一种显示基板以及显示装置。显示基板包括衬底基板(1)、位于衬底基板(1)上的子像素(10)、数据线(420)、平坦层(6)以及层间绝缘层(2,3,4)。子像素(10)包括发光元件(11)以及像素电路(12),发光元件(11)包括第二电极(112,122,220,320),第二电极(112,122,220,320)包括主体电极(1121,1221,221,321)。子像素(10)包括第三颜色子像素(300)和第二颜色子像素(200)。数据线(420)沿第一方向延伸,且第三颜色子像素(300)和第二颜色子像素(200)的主体电极(321,221)与两条数据线(420)交叠。子像素(10)包括第二连接部(520),第三颜色子像素(300)中,连接电极(322)通过贯穿平坦层(6)的第二过孔(3012)与第二连接部(520)连接,第二连接部(520)通过贯穿层间绝缘层(2,3,4)的第二连接孔(3022)与像素电路(12)电连接,第二过孔(3012)和第二连接孔(3022)均与主体电极(321)没有交叠,且第二过孔(3012)与第二连接孔(3022)在沿第一方向延伸的第一直线上的正投影有交叠,以保证各第二电极(112,122,220,320)的平坦性,有效改善色偏。
