본 명세서에서 사용된 용어는 실시 예들을 설명하기 위한 것이며, 본 발명을 제한하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 본 명세서에서, 단수형은 문구에서 특별히 언급하지 않는 한 복수형도 포함한다. 명세서에서 사용되는 '포함한다(comprises)' 및/또는 '포함하는(comprising)'은 언급된 구성요소는 하나 이상의 다른 구성요소의 존재 또는 추가를 배제하지 않는다.
아래의 특정 실시 예들을 기술하는데 있어서, 여러 가지의 특정적인 내용들은 발명을 더 구체적으로 설명하고 이해를 돕기 위해 작성되었다. 하지만, 본 발명을 이해할 수 있을 정도로 이 분야의 지식을 갖고 있는 독자는 이러한 여러 가지의 특정적인 내용들이 없어도 사용될 수 있다는 것을 인지할 수 있다. 어떤 경우에는, 발명을 기술하는데 있어서 흔히 알려졌으면서 발명과 크게 관련 없는 부분들은 본 발명을 설명하는데 있어 별 이유 없이 혼돈이 오는 것을 막기 위해 기술하지 않음을 미리 언급해 둔다.
이하, 도 1 내지 도 12를 참조하여, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 촬영용 거치기능을 갖는 스마트폰 보호케이스(10)에 대해 설명한다.
본 발명의 보호케이스(10)는 케이스본체(110), 제1고정부(121), 제2고정부(124), 제3고정부(127), 거치부재(130)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 케이스본체(110)는 전방이 개방된 사각통 형상으로 형성되어, 내부에 스마트폰(P)이 끼워져 스마트폰(P)의 전면을 제외한 측면부 및 배면부를 감싸보호할 수 있는 통상의 보호케이스로 이루어질 수 있다.
제1고정부(121), 제2고정부(124) 및 제3고정부(127)는 케이스본체(110)의 배면 상부, 배면 하단부 및 측면부에 각각 형성되어, 거치부재(130)가 케이스본체(10)의 배면 상부, 배면 하단부 또는 측면부에 분리가능하게 장착되도록 하는 구성이다.
본 실시 예에서 제1고정부(121)는 하부가 개방된 "ㄷ"자 형태로 이루어지며 케이스본체(110)의 배면 상부에 형성되며, 제2고정부(124)는 한 쌍으로 구성되어 상기 제1고정부(121)의 폭과 동일한 폭을 갖도록 케이스본체(110)의 배면 하단부에 형성되며, 제3고정부(127)는 삽입홈(127a, 도 12참조)이 형성되며 케이스본체(110)의 측면에 형성되도록 구성된다.
본 발명에서, 제1고정부(121), 제2고정부(124) 및 제3고정부(127)의 각각의 내부 양측에는 각각 제1끼움홈부(123,125,128, 도 4 및 도 12참조)가 형성되도록 구성되며, 추가적으로 제2고정부(124) 및 제3고정부(127)에는 제1끼움홈(125,128)와 근접한 위치에 일렬로 각각 제2끼움홈부(126,129)가 형성되도록 구성된다.
거치부재(130)는 서로 이격되게 나란히 배치되는 한 쌍의 거치바(131)와, 이 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 중간부분을 연결하도록 구성되는 연결바(132)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
한 쌍의 거치바(131) 각각의 상단부 외측면에는 양측으로 제1끼움돌기(133)가 돌출형성되며, 제1끼움돌기(133)와 근접한 위치에 일렬로 제2끼움돌기(135)가 형성되도록 구성된다.
도 2 및 도 4와 같이, 기본적으로 거치부재(130)는 제1끼움돌기(133)가 제1고정부(120)의 제1끼움홈부(123)에 끼워지고 거치부재(130)가 케이스본체(110)의 배면에 밀착되어 보관상태에 위치할 수 있다. 이 경우, 거치부재(130)의 하단부 양측에는 제3끼움돌기(137)가 형성되어 제3끼움돌기(137)가 제2고정부(124)의 제1끼움홈부(125)에 삽입됨으로써, 거치부재(130)의 하단부가 덜컹거리지 않고 안정적으로 케이스본체(110)의 배면에 밀착되어 보관상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다. 한편, 본 발명은 거치부재(130)의 하단부가 제2고정부(124)에 삽입되면서 제3끼움돌기(137)가 제2끼움홈부(124)의 끼움홈부(125)에 스냅결합형태로 삽입결합되는 것으로 거치부재(130)의 하단부를 케이스본체(110)의 배면에 대해 잡아당기면 사용자의 외력에 의해 제3끼움돌기(137)가 끼움홈부(125)에서 분리되도록 구성될 수 있다.
