Abstract

Un método para obtener un extracto que comprende ácidos hidroxicinámicos, caracterizado porque el método utiliza como materia prima uno o más residuos vegetales de la elaboración de productos alimentarios vegetales, y comprende: a) seleccionar al menos un residuo de al menos una especial vegetal, b) extraer los ácidos hidroxicinámicos presentes en el residuo, c) separar la fase líquida principal que comprende los compuestos extraídos de los sólidos, d) clarificar la fase líquida obtenida en la etapa c), y e) concentrar la fase líquida clarificada. Así como el extracto obtenido por dicho método de obtención, y las formulaciones que comprenden este extracto.
