Abstract
Description
前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン層は、単層または複数層からなり、前記表面コート層と隣接する層が、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートを用いた反応生成物である熱可塑性ポリウレタン(以下、「HDI-TPU」と言う。)を30質量%よりも多く含み、かつ厚さが5μm以上であることを特徴とする多層フィルムである。
本発明において、熱可塑性ポリウレタンとは、ポリイソシアネートと、鎖延長剤およびポリオールを重合することで得られるブロック共重合体を意味し、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層とは、熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる単層体または複数層からなる積層体を意味する。
本発明における表面コート層は、通常、主鎖中にウレタン結合を含有する。ウレタン結合を含有することで、段差や三次元曲面への貼付け時に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の伸びに表面コート層が追従し易くなるとともに、フィルムを伸長した際の表面コート層の割れ(クラック)を防ぐことができる。
粘着層を設けて使用する場合は、公知の粘着剤を用いることができる。粘着剤としては、たとえば、アクリル系粘着剤、ゴム系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ポリエステル系粘着剤、ウレタン系粘着剤等、一般的なものを使用できる。これらの中でも、好適な粘着力、耐久性等を発揮し得るアクリル系粘着剤が好ましい。
まず、本発明者は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を単層とした場合(図1参照)であって、使用したポリイソシアネート成分も単独の場合に、ポリイソシアネート成分により、どのように物性が変化するかを、下記のように検証した。
ポリイソシアネート成分としてのヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(以下、「HDI」と言う。)と、ポリオール成分としてのポリカーボネートポリオールとの共重合により反応生成した熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂を押出機に供給し、溶融および混練後、押出機の先端に取り付けたTダイから押し出した。
その両面をセパレーターとしてのポリエチレンテレフタレート(以下、「PET」と言う。)フィルムで挟んだ状態でニップし、厚さ150μmの層状の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(以下、「TPU」とも言う。)フィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)を作製した。

デュロメータ(スプリング式ゴム硬度計)を用い、JIS K7311にしたがって測定した。
測定用サンプルを幅25mm、長さ150mmに切り出し、チャック間の距離が100mmになるように、引張り試験機(オートグラフAG-X:(株)島津製作所製)に固定した。つづいて、23℃±2℃の温度条件下で、速度200mm/分で引っ張り、チャック間距離が140mmとなって40%伸ばした状態(最初の長さの1.4倍の伸張状態)としてから停止し、その停止から30秒経過後の負荷(残留応力)をN単位で測定した。
測定用サンプルを幅25mm、長さ100mmに切り出し、チャック間の距離が50mmになるように、引張り試験機(オートグラフAG-X:(株)島津製作所製)に固定した。つづいて、23℃±2℃の温度条件下で、速度300mm/分で引っ張り、10%伸ばした状態の応力をN単位で測定した。
ヘイズメーター(NDH7000:日本電色工業(株)製)を用いて、JIS K7361-1:1997に準じて全光線透過率(%)を測定するとともに、JIS K7136:2000に準じてヘイズ値(%)を測定した。
ジクロロメタンとメタノールをメスシリンダーで同体積はかりとり、エンジンクリーナーとして調製し、これを耐薬品性試験用の混合液とした。測定用サンプルの表面コート層上に、この混合液を1滴だけ滴下した後、5秒、60秒が経過するまでそれぞれ静置した。その後、滴下面を紙製ウエスで拭き取り、外観異常がないか目視で確認した。評価基準は以下の通りとした。
○:60秒経過後、外観に変化なし。
△:5秒間経過後は外観に変化ないが、60秒経過後は外観が白っぽく変化する。
×:5秒間経過後、外観が白っぽく変化する。
なお、例として、実施例1の結果写真を図7に、比較例2の結果写真を図8に、それぞれ示す。
実施例1において、硬度の異なる熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製し、実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ポリオール成分をポリカプロラクトンポリオールとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例5の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ポリオール成分をポリアジペートポリオールとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例6の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表1に示す。

実施例1において、ポリイソシアネート成分を芳香族系イソシアネートのジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)とし、ポリオール成分をポリエーテルポリオールとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、参考例1の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表1に示す。

実施例5において、ポリイソシアネート成分をH12MDIとした以外は、実施例5と同様にして、比較例2の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表2に示す。
比較例2において、硬度の異なる熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂を用いた以外は、比較例2と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製し、実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例6において、ポリイソシアネート成分をH12MDIとした以外は、実施例6と同様にして、比較例5の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例7において、ポリイソシアネート成分をH12MDIとした以外は、実施例7と同様にして、比較例6の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例1と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、硬度、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表2に示す。