반면, 거치부재(130)는 제1끼움돌기(133)가 제1고정부(120)의 제1끼움홈부(123)에 끼워져 있는 상태에서 소정각도로 회전조작시킴으로써, 거치부재(130)는 도 11의 (a)와 같이, 거치부재(130)에 의해 케이스본체(110)의 하단이 지지면(g)에 대해 밀착된 상태로 경사지게 세워져 미디어시청이 가능한 미디어시청용 거치형태로서 기능할 수 있다.
거치부재(130)는 플라스틱 재질로 이루어져, 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 상단부를 손가락으로 살짝 조여주면, 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 상단부가 가까워지는 형태로 다소 휘어지고, 외력 제거시 자체탄성력에 의해 원상태로 복원되도록 구성될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 한 쌍의 거치바(131)에 외력을 가해, 제1고정부(120)의 제1끼움홈부(123)에서 제1끼움돌기(133)가 이탈되도록 하여 거치부재(130)를 제1고정부(120)에서 분리시킨 다음, 거치부재(130)의 한 쌍의 거치바(131)에 다시 외력을 가해 조여준 후, 제1끼움돌기(133)가 제2고정부(124)의 제1끼움홈부(125)에 끼워지게 하여 거치부재(130)를 제2고정부(124)에 장착할 수 있다. 이때, 거치부재(130)를 제2고정부(124)에 장착할 때, 제2끼움돌기(135)도 제2고정부(124)의 제2끼움홈부(126)에 끼워지도록 함으로써, 거치부재(130)가 제2고정부(124)에 장착된 상태에서는 회전이 가능하지 않고 회전이 제한된 상태가 될 수 있다.
마찬가지로, 한 쌍의 거치바(131)를 두손으로 조여, 제1 및 제2끼움돌기(133,135)를 제2고정부(124)의 제1끼움홈부(125) 및 제2끼움홈부(126)에서 이탈시켜 거치부재(130)를 제2고정부(124)에서 분리시킬 수 있으며, 분리시킨 후, 거치부재(130)를 제3고정부(127)의 삽입홈(127a, 도 12참조)에 삽입하여, 제1 및 제2끼움돌기(133,135)가 제3고정부(127)의 제1끼움홈부(128) 및 제2끼움홈부(129)에 끼워져 거치부재(130)가 제3고정부(127)에 장착될 수 있다. 이처럼, 거치부재(130)가 제3고정부(127)에 장착된 상태에서, 제1 및 제2끼움돌기(133,135)가 제3고정부(127)의 제1끼움홈부(128) 및 제2끼움홈부(129)에 끼워져 있으므로, 제3고정부(127)에 장착된 상태에서 거치부재(130)의 회전이 제한된 상태가 될 수 있다.
본 발명에서, 제1끼움돌기(133)는 거치바(131)의 상단 외측에 일체로 형성되거나 별도로 구성되어 접착제로 결합된 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 이에 반해, 제2끼움돌기(135)는 거치바(131)에 형성된 슬라이딩 홀(136a)을 따라 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되며, 슬라이딩홀(136a)의 내측에 분리 가능하게 결합된 마개(136b)와 제2끼움돌기(135) 사이에 탄성스프링(136c)이 설치되어, 탄성스프링(136c)의 탄성력에 의해 제2끼움돌기(135)가 거치바(131)의 외측으로 돌출되도록 탄성지지되도록 구성됨으로써, 외력에 의해 제2끼움돌기(135)가 눌려지면, 제2끼움돌기(135)가 슬라이딩홀(136a) 내부로 인입되고(도 5의 (b) 참조), 외력이 제거되면 탄성스프링(136c)의 탄성에 의해 제2끼움돌기(135)가 거치바(131)의 외측으로 돌출될 수 있다(도 5의 (a)참조).
