Abstract
본 발명은 불순물이 제거된 소금의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 소금에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 불순물이 제거된 소금의 제조방법은 내열 강화유리 용기에 소금을 투입한 후 1,350 내지 1,420℃의 온도로 가열한 후, 냉각 및 분쇄의 과정을 포함하여 제조된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 고온에서 견딜 수 있는 내화 유리 용기를 이용하여 소금을 가열하여 용융한 후 냉각시킴으로써, 소금 내에 잔류하는 불순물 및 유해성분을 제거하여 건강에 유익한 소금을 제조할 수 있다.