このことから、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の表面にコート層を設けた多層フィルムにて、エンジンクリーナー等の薬品に熱可塑性ポリウレタン層が膨潤することなく、耐薬品性を良好にするには、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を、HDIを用いた反応生成物にて構成すればよいことがわかった。
ここで、参考例1の多層フィルムも耐薬品性に優れるが、この多層フィルムでは、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層に、芳香族系イソシアネートであるMDIを用いているため、光を当てると黄変してしまい、表面保護シート等としての本発明の用途には適していない。
次に、本発明者は、耐薬品性について良好な結果を示しつつ、貼付け作業性についても良好な結果を得るべく、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層をHDI-TPUからなる層と、貼付け作業性に優れる熱可塑性ポリウレタンであるH12MDI-TPUからなる層との複数層とし(図4参照)、層の厚さを変えた場合に、どのように物性が変化するか検証した。
ポリイソシアネート成分としてのHDIと、ポリオール成分としてのポリカーボネートポリオールとの共重合により反応生成した熱可塑性ポリウレタンを押出機に供給し、溶融および混練後、押出機の先端に取り付けたTダイから押し出した。その一方の片面をPETフィルム、他方の片面をマット調の二軸延伸ポリプロピレン(以下、「OPP」と言う。)フィルムで挟んだ状態でニップし、厚さ25μmの層状の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)を得た。得られた熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムを1日ほど養生し、OPPフィルムだけを剥離した。
実施例8において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを20μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを130μmとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例8において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを15μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを135μmとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例8において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを10μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを140μmとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例8において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを5μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを145μmとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例8において、ポリオール成分をポリカプロラクトンポリオールとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、実施例13の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例13において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを20μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを130μmとした以外は、実施例13と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例13において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを15μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを135μmとした以外は、実施例13と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例13において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを10μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを140μmとした以外は、実施例13と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例8において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを4μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを146μmとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表4に示す。
実施例8において、第1の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のHDI-TPUの層の厚さを2μmとする一方、第2の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層のH12MDI-TPUの層の厚さを148μmとした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例8と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表4に示す。
このことから、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層が、HDI-TPUの層とH12MDI-TPUの層との複数層からなる多層フィルムにて、エンジンクリーナー等の薬品が熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を膨潤させることなく、耐薬品性を良好にするには、HDI-TPUの層の厚さを5μm以上とする必要があることがわかった。
同様に、実施例8~16の多層フィルムでは、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の引張特性を示す値が、実施例1~7に比して相対的に低かった。たとえば、同じHDIとポリオール成分との組み合わせによりHDI-TPUを形成した実施例5と実施例13~16とで比較すると、実施例13~16は実施例5に対して51~57%程度であった。
これらのことから、実施例8~16の多層フィルムでは、HDI-TPUの層にH12MDI-TPUの層を組み合わせた多層構成とすることにより、応力緩和性が向上し、多層フィルムの保護対象物に対する貼付け作業性に優れることが推測される。
つづいて、本発明者は、耐薬品性について良好な結果を示しつつ、貼付け作業性についても良好な結果を得るべく、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を単層とした場合(図1参照)に、HDI-TPUと貼付け作業性に優れる熱可塑性ポリウレタンとしてのH12MDI-TPUとを組み合わせて、両者の含有量により、どのように物性が変化するか検証した。
