Abstract
Description
図1は、一実施形態に係るパワーシートスイッチ100の外観斜視図である。図1に示すパワーシートスイッチ100は、請求項記載の「装置」および「操作装置」の一例であり、車両のパワーシートを操作するための装置である。例えば、パワーシートスイッチ100は、車内における所定の位置(例えば、運転席側のドアの車内側)に設置される。
図2は、一実施形態に係るパワーシートスイッチ100の分解斜視図である。図2に示すように、パワーシートスイッチ100は、上方から順に、操作パネルユニット120A、操作パネルユニット120B、筐体110、および基板ユニット130を備えて構成されている。
図3は、一実施形態に係るパワーシートスイッチ100が備える基板131の構成を示す図である。図3に示すように、基板131は、複数の電子部品が実装される平板状の部材である。例えば、基板131には、ガラスエポキシ等の絶縁性素材からなるPWB(Printed Wiring Board)が用いられる。基板131の表面には、複数のLED133、複数のLED134、複数のスイッチ135、および複数のスイッチ136が実装される。なお、図3では、基板131の表面上におけるLED133,134およびスイッチ135,136の配置をわかり易くするために、基板131の表面上に実装される一部の部品の図示を省略している。
以下、パワーシートスイッチ100の光漏れ抑制構造について説明する。図4は、一実施形態に係るパワーシートスイッチ100におけるベゼル126の取り付け構造を示す一部拡大図である。
図7は、一実施形態に係るパワーシートスイッチ100が備えるラバーシート132の表面構成を示す図である。図7では、ラバーシート132の上面の構成が示されている。

Claims (9)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられた基板と、
前記基板の一方の側に実装された発光体と、
前記基板の一方の側と前記発光体とを覆って、前記発光体からの光を導光する弾性シートと
を備え、
前記筐体には、前記基板の一方の側に対応して貫通孔が形成されており、
前記弾性シートは、
前記貫通孔に対応する部分の表面に、その内部を通る光を全反射させるための鏡面部を有する
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記鏡面部は、前記弾性シートの一方の側の表面、および、他方の側の表面に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記弾性シートは、
前記鏡面部を除いた部分に設けられ、且つ、前記鏡面部よりも反射率の小さい粗面部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記弾性シートは、
前記発光体を覆う部分には、前記発光体からの光を、前記弾性シートの他方の側から一方の側へ低損失で透過させるための光透過部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記筐体は、
前記貫通孔の周囲を取り囲み、且つ、前記基板の一方の側へ向けて延在する筒部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記弾性シートは、
前記鏡面部と前記発光体を覆う部分との間に一方に向けて立設された壁部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記筐体に設けられた係合爪と係合することにより、前記筐体の一方の側に取り付けられる取り付け部材をさらに備え、
前記係合爪は、前記貫通孔に対応して、前記貫通孔の一方の側に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記弾性シートには、前記鏡面部と前記発光体を覆う部分との間に、前記粗面部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 車両のパワーシートを操作するための操作装置であって、
筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられた基板と、
前記基板の一方の側に実装された発光体と、
前記基板の一方の側と前記発光体とを覆って、前記発光体からの光を導光する弾性シートと
を備え、
前記筐体には、前記基板の一方の側に対応して貫通孔が形成されており、
前記弾性シートは、
前記貫通孔に対応する部分の表面に、その内部を通る光を全反射させるための鏡面部を有する
ことを特徴とする操作装置。