도 2 및 도 4와 같이, 제1끼움돌기(133)가 제1고정부(120)의 제1끼움홈부(123)에 끼워지고, 거치부재(130)가 케이스본체(110)의 후면에 밀착되게 보관상태에 있을 경우, 제2끼움돌기(135)는 제1고정부(120)의 내측벽에 의해 눌려져서 슬라이딩홀(136a) 내부로 인입된 상태가 되며, 도 11의 (a)와 같이 거치부재(130)가 제1고정부(120)에 대해 소정각도로 회전조작된 상태에서는 제2끼움돌기(135)는 거치바(131)의 외측으로 돌출된 상태에 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 도 11의 (b) 및 도 11의 (c)와 같이, 거치부재(130)가 제2고정부(124) 또는 제3고정부(127)에 장착된 경우, 거치부재(130)가 직립된 상태를 유지하도록 하기 위하여 거치부재(130)에 베이스부재(140)가 구비될 수 있다.
베이스부재(140)는 플라스틱으로 이루어진 거치부재(130)에 비해 무거워 무게중심이 낮아짐으로써 보다 안정적으로 거치부재(130)를 지면에 대해 직립된 상태로 지지할 수 있도록 철과 같은 무거운 금속재질로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 안정적으로 잡아주는 방식은 위와 같이 베이스부재(140)와 거치부재(130)의 재질을 달리하여 잡아 줄 수도 있으나, 재질은 동일하게 하고 구조적으로 잡아줄 수도 있다. 즉, 베이스부재(140)와 거치부재(130)를 모두 플라스틱재질로 구성하고, 베이스부재(140)를 거치부재(130)에 비해 넓게 또는 두껍게 구성함으로써 베이스부재(140)와 거치부재(130) 간의 힘의 균형을 이룰 수 있게 안정적으로 잡아줄 수 있다.
베이스부재(140)는 사각판형태로 이루어지며, 거치부재(130)의 하부 내측 즉 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 하부 사이에 설치되도록 구성된다.
도 9 및 도 10을 참조하면, 베이스부재(140)의 양측면에는 상하 길이방향의 중간에 축부재(142)가 외측으로 돌출되도록 구비된다. 이 축부재(142)는 플라스틱재질로 이루어질 수 있으며, 내측단부가 베이스부재(140)에 매립된 상태로 고정설치될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 하부 내측면에는 상하 길이방향을 따라 소정길이를 갖는 레일(131a)이 각각 형성되어, 이 각각의 레일(131a)에 축부재(142)가 삽입되어 축부재(142)가 한 쌍의 레일(131a)을 따라 상하 이동가능하게 구성된다. 또한, 레일(131a)의 하단 내측면에는 좌우로 한 쌍의 회전규제홈(131aa, 도 8 참조)이 형성되도록 구성된다.
본 발명은 축부재(142)가 한 쌍의 레일(131a)의 상단부에 위치하는 경우, 도 6과 같이, 베이스부재(140)가 한 쌍의 거치바(131)와 연결바(131)가 이루는 사이공간에 완전히 삽입된 상태가 되며, 이 상태에서 축부재(142)가 한 쌍의 레일(131a)의 하단부로 슬라이딩이동하는 경우, 도 7과 같이, 베이스부재(140)의 하부는 거치부재(131)의 하방으로 돌출되고, 베이스부재(140)의 상부는 한 쌍의 거치바(131) 사이에 삽입된 상태가 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 도 9 및 도 10과 같이, 양측의 축부재(142) 각각에는 상하로 한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)가 구비되도록 구성된다.
한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)는 각 축부재(142)의 외력에 의해 내측으로 인입되거나, 외력제거시 축부재(142)로부터 외측으로 인출되어 돌출되도록 구성될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 각 축부재(142)에는 상하로 한 쌍의 제2슬라이딩홀(145a)이 형성되며, 한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)가 한 쌍의 제2슬라이딩홀(145a)에 대해 이동가능하도록 구성되며, 한 쌍의 제2슬라이딩홀(145a)을 내측단을 막도록 축부재(142)에 결합된 제2마개(146b)와 탄성돌기(144) 사이에는 각각 제2탄성스프링(145c)이 설치되어, 탄성돌기(144)가 제2탄성스프링(145c)에 의해 탄성지지되도록 구성될 수 있다. 따라서, 탄성돌기(144)를 축부재(142)를 향해 누르면, 축부재(142) 내부로 인입되고, 외력을 제거하면, 제2탄성스프링(145c)의 탄성에 의해 축부재(142)의 외부로 돌출될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 각 축부재(142)가 레일(131a)을 따라 슬라이딩 이동될 때는 한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)가 레일(131a)의 내측벽에 의해 눌려 탄성돌기(144)가 제슬라이딩홀(145a)에 인입된 상태를 유지하면서 레일(131a)에 대한 축부재(142)의 이동이 이루어지며, 베이스부재(140)가 하강하여 도 7과 같이 축부재(142)가 레일(131a)의 하단부로 이동된 상태에서, 베이스부재(140)를 90도 회전시키면, 수직배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)가 좌우로 형성되어 있는 한 쌍의 회전규제홈(131aa)과 만나 한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)가 제2탄성스프링(145c)의 탄성에 의해 축부재(142)에서 외측으로 돌출되면서 한 쌍의 회전규제홈(131aa)으로 삽입됨으로써, 베이스부재(140)가 거치부재(130)의 하단에서 직각되게 회전된 상태를 고정할 수 있다.