ポリイソシアネート成分としてのHDIとポリオール成分としてのポリカーボネートポリオールとの共重合により反応生成したHDI-TPUを50質量部と、ポリイソシアネート成分としてのH12MDIと、ポリオール成分としてのポリカプロラクトンポリオールとの共重合により反応生成したH12MDI-TPU50質量部とを押出機に供給し、溶融および混練後、押出機の先端に取り付けたTダイから押し出した。その両面をセパレーターとしてのPETフィルムで挟んだ状態でニップし、厚さ150μmの層状の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)を作製した。
実施例17において、HDI-TPUを40質量部、H12MDI-TPUを60質量部に、両者の配合を変えた以外は実施例17と同様にして、実施例18の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例17と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表5に示す。なお、この例では、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムは、HDI-TPUを40質量%含むことになる。
実施例17において、HDI-TPUを30質量部、H12MDI-TPUを70質量部に、両者の配合を変えた以外は実施例17と同様にして、比較例9の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例17と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表5に示す。なお、この例では、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムは、HDI-TPUを30質量%含むことになる。
実施例17において、HDI-TPUを20質量部、H12MDI-TPUを80質量部に、両者の配合を変えた以外は実施例17と同様にして、比較例10の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)および多層フィルムを作製した。実施例17と同様に、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層について、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を、多層フィルムについて耐エンジンクリーナー性を、それぞれ測定した。結果を表5に示す。なお、この例では、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムは、HDI-TPUを20質量%含むことになる。
同様に、実施例17および18の多層フィルムでは、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の引張特性を示す値が、実施例1~7に比して相対的に低かった。たとえば、同じHDIとポリオール成分との組み合わせによりHDI-TPUを形成した実施例1と比較すると、76~77%程度であった。
これらのことから、実施例17および18の多層フィルムでは、HDI-TPU樹脂とH12MDI-TPU樹脂とを組み合わせることにより、応力緩和性が向上し、多層フィルムの保護対象物に対する貼付け作業性に優れることが推測される。
さらに、表面コート層の膜形成用樹脂組成物を塗布した際の希釈剤の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層への浸透により熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の表面コート層と反対の面が変質している可能性があるので、耐薬品性の優劣による接着強度への影響を、下記のように検証した。
表面コート層の塗膜形成用塗布液として、変性アクリルポリオール(固形分率50%)にイソシアネート系硬化剤(固形分率45%)と、希釈溶媒として酢酸ブチルとを32:20:48の質量分率で配合した変性アクリルウレタン樹脂の塗布液を調製した。
作製した多層フィルムの測定用サンプルを幅30mm、長さ100mmに切り出し、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層の表面コート層と反対の面のPETフィルムを剥離し、剥離した側の熱可塑性ポリウレタン面に、20μmのアクリル系粘着剤層と150μmの熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を有する幅25mm、長さ120mmのテープを、ゴムローラーで圧着させた。圧着後、ただちに引張り試験機(オートグラフAG-X:(株)島津製作所製)の上チャックにテープを、下チャックにサンプルを固定した。次いで、速度300mm/分で、チャックの移動距離を160mmとして、圧着部分を剥離して剥離荷重をN単位で測定し、その測定値の平均をテープ接着力とした。ただし、この測定値の平均では、チャックの最初の移動距離25mmの部分の測定値は除いている。
実施例19において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を実施例11で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例19と同様にして、実施例20の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例19と同様に、テープ接着力を測定した。結果を表6に示す。
実施例19において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を実施例12で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例19と同様にして、実施例21の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例19と同様に、テープ接着力を測定した。結果を表6に示す。
実施例19において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を比較例2で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例19と同様にして、比較例11の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例19と同様にして、テープ接着力を測定した。結果を表6に示す。
因みに、表面コート層が形成されていない150μmのH12MDI-TPUのテープ接着力を同様の方法で確認した際のテープ接着力は12.2N/25mmであった。実施例19~21の多層フィルムは、これと比較しても同等の値を示しており、表面コート層形成の際の希釈溶剤の熱可塑性ポリウレタン層への浸透がないことがわかる。
さらに、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を、HDI-TPU層の単層とした場合と、HDI-TPU層とH12MDI-TPU層との複数層とした場合と、の貼付け作業性を確認するため、下記のように検証した。
表面コート層の塗膜形成用塗布液として、フッ素変性アクリルポリオール(固形分率30%)にイソシアネート系硬化剤(固形分率60%)と、希釈溶媒としてメチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)を38:23:39の質量分率で配合したフッ素変性アクリルウレタン樹脂Bの塗布液を調製した。
作製した多層フィルムのサンプルをA4サイズに切り出し、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層側のPETを剥がしてアクリル粘着剤を施した後、モニターに、保護対象物としての自動車のドアミラーの曲面および段差を有する塗装鋼鈑に、それぞれ貼り付けてもらった。貼付けの難易度としては、三次元曲面を有するドアミラーの方が段差を有する塗装鋼鈑よりも高いため、評価基準は以下の通りとした。
