Abstract
Description
本発明の粘着シートは、基材と粘着剤層とを有する粘着シートであり、基材の静摩擦係数は、0.05以上、1.50以下であることが必要であり、好ましくは0.05以上、1.00以下であり、特に好ましくは0.05以上、0.5以下である。静摩擦係数が0.05未満または1.50より大きいと、良好な表面滑り性を実現することができない。なお、静摩擦係数の測定方法は実施例で具体的に説明する。

ただし、本発明においては、表面保護層を形成するアクリル系樹脂としては、ハルスハイブリッド(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーを用いることが好ましい。このハルスハイブリッド(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、反応型のヒンダードアミン系光安定剤(HALS:Hinderd Amine Light Stabilizer)と反応型のUVA(紫外線吸収剤)を共重合したアクリル系ポリマーである。ハルスハイブリッド(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーを用いることにより、表面保護層に長期耐候性を付与することができる。
また、必要に応じて、溶媒を使用して表面保護層用塗布液を形成することができる。用いられる溶媒としては、例えば、トルエン、メチルエチルケトン、ヘキサン、キシレン、酢酸エチルなどが挙げられ、また、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
(1)柔軟性の評価(5%伸長時荷重の測定)
基材の一方の表面に厚さ50μmのアクリル系粘着剤層を形成して粘着テープを作製した。この粘着テープを、幅10mm×長さ160mmに切断し、引張速度200mm/min、チャック間距離100mm、23℃で引張試験を実施し、応力−歪み曲線を求めた。粘着シートの5%伸長時における荷重を求めた。
基材の一方の表面に厚さ50μmのアクリル系粘着剤層を形成して粘着シートを作製した。この粘着シートを、幅10mm×長さ160mmに切断し、引張速度200mm/min、チャック間距離100mm、23℃で、チャック間距離が110mmになるまで引っ張り続けて10%伸ばした状態で停止した。その停止から600秒経過した後の負荷(残留応力)を測定し、下記算出式を用いて応力緩和率を求めた。
基材を、幅80mm×長さ100mmのサイズに切断し、この基材を支持体に貼り付け、この支持体を両面粘着テープ等で標準試験板(JISG3141:日本テストパネル株式会社製)の上に貼着し、基材の上に滑り片を載せ、JISK7125に準じて最表面層(ex. 表面保護層)の静摩擦係数を測定した。なお、滑り片の接触面積は63mm×63mm、滑り片の全質量を200g(1.96N)とし、滑り片の基材表面との接触面にはスキージークロスを貼り付け、滑り速度100mm/minの条件で滑り片を引っ張って測定を行った。静摩擦係数は、JISK7125に準ずる下記算出式を用いて求めた。なお、基材の基材層面に厚さ50μmのアクリル系粘着剤層を形成し、粘着シートとして支持体に貼り付けてもよい。

基材の基材層面に厚さ50μmのアクリル系粘着剤層を形成して粘着シートを作製した。この粘着シートをアクリル焼付白色塗板(日本テストパネル(株)製、標準試験板)にローラーを用いて貼り付けた後、多角度分光測色計(MA68II、エックスライト(株)製)を用いて、初期のL*値(受光角度15度、25度、45度、75度、110度の平均値)を測定した。