반면, 탄성돌기(144)의 말단부는 반구형태로 이루어져 있어, 사용자가 도 8과 같이, 한 쌍의 탄성돌기(144)가 한 쌍의 회전규제홈(131aa)에 삽입되어 베이스부재(140)가 거치부재(130)에 대해 직각되어진 상태에서, 도 7과 같이 베이스부재(140)를 거치부재(130)에 대해 원위치로 회전시키려는 외력을 작용하면, 탄성돌기(144)가 다시 레일(131)의 내측벽에 눌리면서 축부재(142)의 내부로 인입된 상태가 될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 도 2와 같이, 거치부재(130)가 제1고정부(120)에 장착되고, 거치부재(130)가 케이스본체(110)의 배면에 밀착되게 접혀져 보관상태가 되게 할 수 있으며, 이러한 보관상태에서 스마트폰(p)이 장착된 본 발명의 보호케이스(10)를 의류주머니나 가방 등에 용이하게 보관할 수 있다.
아울러, 사용자가 스마트폰(p)을 거치한 상태에서 멀티미디어 등의 시청등을 하고자 하는 경우, 거치부재(130)를 도 11의 (a)와 같이, 제1고정부(120)에 대해 소정각도로 회전조작하여, 지지면(g)에 스마트폰(p)이 밀착되고 경사진 상태(미디어시청용 거치형태)로 거치되게 하여 스마트폰을 이용할 수 있다.
한편, 사용자가 스마트폰(p)과 떨어진 상태에서 셀프촬영을 하고자 하는 경우, 거치부재(130)를 제1고정부(120)에서 분리하고, 제2고정부(124)에 도 6과 같이 장착한 후, 도 7과 같이 베이스부(140)를 거치부재(130)에 대해 하부로 이동시킴 다음, 베이스부(140)를 90도 회전시켜 베이스부재(140)가 거치부재(130)를 직각되게 한 후, 테이블 상면 등의 지지면(g)에 올려 놓으면, 도 11의 (b)와 같이, 스마트폰이 장착되어 있는 케이스본체(110)가 세로형태로 지지면(p)에 대해 거치부재(130) 높이만큼 이격된 상태로 거치될 수 있어, 세로배치된 스마트폰(p)을 통해 셀프촬영을 진행할 수 있다(제1촬영용 거치형태). 이러한 제1촬영용 거치형태에서는 셀프촬영 뿐 아니라, 세로배치된 스마트폰(p)을 통해 미디어시청도 가능하며, 사용자가 거치부재(130)의 하부를 파지하여 셀카봉기능으로도 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
아울러, 사용자가 스마트폰(p)을 지지면(g)에 대해 이격된 상태에서, 가로방향으로 거치시켜 촬영을 하고자 하는 경우, 거치부재(130)를 제2고정부(120)에서 분리하고, 도 12와 같이 제3고정부(127)에 장착한 후, 베이스부(140)를 거치부재(130)에 대해 하부로 이동시키고, 베이스부(140)를 90도 회전시켜 지지면(g)에 올려놓으면, 도 11의 (c)와 같이 케이스본체(110)가 가로형태로 지지면(p)에 대해 거치부재(130)의 높이만큼 이격된 상태로 거치될 수 있어, 가로배치된 스마트폰(p)을 통해 셀프촬영을 진행할 수 있다(제2촬영용 거치형태). 이러한 제2촬영용 거치형에서는 셀프촬영뿐 아니라 가로배치된 스마트폰(p)을 통한 미디어시청도 가능하며, 사용자가 거치부재(130)의 하부를 파지하여 셀카봉기능으로도 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
이처럼, 본 발명은 거치부재(130)를 케이스본체(110)의 배면 상부, 케이스본체(110)의 배면 하단부 및 케이스본체(110)의 측면부에 형성된 제1고정부(120), 제2고정부(124) 및 제3고정부(127) 중 하나에 고정장착하여, 미디어시청용 거치형태(도 11의 (a)), 제1촬영용 거치형태(도 11의 (b)), 및 제2촬영용 거치형태(도 11의 (c))로 형태변형하여 사용할 수 있으므로, 미디어시청용 거치기능만을 가지고 있던 기존 보호케이스에 비해 다양한 셀프촬영을 위한 거치기능이 추가되어 사용자의 편리성을 매우 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 도시하지는 않았지만, 본 발명에서 한 쌍의 거치바(131) 각각의 상단부에는 상하방향으로 소정각도 꺾임이 가능한 관절부가 구비되어, 도 11의 (b)나 도 11의 (c)와 같은 제1촬영용 거치형태 또는 제2촬영용 거치형태를 이용한 셀프촬영시, 스마트폰의 상하각도를 조정하여 양질의 촬영이 