- the seat back support bracket has a fixing plate that is in contact with the luggage compartment floor of the rear floor panel, and a hinge plate is erected at the outer end of the fixing plate in the vehicle width direction.
- the hinge plate is provided with a support hole for mounting and supporting the seat back, and a connecting plate for connecting and fixing to the belt anchor mounting portion is provided at the front portion of the fixing plate.
- a seat fixing portion for fixing the seat (seat back) and an anchor fixing portion for fixing the seat belt anchor are provided on the seat back support bracket which is overlapped and fixed on the upper surface of the floor panel. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion are provided on separate members.
- the load input to the seat fixing part and the anchor fixing part is concentrated on the peripheral part of the seat back support bracket in the floor panel, so the floor panel may be significantly deformed.
- An object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle floor structure capable of suppressing deformation of a floor panel due to load input to a seat fixing portion or an anchor fixing portion while suppressing an increase in the number of parts.
- the first aspect of the present disclosure is a vehicle floor structure for mounting a seat-side mounting portion provided on the seat side and an anchor-side mounting portion provided on the seatbelt anchor side in a vehicle interior, respectively, with a floor panel. It is equipped with a floor underframe and reinforcement.
- the floor panel has a seat-mounted portion in which the seat-side mounting portion overlaps from the vehicle interior side and an anchor-mounted portion in which the anchor-side mounting portion overlaps from the vehicle interior side, and forms the floor of the vehicle interior.
- the floor under frame is fixed to the back surface of the floor panel as a skeleton of the floor panel.
- the reinforcement has a seat fixing portion that overlaps the seat mounting portion from the anti-vehicle compartment side and an anchor fixing portion that overlaps the anchor mounting portion from the anti-vehicle compartment side, and is fixed to the back surface of the floor panel.
- the seat side mounting portion and the anchor side mounting portion are fixed to the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion, respectively.
- the reinforcement is combined with the floor underframe.
- the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion are provided in one reinforcement, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion are provided in separate members.
- the reinforcement is fixed to the floor panel and connected to the floor under frame, the load input from the seat or seat belt to the seat fixing part or anchor fixing part of the reinforcement is applied to the floor panel in the event of a vehicle collision or the like. And the floor underframe work in a distributed manner. Therefore, it is possible to relax the concentration of the load on the peripheral portion of the floor panel of the reinforcement, and it is possible to suppress the deformation of the floor panel due to the load input to the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion.
- the second aspect of the present disclosure is the floor structure of the first aspect, in which the seat-mounted portion and the anchor-mounted portion are separated from each other in the seat width direction so that the positions in the front-rear direction of the seat are substantially equal to each other. Be placed.
- the floor underframe extends in the front-rear direction of the seat on one side of the seat-mounted portion and the anchor-mounted portion in the seat width direction.
- the reinforcement extends from the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion to one side in the seat width direction and is connected to the floor under frame.
- the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion can be arranged so that the positions in the seat front-rear direction are substantially equal, the width of the reinforcement in the seat front-rear direction can be set short, and the reinforcement can be set short. Miniaturization is possible.
- the floor structure of the present disclosure it is possible to suppress the deformation of the floor panel due to the load input to the seat fixing portion and the anchor fixing portion while suppressing the increase in the number of parts.
