的关系式(7)。
-0.95≤TTL/f3≤0  (7)
其中,
TTL:光学长度(从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离)
f3:第三透镜L3的焦距。
关系式(7)规定光学长度和第三透镜L3的焦距的比值。若为关系式(7)的上限值以下,则窄角化容易,若为下限值以上,则球差以及彗差 的校正容易,因此优选。
折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA满足以下的关系式(8)。
0.18≤TTL/f≤0.45  (8)
其中,
TTL:光学长度(从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离)
f:折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA整体的焦距。
关系式(8)规定光学长度和整体焦距的比值。若为关系式(8)的上限值以下,则窄角化容易,若为下限值以上,则球差以及彗差的校正容易,因此优选。
折反射光学系统的摄像镜头LA满足以下的关系式(9)。
2.2≤TTL/IH≤2.7  (9)
其中,
TTL:光学长度(从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离)
IH:最大像高。
关系式(9)规定光学长度和最大像高的比值。若为关系式(9)的上限值以下,则容易实现光学长度相对于像高较大程度地低高度化。若为下限值以上,则球差以及彗差的校正容易,因此优选。
构成摄像镜头LA的2个透镜组件和1片透镜分别满足上述构成以及关系式,从而能得到低高度、窄角且具有良好的光学特性的利用2个透镜组件和1片透镜而构成的摄像镜头。

  1. 一种折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,其特征在于,
    从物侧起依次配置具有反射力和屈折力的第一透镜组件、具有反射力和屈折力的第二透镜组件以及具有屈折力的第三透镜,所述第一透镜组件的物侧面在周边区域具有第一折射面,且在中心区域具有第二反射面,所述第一透镜组件的像侧面从周边区域向中心区域依次具有第二折射面、第五折射面以及第六折射面,所述第二透镜组件的物侧面从周边区域向中心区域依次具有第三折射面以及第四折射面,在所述第二透镜组件的像侧面具有第一反射面,且满足以下的关系式(1)~(2):

    3.5≤(ν1+ν2)/ν3≤6  (2)
    其中,
    nd3表示第三透镜的d线的折射率,

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,其特征在于,
    所述折反射光学系统的摄像镜头满足以下的关系式(5)~(6):
    -1.2≤nd3/R9≤-0.7  (5)
    -0.6≤nd3/R10≤-0.53  (6)
    其中,
    nd3表示第三透镜的d线的折射率,
    R9表示第七折射面的轴上曲率半径,
    R10表示第八折射面的轴上曲率半径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,其特征在于,
    所述折反射光学系统的摄像镜头满足以下的关系式(7):
    -0.95≤TTL/f3≤0  (7)
    其中,
    TTL表示光学长度,即从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离,
    f3表示第三透镜的焦距。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,其特征在于,
    所述折反射光学系统的摄像镜头满足以下的关系式(8):
    0.18≤TTL/f≤0.45  (8)
    其中,
    TTL表示光学长度,即从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离,
    f表示折反射光学系统的摄像镜头整体的焦距。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,其特征在于,
    所述折反射光学系统的摄像镜头满足以下的关系式(9):
    2.2≤TTL/IH≤2.7  (9)
    其中,
    TTL表示光学长度,即从第二反射面到像面的轴上距离,
    IH表示最大像高。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折反射光学系统的摄像镜头,其特征在于,
    所述第一透镜组件是玻璃材质,所述第二透镜组件是玻璃材质,所述第三透镜是玻璃材质。