이루어지도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 도시하지는 않았지만, 제1촬영용 거치형태 또는 제2촬영용 거치형태에서, 스마트폰(p)이 지지면에 대해 이격된 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 한 쌍의 거치바(131) 각각의 상부는 길이조절가능한 다단안테나 형태로 구성되어, 용이한 높이 조절이 가능하도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기에서 본 발명의 제3고정부(127)는 케이스본체(110)의 일측면에만 형성되는 것으로 설명하였으나, 제3고정부(127)는 2개로 구성되어 케이스본체(110)의 양측면에 각각 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 13을 참조하면, 본 발명의 거치부재(130)에는 거울부재(152)가 설치되도록 구성되어, 사용자가 거치부재(130)에 설치된 거울부재(152)를 통해 화장을 고치는 용도 등으로 이용할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 본 발명은 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 상부를 연결하는 연결플레이트(151)가 형성되며, 이 연결프레이트(151)의 배면 일측에 거울부재(152)가 접착제 등의 결합수단에 의해 부착되도록 설치될 수 있다.
또한, 연결플레이트(151)의 배면 상부 및 하부에는 서로 나란히 평행하게 한 쌍의 레일(151)이 형성되고, 이 한 쌍의 레일(151)을 따라 슬라이딩이동되는 거울덮개판(156)이 구성될 수 있다.
이처럼, 거울덮개(156)는 미닫이 도어와 같이 연결프레이트(151)에 대해 좌우로 슬라이딩 이동되도록 구성되어, 거울덮개판(156)은 도 13의 (a)와 같이 레일(151)의 일측으로 이동되어, 거울부재(152)가 외부에 노출되어 거울부재(152)를 사용할 수 있도록 하거나, 거울덮개판(156)은 도 13의 (b)와 같이 레일(151)의 타측으로 이동되어, 거울부재(152)를 덮어 외부에 보이지 않도록 함으로써, 거울부재(152)를 사용하지 않을 때 거울부재(152)를 덮어 보호하도록 구성된다.
이하, 도 14 및 도 15를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제 2 실시 예에 따른 촬영용 거치기능을 갖는 스마트폰 보호케이스에 대해 설명한다.
제 2 실시 예는 제 1 실시 예에 비해, 거치부재(130)의 제1끼움돌기(133) 및 제2끼움돌기(135) 대신에 볼부재(139)가 거치부재(130')의 한 쌍의 거치바(131)의 상단부 각각에 구비된다는 점에서 차이가 있고, 볼부재(139)가 볼조인트 형태로 결합할 수 있도록 볼결합홈부(h)가 형성된 제1고정부(160), 제2고정부(164), 제3고정부(166)의 형태로 이루어진다는 점에서만 차이가 있고 나머지에 대해서는 제 1 실시 예와 동일하다.
사용자는 거치부재(130')의 볼부재(139)를 제1고정부(160)의 볼결합홈부(h)에 압입하여 억지끼움형태로 삽입해 볼조인트 결합이 이루어지게 함으로써, 거치부재(130')가 제1고정부(160)에 장착되게 할 수 있으며, 이때, 거치부재(130')는 제1고정부(130')에 대해 회전조작이 가능할 수 있어, 거치부재(130')를 케이스본체(110)의 후면에 밀착되게 하여 보관상태로 둘 수 있고, 거치부재(130')를 케이스본체(110)에 대해 경사지게 하고 지지면에 대해 케이스본체(110)가 밀착된 상태로 세워 거치시킴으로써 미디어시청용 거치기능으로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 거치부재(130')를 잡아 당겨, 볼부재(139)를 볼결합홈부(h)에서 빼냄으로써, 거치부재(130')를 제1고정부(160)에서 분리시킬 수 있으며, 이렇게 분리시킨 다음, 동일한 방법으로 거치부재(130')를 제2고정부(164)에 볼조인트형태로 결합시킨 후, 제1촬영용 거치형태로서 사용할 수 있으며, 마찬가지로, 거치부재(130')를 제3고정부(166)에 볼조인트형태로 결합시킨 후, 제2촬영용 거치형태로 사용할 수 있다.