基材の基材層面に厚さ50μmのアクリル系粘着剤層を形成して粘着シートを作製した。この粘着シートを、鋼板に酸エポキシ架橋型アクリル系塗料(関西ペイント株式会社製、商品名「KINO1210TW」)を塗装してなる塗膜に、商品名「FILM−ON」(CP Films inc.社製)を0.4重量部と水を99.6重量部の割合で混合してなる溶液を施工液とし、スキージを用いて貼り付けた後、マイクロトリグロス計(BYKガードナー社製)を用いてグロス値(測定角度20度)を測定した。
(製造例1:樹脂組成物b1の調整)
アクリル系樹脂の酢酸エチルによる43%濃度溶液((株)日本触媒製、商品名「ハルスハイブリッドUV−G301」、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの水酸基価45(KOHmg/g))を100部と、イソシアネート系架橋剤(旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製、商品名「デュラネートTSE−100」)を28.07部と、希釈溶媒として酢酸エチルを108.8部添加して、表面保護層用の樹脂組成物b1を調整した。
アクリル系樹脂の酢酸ブチルによる70%濃度溶液(Nuplex Resins GmbH製、商品名「SETALUX D A 870BA」、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの水酸基価99(KOHmg/g))を100部と、イソシアネート系架橋剤(住化バイエルウレタン(株)製、商品名「スミジュールN3300」)を34.00部と、希釈溶媒として、酢酸エチルとキシレンの混合溶剤(酢酸エチル/キシレン=1/1 wt%)を51.31部添加して、表面保護層用の樹脂組成物b2を調整した。
フルオロエチレン/ビニルエーテル交互共重合体のキシレン及びトルエンによる50%濃度溶液(旭硝子(株)製、商品名「ルミフロンLF600」)を100部と、イソシアネート系架橋剤(日本ポリウレタン(株)製、商品名「コロネートHX」)を9.51部と、希釈溶媒として酢酸エチルを76.46部とを添加して、表面保護層用の樹脂組成物b3を調整した。
水系ウレタン樹脂(第一工業製薬(株)製、カーボネート系ポリウレタンエマルジョン、商品名「F−2954D−5」)を、74.72部、水系ウレタン樹脂(第一工業製薬(株)製、カーボネート系ポリウレタンエマルジョン、商品名「スーパーフレックス460」)を25.28部、オキサゾリン系架橋剤((株)日本触媒製、商品名「エポクロスWS−700」)を6.17部、レベリング剤として、ポリエーテル系変性シロキサン(ビックケミー−ジャパン(株)製、商品名「BUK−349」)を0.10部とパーフルオロアルケニルオキシベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム((株)ネオス製、商品名「フタージェント100」(10%希釈溶媒))を1.00部、増粘剤として「レオレート216」(エレメンティスジャパン(株)製を1.00部、水分散型光安定剤として「UC−606」((株)ADEKA製)を0.80部、および、水分散型ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤として「UC−3140」((株)ADEKA製)を0.20部の割合で混合した。次いで、ディスパーを用いて回転速度2,000rpmで10分間攪拌した後、脱泡装置(2,000rpm、10min)を用いて脱泡し、表面保護層の樹脂組成物b4を調整した。
基材層(A層)として、厚さ240μm、ショア硬度95Aの無黄変カプロラクトンエステル系熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム(a1)を使用した。このフィルム(a1)の上に、樹脂組成物b1を硬化後の厚みが10μmとなるように塗布し、温度120℃で2分間、乾燥および硬化させて基材層(A層)の上に表面保護層(B層)を形成し、基材を作製した。
得られた基材について、5%伸長時荷重の測定、応力緩和率の測定、静摩擦係数の測定、防汚性の評価、および、グロス値の測定を行った。その結果を表1に記載した。
表面保護層(B層)の形成において、樹脂組成物b1の替わりに樹脂組成物b2を使用し、温度120℃で3分間、乾燥および硬化させて表面保護層(B層)を形成した以外は実施例1と同様にして、基材を作製した。
得られた基材について、5%伸長時荷重の測定、応力緩和率の測定、静摩擦係数の測定、防汚性の評価、および、グロス値の測定を行った。その結果を表1に記載した。

得られた基材について、5%伸長時荷重の測定、応力緩和率の測定、静摩擦係数の測定、防汚性の評価、および、グロス値の測定を行った。その結果を表1に記載した。
基材層(A層)として、厚さ40μm、ショア硬度95Aの無黄変カプロラクトンエステル系熱可塑性ポリウレタン(a3)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、基材層の上に表面保護層を有する基材を作製した。
得られた基材について、5%伸長時荷重の測定、応力緩和率の測定、静摩擦係数の測定、防汚性の評価、および、グロス値の測定を行った。その結果を表1に記載した。

表1に示すように、表面保護層を設けずに基材を作製した。すなわち、基材として、基材層a1、基材層a2、基材層a3、および、基材層a4を、比較例1〜4のそれぞれの基材とした。
得られた基材について、5%伸長時荷重の測定、応力緩和率の測定、静摩擦係数の測定、防汚性の評価、および、グロス値の測定の評価を行った。その結果を表1に記載した。
《粘着剤層の作製》
モノマー成分として、イソノニルアクリレート90部およびアクリル酸10部を混合した混合物に、光重合開始剤として、商品名「イルガキュア 651」(チバ・スペシャリティ・ケミカルズ社製)を0.05部と、商品名「イルガキュア 184」(チバ・スペシャリティ・ケミカルズ社製)を0.05部とを配合した後、粘度が約25Pa・s(BH粘度計No.5ローター、10rpm、測定温度30℃)になるまで紫外線を照射して、一部が重合したアクリル組成物(UVシロップ)を作製した。
セパレータを除去し、得られた基材の表面保護層側の面とは反対側の面(すなわち基材層面)に、粘着剤層が重なるように貼り合わせて粘着シート(仮支持体1/表面保護層/基材層/粘着剤層/仮支持体2の層構成)を作製した。
2 相手材
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも、基材と粘着剤層とを有する粘着シートであって、前記基材の静摩擦係数が0.05以上、1.50以下であり、また、該基材のΔL*値の絶対値が、0.01以上、45.00以下であることを特徴とする粘着シート。
- 前記基材の5%伸長時の荷重が1N/cm以上、15N/cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材を10%まで伸長させ、その状態で伸張を停止してから600秒経過後の応力緩和率が40%以上、100%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘着シート。
- 該基材が表面保護層および基材層を有し、該表面保護層は前記粘着シートの最表面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材は、測定角度20度におけるグロス値が70以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材層が、少なくともウレタン系ポリマーを含有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材層を構成する前記ウレタン系ポリマーが、エステル系熱可塑性ポリウレタンまたはエーテル系熱可塑性ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材層のショア硬度が80A以上、65D以下であることを特徴とする請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記表面保護層が、アクリル系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂、またはウレタン系ポリマーを主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項4から8のいずれか1項に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂は、水酸基価20〜120(KOHmg/g)の(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーを含有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記粘着シートが、被着体の表面を保護するための保護シートとして使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の粘着シート。
