Abstract

본 발명에 따른 액상 제품 제조 시스템은, 투입된 재료를 가공하는 전처리 모듈; 상기 전처리 모듈에서 상기 투입된 재료가 포함하는 생물을 가공함으로써 얻어지는 착즙액을 농축하여 농축액을 생성하는 증발 모듈; 상기 전처리 모듈에서 상기 생물을 가공함으로써 더 얻어지는 슬러리로부터 향 물질을 추출하는 추출 모듈; 및 상기 농축액과 상기 향 물질을 배합하여 액상 제품을 생성하는 제품화 모듈을 포함한다.