도면에 도시하지는 않았지만, 거치부재(130)를 케이스본체(110)의 배면 상부 및 배면 하단부 그리고 측면부에 탈장착하는 구성은, 상기에서 설명한 결합구조에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 슬라이드끼움방식, 도트단추 결합방식, 자석부재를 통한 자력결합방식 등 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 본 발명에서 거치부재(130)는 플라스틱 재질로 이루어지며, 심미적인 면을 고려하여 거치부재(130)의 외표면에 섬유나 가죽 등의 장식시트가 부착되어 커버될 수 있으며, 아울러, 거치부재(130)의 표면에는 진주 등의 자연보석, 큐빅 등의 인조보석, 스팽글(spangle) 등과 같은 악세사리 부자재 등이 부착되어 장식될 수도 있으며, 거치부재(130)는 일반적인 플라스틱 재질이 아니라, 무광타입의 플라스틱으로 이루어져 고급스러움을 연출하도록 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 거치부재(130)는 투명 플라스틱 재질로 이루어질 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 유색플라스틱 재질로 이루어지며, 유색플라스틱 재질인 경우, 다양한 색상으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 특히 금색, 은색 등의 색상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이하, 도 16 내지 도 21을 참조하여, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 촬영용 거치기능을 갖는 스마트폰 보호케이스에 대해 설명한다.
도 16 및 도 17을 참조하면, 본 발명은 케이스본체(110), 레일부(171), 슬라이딩부재(172), 회전부재(173) 및 거치부재(130'')를 포함하도록 구성된다.
케이스본체(10)는 전방이 개방된 사각통 형상으로 형성되어, 내부에 스마트폰(P)이 끼워져 스마트폰(P)의 전면을 제외한 측면부 및 배면부를 감싸보호할 수 있는 통상의 보호케이스로 이루어질 수 있다.
레일부(171)는 케이스본체(110)의 배면에 형성되며, 세로 레일홈(171a)과 가로 레일홈(171b)이 서로 교차되어 "+"자 형태로 형성되도록 구성된다.
슬라이딩부재(172)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 레일부(171)를 따라 슬라이딩 이동되어 위치 조작가능하도록 구성된다. 슬라이딩부재(172)의 전면에는 레일부(171)를 따라 이동되는 가이드부(172a)가 구비되며, 배면에는 회전부재(173)와 볼조인트 타입으로 결합되기 위한 반구형태의 조인트홈(172b)이 형성되도록 구성된다.
회전부재(173)의 전면에는 결합볼(173a)이 형성되도록 구성되어, 이 결합볼(173a)이 조인트홈(172a)에 볼조인트 결합됨으로써, 회전부재(173)는 슬라이딩부재(172)에 대해 자유자재로 회전 및 각도 조절가능하도록 구성된다.
거치부재(130'')는 소정길이를 갖는 바 형태로 이루어지며, 거치부재(130'')의 상단에는 회전부재(173)가 일체로 구성됨으로써, 거치부재(130'')는 슬라이딩부재(172)에 대해 자유자재로 회전 및 각도 조절가능하도록 구성된다.
