Claims (19)
- 投入された材料を加工する前処理モジュール、
前記前処理モジュールで前記投入された材料が含む生物を加工することにより得られる搾汁液を濃縮して濃縮液を生成する蒸発モジュール、
前記前処理モジュールで前記生物を加工することによりさらに得られるスラリーから香り物質を抽出する抽出モジュール、及び、
前記濃縮液と前記香り物質を配合して液状製品を生成する製品化モジュールを含む、液状製品の製造システム。 - 前記蒸発モジュールは、
前記搾汁液を加熱して薄膜を形成する方式で濃縮して中間濃縮液を形成する薄膜濃縮器、及び、
前記薄膜濃縮器で濃縮された中間濃縮液を複数の板の間に通過させて熱交換する方式でさらに濃縮して濃縮液を生成するプレート濃縮器を含む、請求項1に記載の液状製品の製造システム。 - 前記蒸発モジュールを制御するプロセッサをさらに含み、
前記蒸発モジュールは、循環タンクと、前記循環タンクに貯蔵される濃縮液の濃度を獲得する循環濃度判別部をさらに含み、
前記プロセッサは、
前記プレート濃縮器の生成した濃縮液が前記循環タンクに伝達されるように制御し、
前記循環濃度判別部の獲得した濃度が所定の循環濃度未満であるとき、前記循環タンクに貯蔵された濃縮液が前記プレート濃縮器に再循環されるように制御し、
前記循環濃度判別部の獲得した濃度が所定の循環濃度以上であるとき、前記循環タンクに貯蔵された濃縮液が前記製品化モジュールに伝達されるように制御する、請求項2に記載の液状製品の製造システム。 - 前記蒸発モジュールを制御するプロセッサをさらに含み、

複数の流路を形成する前記複数の板、
前記中間濃縮液又は前記濃縮液が前記複数の流路のうち一部である濃縮液流路を通過するように、前記複数の板で前記中間濃縮液又は前記濃縮液を案内する板入口部、
前記濃縮液流路を通過する前記中間濃縮液又は前記濃縮液に熱を伝達するように、前記複数の流路のうち他の一部である熱媒体流路に高温の熱媒体を伝達する熱媒体入口部、及び、
前記濃縮液流路を通過して蒸発が起こることによりさらに濃縮された前記濃縮液を排出する板出口部を含む、請求項2に記載の液状製品の製造システム。 - 前記蒸発モジュールは、生産された前記濃縮液を貯蔵し、選択的に前記製品化モジュールに伝達する補助タンクをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の液状製品の製造システム。
- 前記抽出モジュールは、抽出された複数の前記香り物質を分子量別に分離する分子量別分離ユニットと、分子量別に分離された前記香り物質を分離して貯蔵する複数の香り貯蔵タンクと、前記複数の香り貯蔵タンクに貯蔵されたそれぞれの前記香り物質を選択的に前記製品化モジュールに伝達するスイッチングユニットを備える香り選択部とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の液状製品の製造システム。

前記配合器により配合された前段階製品に熱を加えて殺菌する殺菌器をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の液状製品製造システム。 - 前記前処理モジュールは、前記生物と、前記投入された材料がさらに含む乾物とを分離してさらに加工し、
前記抽出モジュールは、前記乾物を加工することにより得られる固形物ペーストから前記香り物質をさらに抽出する、請求項1に記載の液状製品製造システム。 - 生物から得られた搾汁液を液状製品の生産のための濃縮液に濃縮する蒸発モジュールであって、
前記搾汁液を加熱して薄膜を形成する方式で濃縮して中間濃縮液を形成する薄膜濃縮器、及び、
前記薄膜濃縮器で濃縮された中間濃縮液を複数の板の間に通過させて熱交換する方式でさらに濃縮して前記濃縮液を生成するプレート濃縮器を含む、蒸発モジュール。
