Claims (8)
- 스마트폰(1)이 뉘어지도록 수용되는 공간이 구비된 케이스본체(2)의 배면에 부착되고, 원판으로 된 부착원판(10);상기 부착원판(10)의 외주연에 탈부착되도록 결합되어 회전가능한 부착원판결합부(21)와, 상기 부착원판결합부(21)로부터 상기 케이스본체(2)의 외측방향으로 연장되는 연장부(22)로 이루어지는 케이스본체 지지부(20);상기 케이스본체 지지부(20)와 접하거나 상기 케이스본체 지지부(20)로부터 이격가능하게 접철되도록 상기 케이스본체 지지부(20)의 상기 연장부(22) 단부에 일측단부가 힌지결합되며, 상기 케이스본체 지지부(20)를 지지하는 판상으로 된 접철부(30);상기 접철부(30)의 타측 단부에 위치하고, 상기 접철부(30)의 길이방향으로 연장형성되어 상기 접철부(30)를 지지하는 판상으로 되며, 후방면이 바닥에 지지된 상태에서는 거치대의 역할을 수행하고, 스마트폰(1)의 셀프 카메라 촬영시에는 손잡이 역할을 수행하도록 하는 접철부 지지부(40);상기 접철부(30)의 타측 단부와 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 일측단부 양쪽을 각각 연결하되, 상기 접철부(30)의 타측단부가 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 일측단부가 접하도록 하여 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 지지를 보조하거나, 상기 접철부(30)로부터 상기 접철부 지지부(40)를 이격시켜 상기 접철부(30) 및 상기 접철부 지지부(40)와 함께 셀카봉의 역할을 수행하도록 하는 제 1 신축봉(51) 및 제 2 신축봉(52);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 거치대겸 셀카봉.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부착원판(10)의 외주연에는 상기 부착원판결합부(21)가 결합된 상태에서 상기 부착원판결합부(21)가 상기 부착원판(10)의 두께방향으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 걸림턱(11)이 형성되며,상기 부착원판결합부(21)는 상기 부착원판(10)이 삽입되어 결합될 수 있도록 일측에 개구부(21a)가 형성된 C자형을 이루며,상기 연장부(22)는 상기 부착원판결합부(21)와 인접하는 부위에 상기 부착원판(10)과 상기 부착원판결합부(21)의 결합시 상기 부착원판결합부(21)의 상기 개구부(21a)가 벌어질 수 있도록 복수개의 절개부(22a)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치대겸 셀카봉.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 중앙부위에 수용 구비되고, 상기 접철부 지지부(40)에 수용되거나 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 후방으로 회동가능하게 접철되도록 상기 접철부(30)와 근접하는 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 상부부위에 힌지결합되며, 상기 접철부 지지부(40)가 상기 접철부(30)로부터 전방으로 기울어지게 회동된 상태에서 상기 접철부 지지부(40)와 "∧"자형태로 이루도록 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 후방으로 회동되어 상기 접철부 지지부(40) 후방을 지지하도록 하여 상기 접철부 지지부(40)와 함께 상기 케이스본체 지지부(20)를 지지함으로써 상기 케이스본체 지지부(20)의 부착원판결합부(21)에 결합된 부착원판(10)에 부착된 상기 케이스본체(2)에 수용된 스마트폰(1)을 지지하도록 하고, 접어진 상태에서는 상기 접철부 지지부(40)와 거치대 및 손잡이 역할을 수행하는 접철부 지지부용 후방지지부(60);가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치대겸 셀카봉.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 접철부 지지부용 후방지지부(60)는,상부가 상기 접철부 지지부(40)의 상부부위와 힌지결합되며, 하부부위에 삽입부(61a)가 구비된 상부 후방지지부(61)와,상기 상부 후방지지부(61)의 하부에 구비되고, 양쪽에 상기 상부 후방지지부(61)의 삽입부(61a)가 삽입결합되며 상기 삽입부(61a)의 인입 및 인출이 가능하도록 하는 한쌍의 삽입부 결합가이드(62a)가 구비된 하부 후방지지부(62)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 거치대겸 셀카봉.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하부 후방지지부(62)는 상기 한쌍의 삽입부 결합가이드(62a) 내측에 상기 삽입부(61a)의 인입출 방향으로 다수개의 걸림홈(62b)이 이격형성되고,상기 상부 후방지지부(61)의 삽입부(61a)는,하부부위에 상기 걸림홈(62b)에 삽입되어 상기 하부 후방지지부(62)를 상기 상부 후방지지부(61)에 고정되도록 하는 상기 걸림돌기(61b)가 구비되며,
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접철부 지지부(40)에는 상기 스마트폰을 충전하기 위한 보조배터리(70)가 내부에 탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치대겸 셀카봉.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접철부 지지부(40)에는 스마트폰의 촬영을 원격조작하기 위한 리모트콘트롤러(2)가 탈착되는 리모트콘트롤러 탈착홈(64)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치대겸 셀카봉.