상기에서 거치부재(130'')는 단순히 바 형태로 이루어지는 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이전 실시 예에서 설명한 거치부재(130)와 같이 베이스부재(140)가 구비되어, 필요에 따라 베이스부재(140)를 거치부재(130)에 대해 직각되게 형태변형시켜, 베이스부재(140)에 의해 거치부재(130)가 직립된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에 따른 스마트폰 보호케이스는 도 16 및 도 17과 같이, 기본적으로 슬라이딩부재(172)를 세로 레일홈(171a)의 상부에 위치시킨 다음, 거치부재(130'')를 케이스본체(110)의 배면 측으로 겹쳐지도록 밀착시켜 보관상태에 위치시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에 따른 스마트폰 보호케이스는 도 18과 같이, 슬라이딩부재(172)를 세로 레일홈(171a)의 상단부에 위치이동시킨 후, 슬라이딩부재(172)에 대해 회전부재(173)가 소정각도가 되도록 각도조정해 줌으로써, 케이스본체(110)의 하단이 지지면에 대해 밀착된 상태로 경사지게 세워져 미디어시청이 가능한 미디어시청용 거치형태로서 기능할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자는 거치부재(130'')를 잡아 이동시켜, 슬라이딩부재(172)가 세로 레일홈(171a)의 하단부로 위치이동시킴으로써, 도 19 및 도 20과 같이, 거치부재(130'')가 케이스본체(110)의 하부로 길게 연장되도록 할 수 있으며, 이러한 상태에서, 사용자가 거치부재(130'')의 하단부를 파지하여 세로배치된 스마트폰을 통해 셀카촬영을 찍을 수 있는 셀카봉형태로 사용할 수 있다. 아울러, 거치부재(130'')의 하단에 베이스부재(140)를 구성하여, 베이스부재(140)를 거치부재(130'')의 말단에 직각되게 회전조작한 후, 베이스부재(140)를 지지면에 지지되게 올려놓으면, 케이스본체(110)가 지지면에 대해 거치부재(130'')의 높이만큼 이격된 상태로 거치되게 함으로써, 세로배치된 스마트폰을 통해 스마트폰과 떨어진 위치에서 셀프촬영을 진행할 수 있다(제1촬영용 거치형태).
한편, 사용자는 거치부재(130'')를 잡아 이동시켜 슬라이딩부재(172)가 가로레일홈(171b)의 말단부로 위치이동되게 하여, 도 21과 같이, 거치부재(130'')가 케이스본체(110)의 하부로 길게 연장되도록 할 수 있으며, 이러한 상태에서, 사용자가 거치부재(130'')의 하단부를 파지하여 가로배치된 스마트폰을 통해 셀카촬영을 찍을 수 있는 셀카봉 형태로 사용할 수 있다. 아울러, 거치부재(130'')의 하단에 베이스부재(140)를 구성하여, 베이스부재(140)가 거치부재(130'')에 직각된 상태에서, 지지면에 지지되게 올려놓으면, 케이스본체(110)가 지지면에 대해 거치부재(130'')의 높이만큼 이격된 상태로 거치되게 함으로써, 가로배치된 스마트폰을 통해 스마트폰과 떨어진 위치해서 셀프촬영을 진행할 수 있다(제2촬영용 거치형태).
이처럼, 본 실시 예에 따른 스마트폰 보호케이스는 이전 실시 예와 같이, 거치부재(130'')를 본체케이스(110)에서 분리하고, 다시 위치이동시켜 본체케이스(110)에 고정장착할 필요 없이 거치부재(130'')가 본체케이스(110)의 배면에 형성된 "+"자 형태의 레일부(171)를 따라 슬라이딩 방식으로 위치이동시키고, 회전시키고 각도 조정가능하도록 구성되어, 보다 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
이상, 본 발명을 본 발명의 원리를 예시하기 위한 바람직할 실시 예와 관련하여 도시하고 또한 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 그와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용으로 한정되는 것이 아니다. 오히려 첨부된 특허청구범위의 사상 및 범주를 일탈함이 없이 본 발명에 대한 다수의 변경 및 수정 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 그러한 모든 적절한 변경 및 수정과 균등물도 본 발명의 범주에 속하는 것으로 간주되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 스마트폰을 감싸 보호하는 보호케이스에 관한 것으로서, 스마트폰 시장에 적용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 스마트폰이 장착되어 스마트폰의 배면부 및 측면부를 감싸 보호하는 케이스본체;
    상기 케이스본체의 배면 상부 또는 상기 베이스본체의 배면 하단부에 분리가능하게 장착되어, 상기 케이스본체에 장착된 상기 스마트폰을 지지면에 대해 밀착되게 세워주는 미디어시청용 거치형태로 거치시키거나, 상기 케이스본체에 장착된 상기 스마트폰을 지지면에 대해 소정높이 이격된 상태로 세로방향으로 세워 셀프촬영이 가능한 제1촬영용 거치형태로 거치시키도록 하는 거치부재;
