次に、本実施の形態の変形例について、図5を参照して説明する。図5は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例にかかるプローブユニットの要部の構成を示す部分断面図である。上述した実施の形態では、第2プランジャ22と当接する段付き形状のホルダ孔34が形成されるものとして説明したが、回路基板200が組み付けられるなど、第2プランジャ22が抜け落ちない構成であれば、第2プランジャ22側の孔に段部を設けなくてもよい。この場合、樹脂、マシナブルセラミック、シリコンなどの絶縁性材料を用いて形成される一枚のプローブホルダ3Aによって構成される。

Claims (3)
- 長手方向の両端で電極とそれぞれ接触して信号を伝送するコンタクトプローブであって、
前記長手方向の一端側で第1の電極に接触する第1プランジャと、
前記長手方向の他端側で前記第1の電極とは異なる第2の電極に接触する第2プランジャと、
一端で前記第1プランジャと接続するとともに、他端で前記第2プランジャと接続するコイルばねと、
前記コイルばねの内部に設けられるパイプ体と、
を備え、
前記第1プランジャは、前記第1の電極と接触する側と反対側に設けられ、前記パイプ体の内周に対して摺動する第1の摺動部を有し、
前記第2プランジャは、前記第2の電極と接触する側と反対側に設けられ、前記パイプ体の内周に対して摺動する第2の摺動部を有し、
前記コイルばねは、
当該コイルばねの一端に設けられ、前記第1プランジャに取り付けられる密着巻きの第1取付部と、
当該コイルばねの他端に設けられ、前記第2プランジャに取り付けられる密着巻きの第2取付部と、
予め設定されたピッチで巻回される粗巻き部と、
一端が前記第1取付部に連なるとともに、他端が前記粗巻き部に連なり、前記パイプ体に接触する第1接触部と、
一端が前記粗巻き部に連なるとともに、他端が前記第2取付部に連なり、前記パイプ体に接触する第2接触部と、
を有することを特徴とするコンタクトプローブ。 - 前記第1の摺動部および前記第2の摺動部は、当該コンタクトプローブに重力以外の荷重が加わっていない自然状態において、当該コンタクトプローブの軸線方向における前記パイプ体の位置によらず、該パイプ体の内部に位置している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンタクトプローブ。 - 請求項1に記載のコンタクトプローブを経由して前記第2の電極から前記第1の電極に信号を伝送する信号伝送方法であって、
前記第2の電極から前記第2プランジャに入力された前記信号が、前記第2取付部、前記第2接触部、前記パイプ体、前記第1接触部、前記第1取付部を経て前記第1の電極に到達する第1経路、および、前記第2の摺動部、前記パイプ体、前記第1の摺動部を経て前記第1の電極に到達する第2経路のうちの少なくとも一方を経由して前記第1の電極に伝送される
ことを特徴とする信号伝送方法。
