参考图1,退卷机构8包括固定连接在机架1的固定块84,固定块84靠近机架1的一端上转动连接有第一退卷辊81,第一退卷辊81的轴线与第一导向辊11的轴线平行;固定块84上固定连接有与第一退卷辊81连接的第三电机83;固定块84远离机架1的一端沿其竖直方向上开设有通孔,通孔内滑移连接有调整块,调整块上转动连接有第二退卷辊82,第二退卷辊82的轴线与第一退卷辊81的轴线重合;固定块84远离机架1的一端上固定连接有与调整块连接的气缸85。
本实施例的实施原理为:启动第二电机73,第二电机73的输出轴带动第一齿轮71 转动,与第一齿轮71啮合的第二齿轮72就会转动,第二齿轮72转动就会带动转动轴74转动,转动轴74带动限定板61转动,限定板61带动导向板62转动,使限定板61与机架1垂直。
启动气缸85,气缸85的活塞杆带动调整块移动,使第一退卷辊81与第二退卷辊82之间的距离变大,然后关闭气缸85。
将布卷放置在框架14内,然后操作人员手握把手16,朝机架1的方向运动,然后将卷扬机17连接绳上的挂钩与框架14上的挂环钩在一起,然后启动卷扬机17上的电机,使连接绳带动框架14沿着两个导向板62进入到两个限定板61内,当框架14抵触机架1的时候关闭卷扬机17上的电机。
将框架14内的布先拉出卷绕在第一导向辊11上,接着绕过第二导向辊12,再绕过第一张紧辊21,接着绕过第二张紧辊22,最后穿过第一退卷辊81和第二退卷辊82之间。
启动气缸85,气缸85的活塞杆带动调整块移动,使第一退卷辊81与第二退卷辊82之间的距离变小,第一退卷辊81与第二退卷辊82均抵触布,然后关闭气缸85。
启动第三电机83,第三电机83的带动第一退卷辊81转动,布就会实现退卷。
转动转盘34,转盘34带动调节杆31转动,调节杆31带动蜗杆32转动,与蜗杆32啮合的蜗轮33就会转动,蜗轮33带动连接轴24转动,连接轴24带动调节架23转动,调节架23上的第一张紧辊21和第二张紧辊22的位置就会发生变化。启动第一电机51,第一电机51的输出轴带动双向螺杆52转动,双向螺杆52带动两个夹持块42做相向运动,使两个夹持块42夹紧连接轴24。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本实用新型的保护范围,故:凡依本实用新型的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种退卷机,包括机架(1),所述机架(1)上设置有退卷机构(8);所述机架(1)上设置有框架(14);其特征在于,所述机架(1)上设置有张紧机构(2),所述张紧机构(2)包括转动连接在所述机架(1)上的连接轴(24),所述连接轴(24)上设置有调节架(23),所述调节架(23)上沿布的传动方向上依次转动连接有第一张紧辊(21)和第二张紧辊(22);所述机架(1)上与所述连接轴(24)连接的驱动组件(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(3)包括键连接在所述连接轴(24)上的蜗轮(33);所述机架(1)上设置有调节块(35),所述调节块(35)上转动连接有调节杆(31),所述调节杆(31)上设置有与所述蜗轮(33)啮合的蜗杆(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上设置有固定机构(4),所述固定机构(4)包括设置在所述机架(1)上的连接块(41),所述连接块(41)开设有滑孔,所述滑孔内滑移连接有两个夹持块(42),两个所述夹持块(42)抵触所述连接轴(24);所述连接块(41)上设置有第一调节组件(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,所述第一调节组件(5)包括转动连接在所述滑孔内的双向螺杆(52),所述双向螺杆(52)穿过两个所述夹持块(42),两个所述夹持块(42)分别与所述双向螺杆(52)的两端螺纹连接;所述连接块(41)上设置有与所述双向螺杆(52)连接的第一电机(51)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,两个所述夹持块(42)上均设置有防滑纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,所述框架(14)下端设置有滚轮(15);所述框架(14)上设置有把手(16);所述机架(1)上设置有卷扬机(17),所述卷扬机(17)上的连接绳上设置有挂钩;所述框架(14)上设置有与所述挂钩连接的挂环。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,所述机架(1)的两个侧壁上均设置有限定板(61),所述限定板(61)上设置有导向板(62),两个所述导向板(62)朝相互远离的方向倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种退卷机,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上设置有与所述限定板(61)连接的第二调节组件(7),所述第二调节组件(7)包括设置在所述机架(1)上的第二电机(73),所述第二电机(73)的输出轴上键连接有第一齿轮(71);所述机架(1)上设置转动连接有转动轴(74),所述限定板(61)设置在所述转动轴(74)上,所述转动轴(74)上键连接有与所述第一齿轮(71)啮合的第二齿轮(72)。