    상기 케이스본체의 배면 상부에 형성되며, 상기 거치부재가 분리가능하게 결합되어 상기 거치부재가 상기 케이스본체 배면에 밀착되어 보관상태가 되게 하거나, 상기 거치부재에 의해 상기 케이스본체가 소정각도 경사지게 세워지도록 하여 상기 미디어시청용 거치형대로 거치시키게 하는 제1고정부;
    상기 케이스본체의 배면 하단부에 형성되며, 상기 거치부재가 분리가능하게 결합되어, 상기 거치부재에 의해 상기 케이스본체가 지지면에 대해 소정높이로 지지되게 하여, 상기 스마트폰을 지지면으로부터 소정높이에서 세로방향으로 거치해 셀프촬영이 가능한 상기 제1촬영용 거치형태로 거치시키게 하는 제2고정부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스본체의 측면에 형성되며, 상기 거치부재가 분리가능하게 결합되어, 상기 거치부재에 의해 상기 케이스본체가 지지면에 대해 소정높이로 지지되게 하여, 상기 스마트폰을 지지면으로부터 소정높이에서 가로방향으로 거치해 셀프촬영이 가능한 제2촬영용 거치형태로 거치시키게 하는 제3고정부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부재에 회전가능하게 설치되어, 상기 거치부재가 상기 제1촬영용 거치형태가 되도록 상기 제2고정부에 결합되거나 상기 거치부재가 상기 제2촬영용 거치형태가 되도록 상기 제3고정부에 결합된 상태에서, 상기 거치부재가 세워진 상태를 유지하도록 지지면에 대해 상기 거치부재를 지지시키는 베이스부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부재는 소정길이로 이루어지고 소정간격으로 이격되며, 각각의 상단부에 제1끼움돌기 및 제2끼움돌기가 형성된 한 쌍의 거치바와, 상기 한 쌍의 거치바의 길이방향 중간부를 연결하는 연결바;를 포함하도록 구성되며,
    상기 제1고정부, 상기 제2고정부 및 상기 제3고정부 각각에는 상기 제1끼움돌기가 끼워지는 제1끼움홈부가 형성되며,
    상기 제2고정부 및 상기 제3고정부는 상기 제1끼움돌기가 상기 제1끼움홈부에 결합된 상태에서, 상기 제2끼움돌기가 끼워져 상기 거치부재가 상기 제2고정부 및 상기 제3고정부에 대해 회전되는 것을 규제하는 제2끼움홈부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스부재는 상기 한 쌍의 거치바의 하부 사이공간에 배치되며, 상기 한 쌍의 거치바의 하단부로 이동된 상태에서 상기 한 쌍의 거치바에 대해 90도 회전됨으로써, 상기 베이스부재가 지지면에 접촉지지된 상태에서, 상기 거치부재가 베이스부재에 대해 수직상태가 되도록 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 한 쌍의 거치바에는, 소정 각도 꺾임이 가능한 관절부가 구비되어 각도조절가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 스마트폰이 지지면에 대해 이격된 높이를 조절가능하도록 상기 한 쌍의 거치바는 길이조절가능한 다단안테나 형태로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  8. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부재는 소정길이로 이루어지고 소정간격으로 이격되며, 각각의 상단부에 볼조인트 결합을 위한 볼부재가 형성된 한 쌍의 거치바와, 상기 한 쌍의 거치바의 길이방향 중간부를 연결하는 연결바;를 포함하도록 구성되며,
    상기 제1고정부, 상기 제2고정부 및 상기 제3고정부 각각에는 상기 볼부재가 억지끼움형태로 삽입되어 볼조인트타입의 결합이 이루어지도록 하는 볼결합홈부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  9. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스부재는, 상기 거치부재를 안정적으로 잡아주도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
  10. 스마트폰이 장착되어 스마트폰의 배면부 및 측면부를 감싸 보호하는 케이스본체;
    상기 케이스본체의 배면에 "+"자 형태로 형성된 레일부;
    상기 레일부를 따라 슬라이딩 이동되어 위치 조작가능하도록 구성된 슬라이딩부재;
    상기 슬라이딩부재에 볼조인트타입으로 결합되어 상기 슬라이딩부재에 대해 회전 및 각도 조정가능하도록 구성된 회전부재;
    상기 회전부재로부터 소정길이로 연장형성되며, 상기 스마트폰을 지지면에 밀착되게 세워주는 미디어시청용 거치형태로 거치시키거나, 상기 케이스본체에 장착된 상기 스마트폰을 지지면에 대해 소정높이 이격된 상태로 가로 또는 세로 방향으로 세워 셀프촬영 또는 셀카봉기능으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 거치부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트폰 보호케이스.