○:多層フィルムにシワを発生させることなく自動車のドアミラーに貼り付けることができた。
△:自動車のドアミラーに貼り付けた際はシワが発生したものの、段差を有する塗装鋼鈑にはシワを発生させずに貼り付けることができた。
×:段差を有する塗装鋼鈑に貼り付けた際もシワが発生した。
なお、例として、実施例22の自動車ドアミラーへの貼付け作業性の結果写真を図9に、実施例24の段差を有する塗装鋼鈑への貼付け作業性の結果写真を図10に、それぞれ示す。
実施例22において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を実施例16で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例22と同様にして、実施例23の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例22と同様に、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を測定するとともに、多層フィルムの耐エンジンクリーナー性および貼付け作業性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
実施例22において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を実施例5で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例22と同様にして、実施例24の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例22と同様に、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を測定するとともに、多層フィルムの耐エンジンクリーナー性および貼付け作業性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
実施例22において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を実施例7で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例22と同様にして、実施例25の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例22と同様に、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を測定するとともに、多層フィルムの耐エンジンクリーナー性および貼付け作業性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
実施例22において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を比較例6で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例22と同様にして、比較例12の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例22と同様に、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を測定するとともに、多層フィルムの耐エンジンクリーナー性および貼付け作業性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
実施例22において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を比較例5で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例22と同様にして、比較例13の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例22と同様に、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を測定するとともに、多層フィルムの耐エンジンクリーナー性および貼付け作業性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
実施例22において、熱可塑性ポリウレタン層を比較例2で作製したフィルムに代えた以外は、実施例22と同様にして、比較例14の多層フィルムを作製した。この多層フィルムについて、実施例22と同様に、応力緩和性、引張特性、および光学特性を測定するとともに、多層フィルムの耐エンジンクリーナー性および貼付け作業性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
ただし、貼付け時に、実施例22および23では、自動車のドアミラーおよび段差を有する塗装鋼板のいずれに貼り付けた場合も、シワが発生しなかった(図9参照)のに対し、実施例24および25では、段差を有する塗装鋼板ではシワが発生しなかったものの(図10参照)、自動車のドアミラーではシワが発生した。
そのため、耐薬品性を有し、かつ優れた貼付け作業性を得るには、実施例22および23のように、HDI-TPUとH12MDI-TPUとを組み合わせることが望まれた。

Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタン層および表面コート層を有する多層フィルムであって、
前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン層は、単層または複数層からなり、
前記表面コート層と隣接する層が、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートを用いた反応生成物である熱可塑性ポリウレタン(以下、「HDI-TPU」と言う。)を30質量%よりも多く含み、かつ厚さが5μm以上であることを特徴とする多層フィルム。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン層が単層からなる場合は、さらに、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネートを用いた反応生成物である熱可塑性ポリウレタン(以下、「H12MDI-TPU」と言う。)を含む請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン層が複数層からなる場合は、表面コート層と隣接する層以外の層がH12MDI-TPUを含む請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン層が複数層からなる場合は、前記表面コート層と隣接する層がHDI-TPUを100質量%含む請求項1または3のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記表面コート層がウレタン結合を有する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 10%伸長時の応力が20N/25mm以下、40%伸ばした状態で停止してから30秒経過後の負荷(残留応力)が25N/25mm以下である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- JIS K7136によるヘイズ値が3.0%以下である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 曲面を有する被着体を保護するために用いられる請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
