Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un producto alimenticio o de bebida aromatizado, en donde una fracción de aroma se obtiene a partir de un extracto vegetal, dicha fracción de aroma se pone en contacto con una resina para eliminar los compuestos de aroma no deseados, y la fracción de aroma de la que se eliminan los compuestos no deseados se combina con una composición de producto alimenticio o de bebida para producir un producto alimenticio o de bebida aromatizado.
